Effect of Organization Commitment Mediation to Organizational Citizenship Behaviors with Interpersonal Communication and Work Satisfaction as Antesedent Variable

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis efek mediasi komitmen organisasi terhadap organizational citizenship behaviors (OCB) dengan komunikasi interpersonal dan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel anteseden. Populasi dan sampel penelitian ini adalah seluruh Pegawai Badan Penanggulangan Bencana Daerah Provinsi Sumatera Barat yang berjumlah sebanyak 52 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode sensus.Hasil pengujian Structural Equations Modeling (SEM) dengan SmartPLS 2.0 M3, memperlihatkan terdapat pengaruh positif yang signifikan komunikasi interpersonal, kepuasan kerja dan komitmen organisasi terhadap organizational citizenship behaviors (OCB). Selanjutnya hasil analisis juga menyimpulkan terdapat pengaruh positif yang signifikan komunikasi interpersonal dan kepuasan kerja terhadap komitmen organisasi. Sedangkan untuk pengaruh tidak langsung hasil penelitian ini, membuktikan bahwa komitmen organisasi mampu memperkuat atau meningkatkan pengaruh komunikasi interpesonal dan kepuasan kerja terhadap organizational citizenship behaviors.Kata Kunci : Komunikasi interpersonal, Kepuasan kerja Komitmen organisasi, dan Organizational citizenship behavior

Influence Motivation, Supervision and Work Discipline on Employee Performance PT. Transco Pratama Sungai Betung Dharmasraya

This study aims to determine how much influence Motivation, Monitoring, and Work Displant Against Employee Performance PT. Transco Pratama Sungai Betung Dharmasraya Regency. This study consists of three independent variables namely Motivation, Supervision, and Work Discipline and a Variable Dependent Employee Performance. The analysis method used is Correlation Analysis and Multiple Regression. Data collection method in this study is to use questionnaires filled by respondents ie Employees of PT. Transco Pratama Sungai Betung Dharmasraya Regency. The results showed that: 1) Motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, 2). Supervision has a positive and significant impact on employee performance, 3). Clustering Application for UKT Determination Using Pillar K-Means Clustering Algorithm and Flask Web Framework

Clustering is one of technique in data mining which has purpose to group data into a cluster. At the end, a cluster will have different data compared with others. This paper discussed about the implementation of clustering technique in determining UKT (Uang Kuliah Tinggal) / Tuition Fee in Indonesia. UKT is a tuition fee where its amount is determined by considering students purchasing power. Most of University in Indonesia often use manual technique in order to classify UKT\u27s group for each student. Using web-based application, this paper proposed a new approach to automatise UKT\u27s grouping which leads to give an reasonable recommendation in determining the UKT\u27s group. Pillar K-Means algorithm had been implemented to conduct data clustering. This algorithm used pillar algorithm to initiate centroid value in K-means algorithm. Photoassisted tunneling from free-standing GaAs thin films into metallic surfaces

The tunnel photocurrent between a gold surface and a free-standing semiconducting thin film excited from the rear by above bandgap light has been measured as a function of applied bias, tunnel distance and excitation light power. The results are compared with the predictions of a model which includes the bias dependence of the tunnel barrier height and the bias-induced decrease of surface recombination velocity. It is found that i) the tunnel photocurrent from the conduction band dominates that from surface states. ii) At large tunnel distance the exponential bias dependence of the current is explained by that of the tunnel barrier height, while at small distance the change of surface recombination velocity is dominant

Long-Term Recovery After Endothelial Colony-Forming Cells or Human Umbilical Cord Blood Cells Administration in a Rat Model of Neonatal Hypoxic-Ischemic Encephalopathy.

Neonatal hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy (NHIE) is a dramatic perinatal complication, associated with poor neurological prognosis despite neuroprotection by therapeutic hypothermia, in the absence of an available curative therapy. We evaluated and compared ready-to-use human umbilical cord blood cells (HUCBC) and bankable but allogeneic endothelial progenitors (ECFC) as cell therapy candidate for NHIE. We compared benefits of HUCBC and ECFC transplantation 48 hours after injury in male rat NHIE model, based on the Rice-Vannucci approach. Based on behavioral tests, immune-histological assessment and metabolic imaging of brain perfusion using single photon emission computed tomography (SPECT), HUCBC, or ECFC administration provided equally early and sustained functional benefits, up to 8 weeks after injury. These results were associated with total normalization of injured hemisphere cerebral blood flow assessed by SPECT/CT imaging. In conclusion, even if ECFC represent an efficient candidate, HUCBC autologous criteria and easier availability make them the ideal candidate for hypoxic-ischemic cell therapy. Dampak Nilai Pelanggan dan Relationship Marketing dalam Membangun Kepuasan Pelanggan melalui Citra Merek sebagai Variabel Intervening

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar Pengaruh Nilai Pelanggan dan Relationship Marketing dalam membangun Kepuasan Pelanggan melalui Citra Merek sebagai variabel interverning keripik balado bintang jaya 4 x 7 Padang.Metode yang digunakan adalah Structur Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan Partial Least Square (PLS).Dengan mengedarkan kuesioner sebanyak 85 responden. Hasil analisis datamenimpulkan, terdapat pengaruh positif yang signifikan antara variabel.nilai pelanggan terhadap variabel citra merek. Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan variabel relationship antara variabel  citra merek. Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan variabel relationship marketing terhadap variabel kepuasan pelanggan.sedangkan variabel nilai pelanggan tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel kepuasan pelanggan.
