Уравнение хроматических координат цвета

Проаналізовані основні властивості колірних просторів з ахроматичною і двома хроматичними складовими кольору. Записано загальне рівняння хроматичних координат кольору в різних колірних просторах. Обґрунтована можливість ортогоналізації хроматичної діаграми і визначена універсальна матриця перетворення RGB-координат.Basic properties of colour spaces with achromatic and two chromatic constituents of color have been analysed. Common equation of chromatic coordinates of color has been written for different colour spaces. The possibility of orthogonalization of chromatic diagram has been grounded and the universal matrix of transformation of RGB-coordinates has been determined.Проанализированы основные свойства цветовых пространств с ахроматичной и двумя хроматическими составляющими цвета. The evolution of the Polish environmental policy in the years 2000-2010

Dostosowywanie się do wymogów unijnych w zakresie ochrony środowiska powoduje ciągłą ewolucję polskiej polityki ekologicznej oraz konieczność oceny jej skuteczności. Z tego względu celem artykułu jest próba odpowiedzi na pytanie, czy polska polityka ekologiczna jest skuteczna? Realizacji tego celu służy analiza wybranych wskaźników w latach 2000-2009, która pozwoliła ocenić skuteczność polityki ekologicznej. W zakończeniu przedstawiono cele polskiej polityki ekologicznej na lata 2009-2012 i działania niezbędne do jej usprawnienia i zrealizowania. W artykule wykorzystano odpowiednie dokumenty i dane statystyczne.EU documents and international conventions ratified by Poland in the scope of environmental protection are guidelines for formulating Polish environmental policy. Necessity to adjust entails continuous evolution of this policy, which results in, among other things, the evaluation of its effectiveness. Therefore, the main aim of the present article is to prove that Polish environmental policy is effective. This objective is going to be reached via analysing chosen indicators in the period 2000-2009, which allowed to evaluate the effectiveness of environmental policy. The last part of the paper presents objectives to be met by Polish environmental policy in the period 2009-2012 and action necessary to facilitate and follow it. The article refers to the literature on the subject and relevant documents, reports and legal regulations on environmental policy

Celem niniejszego opracowania jest ocena poziomu obiektywnej jakości życia w zakresie uwarunkowań środowiskowych w województwie zachodniopomorskim na tle Polski. W artykule wykorzystano część wyników badań przeprowadzonych na potrzeby raportu wykonanego na zlecenie Wydziału Zarządzania Strategicznego Urzędu Marszałkowskiego Województwa Zachodniopomorskiego Czynniki podnoszenia jakości życia i dostępności do usług publicznych na obszarze województwa zachodniopomorskiego. W jego przygotowaniu aktywnie uczestniczyła autorka opracowania jako ekspert ds. jakości życia i zrównoważonego rozwoju. Raport był przygotowany od kwietnia do lipca 2014 roku. Podmiotem badań w artykule jest województwo zachodniopomorskie, a przedmiotem obiektywna jakość życia w zakresie uwarunkowań środowiskowych.Since some time now, an important factor reflecting on our quality of life is the quality of environment. The author is referring to the results of research on objective quality of live, conducted in West Pomeranian voivodeship and points out the strong and weak sides of environmental conditions. Furthermore, the author discusses factors that have contributed to such results using desk research and taxonomic analysis

Jako cel niniejszego opracowania przyjęto przedstawienie: istoty zielonych miejsc pracy jako priorytetu w międzynarodowych i unijnych strategicznych dokumentach dotyczących rozwoju; warunków wspierających rozwój zielonych miejsc pracy; stanu rozwoju zielonych miejsc pracy w Polsce. Realizacja celu wymagała analizy dokumentów i uregulowań prawnych nawiązujących do zielonych miejsc pracy oraz danych statystycznych o wielkości i strukturze pracujących w Polsce.So far, it has been said about white, blue and pink collar workers, and now it’s time for the color green. Green collars is the common name for the green work places, and the people who works there. Such jobs exist in various fields and sectors of economy. The concept of green jobs began to spread as far as the development of the concept of a green economy. Implementation of a green economy requires structural changes, including the creation of green jobs. Their creation is important from the economic, ecological and social development points of view. For this reason, the article presents their essence, regulations associated with them and the state of development of green jobs in Poland. It also identifies the actions necessary to stimulate the creation of such jobs

Questionnaire survey conducted among students as an element of the evaluation of education quality system quoting the example of students attending the Faculty of Economics and Management University of Szczecin

The Bologna Process has made it inevitable to create and implement systems for education quality management at higher education institutions. It involves, among other things, a system for internal and external evaluation aimed at monitoring and improving the quality of education provided at any higher education institution. Therefore, the present paper is aimed at synthetic presentation of regulations adopted as part of the Bologna Process in the context of internal education quality system functioning at higher education institutions. It also describes the education quality system that is in operation at the Faculty of Economics and Management (WNEiZ) at University of Szczecin, determines the role that opinions held by students play in the evaluation of higher education quality and presents the results of the survey conducted in this scope at WNEiZ at US. The questionnaire survey allowed, among other things, to learn about subjective assessment made by students with reference to higher education curriculum, educational system, studying conditions and the teaching staff, all of which have a considerable influence on education quality system. The information in question is of major importance while formulating educational offer and taking promotional action as well as creating higher education institution’s image (and hence recruiting new students) on a more and more competitive higher education market

Statement of efficiency economic and environmental investments thermo modernization cooperative housing west pomeranian voivodeship

Rachunek sozoekonomiczny może być wykorzystywany na różnych poziomach kreacji decyzji o inwestycjach proochronnych. Pozwala on ustalić dla działalności gospodarczej taki przedział tolerancji, w którym mieszczą się decyzje ekonomiczne i ekologiczne. Dotychczas taki rachunek nie był stosowany do oceny efektywności ekonomiczno-ekologicznej inwestycji termomodernizacyjnych w spółdzielniach mieszkaniowych. Z tego względu uzasadnione było sporządzenie tego typu rachunku, zwłaszcza, że każda spółdzielnia mieszkaniowa powinna dążyć do obniżenia kosztów świadczenia usług oraz spełnienia obowiązujących przepisów związanych ze zmniejszeniem energochłonności budynków, a tym samym z ochroną środowiska. To zadecydowało o celach niniejszego artykułu. Pierwszy cel – to przedstawienie rachunku efektywności ekonomiczno-ekologicznej inwestycji termomodernizacyjnych prowadzonych przez spółdzielnie mieszkaniowe na terenie województwa zachodniopomorskiego, drugi – popularyzacja tego rachunku w praktyce gospodarczej.The housing co-operatives that carry out termo-modernization investments play an important role in increasing energy efficiency – improving resource efficiency and reducing pollution emitted into the environment, and thus the realisation of the concept of sustainable development. Due to the high cost of these investments, it is necessary to demonstrate their effectiveness. A tool that makes this task possible is the account of the economic and ecological effectiveness (socioeconomic’s). The article presents the results of an estimation of an account for termo-modernization investment carried out by housing cooperatives in Western Pomerania.
