Sifat genit dan gemar bersolek adalah pengaruh dari lingkungan dimana keluguan, rasa malu dan polos berubah seketika sehingga pada akhirnya terjadi konflik batin

Pendidikan Pondok Pesantren Ta’mirul Islam (Tinjauan Historis dan Filosofis Pendidikan Yang Diterapkan)

Sejarah mencatat, bahwa pesantren memiliki peranan yang sangat besar dalam ikut memajukan pendidikan di Indonesia selama ini. Kelebihan Pesantren terletak pada keberadaannya yang multifungsional yaitu sebagai: lembaga pendidikan, dakwah dan perjuangan. Agar pesantren tidak kalah majunya dengan lembaga pendidikan lain, maka salah satu usaha yang dilakukan pesantren adalah dengan mengembangkan pendidikan formalnya (sekolah dan madrasah) dan pendidikan ekstranya. Hal ini pula yang dilakukan Pondok Pesantren Ta’mirul Islam Tegalsari Surakarta. Berawal dari Pondok Pesantren Ta’mirul Islam sebagai salah satu pesantren yang di dalamnya terdapat pendidikan Islam dengan sistem asrama, dengan pelajaran agama dan umum yang seimbang. Mendidik santri untuk bekerja atas dasar keikhlasan yang berlandaskan pada kesadaran sebagai makhluk Tuhan dengan hidup penuh kesederhanaan tanpa melebih-lebihkan sehingga dapat memberikan sebuah keteladanan yang baik sebagai pemimpin umat yang penuh dengan kasih sayang. Bertujuan untuk mencetak kader ulama yang ‘alim, sholeh dan menjadi pemersatu umat. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan 2 tujuan yaitu: untuk mengetahui latar belakang historis berdirinya Pondok Pesantren Ta’mirul Islam Surakarta, dan mengetahui filosofis berdiri dan berkembangnya Pendidikan Pondok Pesantren Ta’mirul Islam Surakarta. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif, dan yang dijadikan subjek penelitian adalah Badan Wakaf, Bapak Pimpinan Pondok, Direktur KMI Putri, Ustadz/ustadzah, dan Remaja Masjid Tegalsari Surakarta. Metode yang digunakan untuk memperoleh data adalah metode observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Data yang terkumpul kemudian disusun dan dianalisis dengan menggunakan deskriptif kualitatif, melalui tahapan reduksi data, penyusunan data dan pengambilan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan Pesantren Ta’mirul Islam dilihat dari sisi historis dan filosofis telah mampu berperan dalam mengembangkan pendidikannya melalui: 1. Pendidikan KMI setara dengan SMU yang ditempuh selama 6 tahun dan 4 tahun untuk lulusan SMP. 2. Pondok Pesantren Ta’mirul Islam mempunyai prinsip untuk semua golongan. 3. Mempunyai 5 jiwa yaitu: Keikhlasan, Kesadaran, Kesederhanaan, Keteladanan, dan Kasih Sayang. 4. Mempunyai motto yaitu: Iso Ngaji Lan Ora Kalah Karo Sekolah Negeri, Al-qur’anu Taajul Ma’had, dan Al-Lughotu Libaasul Ma’had

Motivasi Belajar Akuntansi Ditinjau dari persepsi siswa mengenai Kompetensi guru dan pemanfaatan Perpustakaan pada siswa SMK Negeri 1 Sukoharjo Tahun 2011/2012

