    The study aimed to analyze the perceptions of the doctors of Hermina Hospital Bogor on BPJS health service quality and satisfaction level of the national health insurance program and to analyze the effects of service quality on the doctors\u27 satisfaction. Questionnaires were utilized to obtain the primary data, while literature reviews were conducted to obtain the secondary data. The data were analyzed by using descriptive analysis and multiple regression analysis. The results of this research, in reference to the descriptive analysis of the perceptions of the doctors in Hermina Hospital Bogor on satisfaction and quality service of the National Health Insurance program, indicated that the program is considered unsuitable in its implementation. The results of multiple regression showed that the variables of BPJS service quality have influences on the satisfaction of the doctors of Hermina Hospital Bogor.     Pengaruh Literasi Keuangan terhadap Kinerja UMKM

    Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif . Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan metode non-probability sampling jenis sampling jenuh, dengan jumlah responden yang diteliti sebanyak 35 orang. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian hipotesis, literasi keuangan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan t-hitung lebih besar daripada t-hitung (5,725>2,035) dengan tingkat signifikansi 0,05. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian koefisien determinasi, literasi keuangan berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja sebesar 49,8% sedangkan 50,2% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. literasi keuangan pada UMKM anggota binaan PPKM untuk wilayah Rancaekek dan Cileunyi termasuk dalam kategori tidak baik.     Perkembangan teknologi informasi sekarang ini berkembang sangat pesat. Terutama pada penggunaan komputer dan gadget untuk mengakses dan berbagi data merupakan hal yang dijumpai pada kehidupan sehari-hari. Jumlah pengguna dan data-data yang terus meningkat berdampak pada kebutuhan penyimpanan data. Untuk itu dibangun NAS (Network Attached Storage) server untuk melayani kebutuhan berkas data yang dapat diakses melalui jaringan area lokal dengan protokol TCP/IP. Penggunaan Raspberry Pi dalam penelitian ini sebagai NAS server. Karena Raspberry Pi tidak membutuhkan lisensi dan resource hardware yang tinggi. Tahapan dalam pembangunan NAS server ini dimulai dari tahap perencanaan perangkat – perangkat yang digunakan, tahap perancangan topologi jaringan infrastruktur WLAN dari NAS server, tahap instalasi dan konfigurasi software yang dibutuhkan untuk NAS server, dan tahap uji coba.     SiRNA Mediated Gene Silencing: a Mini Review

    - RNA interference (RNAi) technology has become a novel tool for silencing gene expression in cells or organisms. RNA interference is the process that double-stranded RNA induces the homology-dependent degradation of cognate mRNA mediated by 21-23 nucleotide short interfering RNA (siRNA). RNA interference is a powerful mechanism of gene silencing that underlies many aspects of eukaryotic biology. On the molecular level, RNAi is mediated by a family of ribonucleoprotein (RNP) complexes called RNA-Induced Silencing Complexes (RISCs), which can be programmed to target virtually any nucleic acid sequence for silencing. The ability of RISC to locate target RNAs been co-opted by evolution many times to generate a broad spectrum of gene silencing pathways. The study about the Silencing of gene expression by siRNA is rapidly becoming a powerful tool for genetic analysis and represents a potential strategy for therapeutic product development.     Untuk mencapai visi misi dan mempertahankan penghargaan lingkungan yang telah diraih Kota Malang, maka salah satu caranya adalah penerapan konsep green buildingyang diawali dengan evaluasi bangunan. Sebagai Kota Pendidikan, Kota Malang memiliki Universitas Brawijaya dengan visi menjadi green campus sebagai landmark perguruan tinggi. Pemilihan objek studi penelitian adalah bangunan pusat administrasi Gedung Rektorat UB, karena konsep green building tampak sangat minim diterapkan, terlihat dari bukaan jendela yang besar tanpa shading device dan kondisi parkir kendaraan yang tidak memadai. Penelitian evaluatif dilakukan mengacu pada standar Greenship Existing Building Version 1.1-GBCI, dengan cara observasi pengukuran langsung, simulasi tingkat pencahayaan dan wawancara evaluasi.Standar tersebut terdiri dari 6 kriteria utama yaitu Appropriate Site Development, Energy Efficiency & Refrigerant, Water Conservation, Material Resources & Cycle, Indoor Air Health & Comfort dan Building & Enviroment Management.Setelah dilakukan observasi terhadap obyek, diperoleh nilai 17 poin dari seluruh kriteria yang diujikan. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian muncul rekomendasi desain untuk menaikan peringkat menjadi SILVER yaitu 59 poin.     Antimicrobial effects of Citrus sinensis peel extracts against dental caries bacteria: an in vitro study

    Background: Ethnomedicine is gaining admiration since years but still there is abundant medicinal flora which is unrevealed through research. The study was conducted to assess the in vitro antimicrobial potential and also determine the minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) of Citrus sinensis peel extracts with a view of searching a novel extract as a remedy for dental caries pathogens. Material and Methods: Aqueous and ethanol (cold and hot) extracts prepared from peel of Citrus sinensis were screened for in vitro antimicrobial activity against Streptococcus mutans and Lactobacillus acidophilus , using agar well diffusion method. The lowest concentration of every extract considered as the minimal inhibitory concentration (MIC) values were determined for both test organisms. One way ANOVA with Post Hoc Bonferroni test was applied for statistical analysis. Confidence level and level of significance were set at 95% and 5% respectively. Results: Dental caries pathogens were inhibited most by hot ethanolic extract of Citrus sinensis peel followed by cold ethanolic extract. Aqueous extracts were effective at very high concentrations. Minimum inhibitory concentration of hot and cold ethanolic extracts of Citrus sinensis peel ranged between 12-15 mg/ml against both the dental caries pathogens. Conclusions: Citrus sinensis peels extract was found to be effective against dental caries pathogens and contain compounds with therapeutic potential.     Shell structure at N=28 near the dripline: spectroscopy of 42^{42}Si, 43^{43}P and 44^{44}S

    Measurements of the N=28 isotones 42Si, 43P and 44S using one- and two-proton knockout reactions from the radioactive beam nuclei 44S and 46Ar are reported. The knockout reaction cross sections for populating 42Si and 43P and a 184 keV gamma-ray observed in 43P establish that the d_{3/2} and s_{1/2} proton orbits are nearly degenerate in these nuclei and that there is a substantial Z=14 subshell closure separating these two orbits from the d_{5/2} orbit. The increase in the inclusive two-proton knockout cross section from 42Si to 44S demonstrates the importance of the availability of valence protons for determining the cross section. New calculations of the two-proton knockout reactions that include diffractive effects are presented. In addition, it is proposed that a search for the d_{5/2} proton strength in 43P via a higher statistics one-proton knockout experiment could help determine the size of the Z=14 closure.Comment: Phys.
