ANALISIS PENGARUH JUMLAH ANGKATAN KERJA, PENGANGGURAN, DAN KEMISKINAN TERHADAP PERTUMBUHAN EKONOMI DI INDONESIA

This study aims to determine the effect of the size of the workforce, action, and poverty on economic growth in Indonesia. This study uses secondary data sourced from the official website of the World Bank or the World Bank with quantitative analysis assisted with statistical tools, namely multiple linear regression analysis. Multiple linear regression was performed to see how far the independent variable (independent variable) influences the dependent variable (dependent variable). The results of this study indicate that the variables Labor Force and Poverty have a significant negative effect on economic growth, while the unemployment variable has no significant positive effect on economic growth

A Conceptual Model: The Impact of Sociodemographic on Coronary Heart Disease

The paper aims to examine the conceptual model on the impact of sociodemographic towards coronary heart disease. There is still limited study on the association between cost of living particularly the cost of food and housing and its impact on coronary heart disease. Therefore, this study incorporates five essential sociodemographic attributes namely, cost of food, children education cost, housing cost, smoking habit and gender. The study provides greater understanding on how the cost of living and lifestyle may give impact to coronary heart disease. It may provide the awareness among the regulators as the society faces burden of high cost of living. The burden may threaten the Malaysians quality of life particularly the lower income group

Cooling of a suspended nanowire by an AC Josephson current flow

We consider a nanoelectromechanical Josephson junction, where a suspended nanowire serves as a superconducting weak link, and show that an applied DC bias voltage an result in suppression of the flexural vibrations of the wire. This cooling effect is achieved through the transfer of vibronic energy quanta first to voltage driven Andreev states and then to extended quasiparticle electronic states. Our analysis, which is performed for a nanowire in the form of a metallic carbon nanotube and in the framework of the density matrix formalism, shows that such self-cooling is possible down to a level where the average occupation number of the lowest flexural vibration mode of the nanowire is $\sim 0.1$.Comment: 4 pages, 3 figure

ANALISIS TINGKAT STRES KERJA SERTA COPING STRESS PADA PEGAWAI REKAM MEDIS BAGIAN KODING DI RSUD K.R.M.T. WONGSONEGORO KOTA SEMARANG

Rumah sakit merupakan sarana pelayanan kesehatan yang mutlak dibutuhkan oleh segenap lapisan masyarakat dalam upaya peningkatan derajat kesehatan baik individu maupun masyarakat secara keseluruhan. Untuk memenuhi kebutuhan tersebut maka rumah sakit dituntut untuk memberikan pelayanan yang memadai dan memuaskan. Oleh karena itu, rumah sakit harus mampu meningkatkan kualitas pelayanannya, termasuk diantaranya peningkatan kualitas pendokumentasian rekam medis. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis tingkat stres kerja serta coping stress yang digunakan oleh pegawai rekam medis bagian koding. Selain itu, penelitian ini untuk mengetahui gambaran beban kerja fisik dan mental serta kelelahan kerja pegawai koding. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah pegawai rekam medis bagian koding berjumlah 11 orang dengan metode pengambilan sampel total sampling. Pengambilan data dilakukan menggunakan kuesioner wawancara mendalam mengenai coping stress dan pengukuran beban kerja fisik, mental, kelelahan, dan tingkat stres kerja dengan Pulsemeter, kuesioner NASA-TLX,Deary-Liewald Reaction Time Task Application,dan kuesioner HARS. Analisis data dilakukan secara deskriptif untuk memahami fenomena tentang apa yang dialami oleh subjek penelitian. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah pegawai yang memiliki tingkat stress kerja sedang lebih menggunakan strategi problem-focused coping sedangkan pegawai dengan tingkat stres kerja tinggi lebih menggunakan strategi emotional-focused coping untuk menghadapi stresor Kata Kunci: Kerja, Pegawai Koding, Coping Stres

Motricidad... ¿Quién eres?

La joven trayectoria de las ciencias de la Motricidad origina el actual estado de confusión-incertidumbre de la población en relación a su objeto de estudio y a sus implicaciones en el desarrollo humano, tanto a nivel educativo como vivencial. Una historia próxima, caracterizada por una experiencia de la corporeidad instrumentalizada: en primer lugar en una herramienta de producción laboral (era industrial), un cuerpo al que hay que cuidar (reducción de jornada laboral) para obtener más producción. "El cuerpo queda desrobotizado, alienado y al servicio del rendimiento industrial o, en última instancia, al servicio de la sociedad capitalista" (Bernard, 1980: 18). En segundo lugar, la utilización y entrenamiento del cuerpo como meta para conseguir un récord, sin pensar en la persona. Se busca una explotación sistemática y racional de las aptitudes psicomotoras en aras a una hazaña excepcional. "El deporte como fenómeno fuertemente institucionalizado, no parece propicio para ofrecer vivencias corporales originales" (Denis, 1980:106). En tercer lugar una educación física mecanicista (abanderada por la emblemática gimnasia sueca), y más recientemente la subyugación a unos valores estéticos-economicistas: "se asiste actualmente, después del esfuerzo psicoanalítico, a una verdadera invasión del culto al cuerpo-visible sobretodo a través de métodos terapéuticos, que florecen en los Estados Unidos. Se pretende hacer hablar al cuerpo, se descubre a propósito de todo y de nada un discurso del cuerpo, se pretende que él se libere o se exprima" (Gil citado por Sergio 1996:91); han condenado a la motricidad a un bautizo prematuro. La población, y los propios profesionales hemos labrado el surco para nuestra intervención.
