Reaksi Pasar terhadap Perubahan Dividen dengan Indikator Abnormal Return dan Trading Volume Activity
: Market Reaction to Dividend Change with Abnormal Return and Trading Volume Activity as Indicators. The aim of this study is to find the influence of dividend change on market reaction, which are fixed dividend, rise dividend, fall dividend, initiation dividend, and omission dividend with abnormal return and trading volume activity as indicators at the companies listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange in property, real estate, and building construction sectors in 1998-2015. This study employs event study, in which it is observed within 5 days before and 5 days after the event date. Paired Sample t-test is utilized to analyze the data. The results show that fixed dividend and initiation dividend using average trading volume activity have significant effect on market reaction. Furthermore, it also suggests that to comprehend market reaction, trading volume activity is better indicator rather than abnormal return
Accelerated Asymptotics for Diffusion Model Estimation
We propose a semiparametric estimation procedure for scalar homogeneous stochastic differential equations. We specify a parametric class for the underlying diffusion process and identify the parameters of interest by minimizing criteria given by the integrated squared difference between kernel estimates of drift and diffusion function and their parametric counterparts. The nonparametric estimates are simplified versions of those in Bandi and Phillips (1998). A complete asymptotic theory for the semiparametric estimates is developed. The limit theory relies on infill and long span asymptotics and the asymptotic distributions are shown to depend on the chronological local time of the underlying diffusion process. The estimation method and asymptotic results apply to both stationary and nonstationary processes. As is standard with semiparametric approaches in other contexts, faster convergence rates are attained than is possible in the fully functional case. From a purely technical point of view, this work merges two strands of the most recent econometrics literature, namely the estimation of nonlinear models of integrated time-series [Park and Phillips (1999, 2000)] and the functional identification of diffusions under minimal assumptions on the dynamics of the underlying process [Florens-Zmirou (1993), Jacod (1997), Bandi and Phillips (1998) and Bandi (1999)]. In effect, the 'minimum distance' type of estimation that is presented in this paper can be interpreted as extremum estimation for potentially nonstationary and nonlinear continuous-time models.

Untuk analisis keseimbangan gaya-gaya di lakukan dengan asumsi pada saat brakiterapi dalam posisi ti dak bergerak pada lantai datar, dipindahkan dari suatu tempat ke tempat yang lai n pada lantai datar dan pada lantai dengan sudut kemiri ngan 30 hasil analisis ini diharapkan keseimbangan keempat roda dapat bergerak tanpa tergelincir padasaat menurun maupun tanjakan. Studi Teknologi Intake untuk Pendingin Kondensor dan Instalasi Desalinasi pada Pltn
STUDI TEKNOLOGI INTAKE UNTUK PENDINGIN KONDENSOR DAN INSTALASI DESALINASI PADA PLTN. Telah dilakukan studi teknologi intake untuk pendingin kondensor dan instalasi desalinasi untuk memasok kebutuhan air pada PLTN. Teknologi intake mempunyai peranan yang sangat penting untuk memasok kebutuhan air dari laut. Ada dua jenis intake air laut untuk pendingin kondensor dan instalasi desalinasi yaitu surfaces intake dan subsurface intake. Kedua teknologi tersebut mempunyai keunggulan masing-masing. Teknologi surfaces intake terdiri dari dua sistem yaitu traveling water screen dan passive screen, sedangkan subsurface intake terdiri dari tiga sistem yaitu sumur pantai, infiltration gallery dan seabed filtration. Teknologi intake yang baik menjamin stabilitas kualitas dan kuantitas pasokan air umpan, yang merupakan faktor penting dalam memperbaiki efisiensi proses dan keandalan keseluruhan instalasi, dengan dampak ekologi minimum. Dampak ekologi yang perlu dipertimbangkan yaitu impingement dan entrainment. Untuk PLTN kelas 1000 MWe yang direncanakan dibangun di Ujung Lemah Abang Jepara, jenis traveling water screen dapat menjadi pilihan karena sesuai dengan persyaratan kecepatan dan arah aliran, serta memenuhi kuantitas pasokan air. Jenis travelling water screen dapat mengurangi dampak ekologi impingement 80-90%, namun tidak mengurangi entrainment dari telur dan larva dari berbagai macam organisme laut
Analisis Sea Level Rise Menggunakan Data Satelit Altimetri Jason-2 Periode 2008-1012 (Studi Kasus: Laut Utara Jawa Dan Laut Selatan Jawa)