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui: 1) Pengaruh persepsi siswa mengenai kompetensi guru terhadap motivasi belajar akuntansi pada siswa SMK N 1 Sukoharjo; 2) Pengaruh pemanfaatan perpustakaan terhadap motivasi belajar akuntansi pada siswa SMK N 1 Sukoharjo; 3) Pengaruh persepsi siswa mengenai kompetensi guru dan pemanfaatan perpustakaan terhadap motivasi belajar akuntansi pada siswa SMK N 1 Sukoharjo. Penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan penarikan kesimpulan melalui analisis statistik. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X dan XI jurusan akuntansi di SMK N 1 Sukoharjo Tahun Ajaran 2011/2012 berjumlah 160 siswa. Sampel diambil sebanyak 40 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode angket yang telah diujicobakan dengan uji validitas serta uji reliabilitas. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda, uji t, uji F, uji R2, dan sumbangan relatif dan efektif. Hasil analisis regresi memperoleh persamaan garis regresi: Y = 13,972+ 0,347X1 + 0,249X2. Persamaan menunjukkan bahwa motivasi belajar akuntansi dipengaruhi oleh persepsi siswa mengenai kompetensi guru dan pemanfaatan perpustakaan. Kesimpulan yang diambil adalah: 1) Persepsi siswa mengenai kompetensi guru berpengaruh terhadap motivasi belajar akuntansi pada siswa SMK N 1 Sukoharjo, dapat diterima. Hal ini berdasarkan analisis regresi linier ganda (uji t) diketahui bahwa thitung > ttabel, yaitu 2,382 > 2,026 dan nilai signifikansi ttabel, yaitu 2,236 > 2,026 dan nilai signifikansi Ftabel, yaitu 13,107 > 3,252 dan nilai signifikansi < 0,05, yaitu 0,000; 4) Hasil uji koefisien determinasi (R2) sebesar 0,415 menunjukkan bahwa besarnya pengaruh persepsi siswa mengenai kompetensi guru dan pemanfaatan perpustakaan terhadap motivasi belajar akuntansi pada siswa SMK N 1 Sukoharjo, adalah sebesar 41,5% sedangkan 58,5% sisanya dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti

This research uses field research (field research) with descriptive qualitative approach. Source of data used primary data sources and secondary data sources. Data collection is done by observation, interview, documentation. Data were analyzed using qualitative methods or ways of thinking inductively. A specific immune response is generated, and it results in the proliferation of antigen-specific lymphocytes. Immunity is acquired when antibodies and T-cell receptors are expressed and up-regulated through the formation and release of lymphokines, chemokines and cytokines. Both innate and acquired immune systems interact to initiate antigenic responses against carcinomas. There is an increasing body of recent evidence to support the role that the immune system plays in eliminating pre-clinical cancers. Tumour infiltration by immune cells has been shown to have powerful prognostic significance in a host of cancer types. Cytotoxic therapies, including Low Level Laser Therapy (LILI) and chemotherapy, induce potentially immunogenic cell death, releasing tumour-associated antigens in the context of a ‘danger’ signal to the immune system. An understanding of the interaction between immune cells, tumour cells and treatment modalities will therefore guide the future combination of immunotherapy with conventional therapy to achieve optimal anti-tumour effects

COTTON EXPORTS: ANALYSIS OF THE RELATIONSHIPS BETWEEN SALES AND SHIPMENTS

Relationships between cotton export sales and export shipments are examined, and a quarter-specific lag structure is estimated. Two econometric systems are estimated, one employing export shipments and the other using export sales. Results indicate that sales are more sensitive to changes in economic variables than shipments and that stocks net of outstanding export sales are more responsive to price and interest rate changes than gross stocks. Sales and shipments are different variables and cannot substitute for one another in econometric modelling. Pengaruh Penambahan Kitosan Terhadap Pertumbuhan Rhizopora Mucronata Dengan Konsentrasi Berbeda Di Tambak Desa Mangunharjo, Semarang

Rhizophora mucronata is one species of mangrove, species are widely planted to overcome abrasion. Mangrove is the vegetation that grows at tidal zone that live between the sea and land. The method used in this study is an experimental method. The research were implemented on December 2011-March 2012. The purpose of this study were determine effect of chitosan addition on the growth of Rhizophora mucronata so it can be used to obtain the best concentration as a reference seedlings. Study site is the embankment of fish farming pond and mangrove seedlings. Average height growth Rhizophora mucronata shoots (cm) that is based on the largest value of R2 is 0,998 and width of seeds Rhizopora mucronata (cm) which had the largest correlation value 0.895 thing happened on the chitosan concentration of 10 ppm. T test conducted to see the effect of adding chitosan on growth by comparing control with treatment, results F hitung &lt; F tabel. Comparison of control with a concentration of 10 ppm F hitung -3,822) &lt; F tabel 1,782 control with a concentration of 15 ppm -2,779 &lt; F tabel 1,782 control with a concentration of 33 ppm F hitung -3,223 &lt; F tabel 1,782. Based on the analysis of the above data it can be concluded that there is no significant effect between the addition of chitosan with an average growth of Rhizophora mucronata, of this conclusion it is not obtained concentration best for the breed
