    Berdasarkan hasil pengamatan, abrasi pantai yang terjadi di perairan Teluk Lasolo disebabkan oleh aksi gelombang laut yang menjalar dari laut dalam disebelah timur daerah telitian ke arah perairan teluk. Aktifitas gelombang ini menyebabkan terangkutnya sedimen/batuan dari pantai ke arah laut melalui gerakan arus sejajar pantai dan arus tegak lurus pantai. Sedimen yang terangkut akan terbawa terus ke arah laut dalam oleh pergerakan arus laut yang dominan berarah tenggara. Kondisi ini menyebabkan pantai di sekitar perairan Teluk Lasolo mengalami defisit material/sedimen sehingga pantai mengalami abrasi secara kontinyu. Cara yang paling efektif untuk penanganan abrasi pantai di sekitar perairan Teluk Lasolo adalah dengan cara membuat tipe bangunan penahan pantai yang berbentuk groin sejajar dan disesuaikan dengan kondisi hidrooseanografi, morfologi dasar laut dan garis pantainya. Kata kunci : abrasi, pantai, arus, gelombang, sedimen Based on observation result, coastal abration that happened in waters of Teluk Lasolo due to action of sea wave propagating from deep sea in eastside the research area into the waters bay. This wave activity causes transporting of sedimen from coast to the sea by the longshore and rip currents movement. Transported sedimen will be brought to the deep sea by the movement of dominan south-eastern. This condition causes coastal waters around Teluk Lasolo of deficit sedimen will affected the coastal abration in continue. The most effective way to handle coastal abration around territorial waters of Teluk Lasolo is build the breakwater in form of parallel groin and according to the hydrooceanography, morphology of sea floor and coastline conditions.     Pengaruh Total Ekspor, LIBOR, dan Upah Tenaga Kerja terhadap Investasi Asing Langsung di Indonesia

    Indonesia seek funds for development to catch up with the development of the developed countries, both regionally and globally, therefore Indonesia has attempted to take advantage of foreign financing, the Foreign Direct Investment. This study intended to find out that the total exports, LIBOR and labor, as a variation (ups and downs) the value of foreign direct investment in Indonesia. Analysis techniques used in this study is the technique of multiple linear regression analysis, F-test for simultaneous testing and t-test for testing the partial. Results of data analysis showed simultaneous total exports, and labor LIBOR significant effect on foreign investment in Indonesia in 1990-2012, the results obtained by the F-test value F calculated (39.172)> F table (3.13) with a coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.861 means that 86.1 percent of the variations (ups and downs) of foreign direct investment in Indonesia in 1990-2012 influenced by variations (ups and downs) of total exports, LIBOR and labor costs, while the remaining 13.9 percent are influenced by variations (ups and downs) other variables not included in the research model. Total exports of partial positive and significant effect, LIBOR has no effect, and labor and a significant negative effect on foreign direct investment in Indonesia in 1990-2012

    PROPOSED OF DECISION POLICY MODEL DEVELOPMENT FOR CITY LOGISTICS STAKEHOLDERS

    City Logistics and urban freight transport has become an important issue in urban planning. Challenges City Logistics is a matter of planning, scheduling, integrated short-term operation and resoureces management, for the general case involving two level distribution structure. The complexity of the matter distribution arrangements and conflicts between key stakeholder groups (government, corporate transport or logistics service providers, customers, the environment, and business) requires the solution of various approaches (Thompson and Taniguchi, 2001). There are four key stakeholders City Logistics system which has a complexity of issues and conflicts distribution arrangements between key stakeholder groups (Thompson, 2001), are : (1) shippers, (2) freight carriers, (3) residents, (4) administrators / Governments. Each group has its own specific purpose and has different habits and behaviors and needs that must be considered. Consolidation and coordination is a fundamental concept of City Logistics (Taniguchi, 2000). Complexity in the logistical demands of integrated decision-making authority between actors are autonomous and decentralized without disturbing the overall total activity.     Antiferromagnetism of Zn2_2VO(PO4)2_4)_2 and the dilution with Ti4+^{4+}