Sea level changes carried by tidal observations at the beach. But, the method as it still has some shortcomings in some ways such as limited coverage areas around the coast so the sea face of changing data is only accurate for a relatively shallow sea close to the shore. The existence of tidal palm should be tied to the tidal station and measured by GPS in order to be bound by such a reference ellipsoid..Advances in the development of satellite technology, especially satellite altimetry is intended to observe ocean phenomena, has helped many observations of sea level temporally. To see the trend of changes in sea level rise do linear regression. Calculating the regression process SLA and linear trend analysis of the data altimetry satellite Jason 2. In this final project the results of this regression will be used also to compare the differences in sea level rise in the North Sea Java and South Sea Java. As long years 2008-2012 with satellite altimetry abservations shows that the phenomenon of sea level rise occurred in the North Sea Java and South Sea Java. Sea level rise occurred in the North Sea Java is equal +10.77 mm/yr. Lowest values occurred in Waters Semarang on pass number 64 is equal to +7.92 mm/yr and the highest occurred in the Waters of Madura on pass number 203 is equal to +15.84 mm/yr. For in the sea south of Java, sea level rise is at +16.79 mm/yr. Lowest values occurred in Waters Prigi on pass number 203 is equal to +12.60 mm/yr. As for the sea level rise occurred in the Waters of Cilacap is at +23.04 mm/yr

Pemeruman adalah proses dan aktivitas yang ditujukan untuk memperoleh gambaran (model) bentuk permukaan (topografi) dasar perairan (seabed surface). Proses penggambaran dasar perairan tersebut (sejak pengukuran, pengolahan hingga visualisasi) disebut dengan survei batimetri. Model batimetri (kontur kedalaman) diperoleh dengan menginterpolasikan titi-titik pengukuran kedalaman bergantung pada skala model yang hendak dibuat.Titik-titik pengukuran kedalaman berada pada lajur-lajur pengukuran kedalaman yang disebut sebagai lajur Perum (sounding line). Jarak antar titik-titik fiks Perum pada suatu lajur pemeruman setidak-tidaknya sama dengan atau lebih rapat dari interval lajur Perum. Salah satu fungsi dari hasil pemeruman adalah untuk reklamasi pantai.Pasang surut adalah fenomena naik turunnya muka laut secara berkala akibat adanya gaya tarik benda-benda angkasa terutama matahari dan bulan terhadap massa air di bumi. Namun ada pula yang sepakat bahwa pasang surut adalah suatu fenomena pergerakan naik turunnya permukaan air laut secara berkala yang diakibatkan oleh kombinasi gaya gravitasi dan gaya tarik menarik dari benda-benda astronomi terutama oleh matahari, bumi dan bulan. The embankment is one type of habitat that was used as a place for the cultivation of brackish water which is located in the coastal region. Embankment in Indonesia especially in Semarang City usually produce fishery products which have high economic value export oriented. High price products results of riparian fishery enough public interest to plunge in cultivation embankment. The spread of the embankment in the city of semarang is commonly found in the coastal area, a region bordering the sea. The number of farmed area from year to year is definitely changing. This is caused by several factors such as the opening of land farmed, abrasion, high tide, sea water diversion function of land farmed and other factors either natural or caused by humans. Then it is necessary to know the percentage of the amount of the spread of the embankment from year to year, with deployment of GIS.In the current study utilizes image data from landsat 8. The next step is to create a map of the spread of the Embankment by using GIS software namely ArcGIS. And then taken a point sample research, which provided the reference point control the whereabouts of the embankment. This research resulted in a distribution map of the location of the embankment and comparisons from the year 2000 by 2015, which is expected to help the Government town of Semarang or public who need to know the changes that occur in the above 2000-2015. And in the reference was made in a study.From the research that has been done can be drawn the conclusion that the widespread distribution of embakment from the year 2000 to the year 2015 is a pretty drastic decline. Of the total surface area of embankment in the city of Semarang in 2000 i.e. covering an area of 2,664.97 hectares. And by 2015 be 2,308.78 hectares. With such far-reaching changes distribution of embankment experience a decrease of about 356.19 hectares spread over several districts in the city of Semarang