    We report static and dynamic properties of the antiferromagnetic compound Zn2_{2}(VO)(PO4_{4})2_{2}, and the consequences of non-magnetic Ti4+^{4+} doping at the V4+^{4+} site. 31^{31}P nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) spectra and spin-lattice relaxation rate (1/T11/T_1) consistently show the formation of the long-range antiferromagnetic order below TN=3.83.9T_N= 3.8-3.9\,K. The critical exponent β=0.33±0.02\beta=0.33 \pm 0.02 estimated from the temperature dependence of the sublattice magnetization measured by 31^{31}P NMR at 9.4\,MHz is consistent with universality classes of three-dimensional spin models. The isotropic and axial hyperfine couplings between the 31^{31}P nuclei and V4+^{4+} spins are Ahfiso=(9221±100)A_{\rm hf}^{\rm iso} = (9221 \pm 100) Oe/μB\mu_{\rm B} and Ahfax=(1010±50)A_{\rm hf}^{\rm ax} = (1010 \pm 50) Oe/μB\mu_{\rm B}, respectively. Magnetic susceptibility data above 6.5\,K and heat capacity data above 4.5\,K are well described by quantum Monte-Carlo simulations for the Heisenberg model on the square lattice with J7.7J\simeq 7.7\,K. This value of JJ is consistent with the values obtained from the NMR shift, 1/T11/T_1 and electron spin resonance (ESR) intensity analysis. Doping Zn2_2VO(PO4)2_4)_2 with non-magnetic Ti4+^{4+} leads to a marginal increase in the JJ value and the overall dilution of the spin lattice. In contrast to the recent \textit{ab initio} results, we find neither evidence for the monoclinic structural distortion nor signatures of the magnetic one-dimensionality for doped samples with up to 15\% of Ti4+^{4+}. The N\'eel temperature TNT_{\rm N} decreases linearly with increasing the amount of the non-magnetic dopant.Comment: 13 pages, 12 figures, 2 table

    Rasio profitabilitas merupakan kemampuan LPD untuk menghasilkan keuntungan dalam hubungannya dengan penjualan, total aktiva maupun modal sendiri. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel BOPO, Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Tabungan dan Deposito terhadap ROA pada LPD Kecamatan Kuta dan LPD Kecamatan Mengwi yang terdaftar di PLPDK Kabupaten Badung periode 2010-2012. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi non-participant dan menggunakan teknik analisis regresi linier berganda. Penelitian ini menunjukkan hasil bahwa BOPO pada LPD Kecamatan Kuta dan LPD Kecamatan Mengwi berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap ROA. CAR pada LPD Kecamatan Kuta berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap ROA sedangkan CAR pada LPD Kecamatan Mengwi berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap ROA. Tabungan pada LPD Kecamatan Kuta dan LPD Kecamatan Mengwi berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap ROA. Deposito pada LPD Kecamatan Kuta dan LPD Kecamatan Mengwi berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap ROA. Koefisien determinasi pada LPD Kecamatan Kuta sebesar 78,4% dan pada LPD Kecamatan Mengwi 91,3%

    Pelayanan angkutan container (peti kemas) merupakan sistem pelayanan jasa angkutan barang yang utama dalam proses ekspor dan impor. Dalam penanganan sistem container memerlukan lahan penimbunan. Lahan penimbunan container merupakan tempat USAha yang bergerak dibidang penumpukan peti kemas bagi pelayaran maupun leasing company yang tidak memiliki tempat untuk menyimpan, sedangkan tempat penimbunan yang tersedia di area pelabuhan Tanjung Priok sudah tidak memadai kapasitasnya. Perhitungan perencanaan tebal perkerasan menggunakan tiga metoda, yaitu: NAASRA, AASHTO 1993 dan Pd. XX 2002 Bina Marga, dengan melakukan perbandingan pada metoda tersebut sehingga didapat tebal pelat yang paling optimal dan efisien. Metoda yang digunakan NAASRA dengan mutu beton K 300 tebal 26 cm biaya Rp. 304.740,30, K 400 tebal 24 cm biaya Rp. 295.816,52, K450 tebal 23 cm biaya Rp. 297.384,98 lebih optimal dan efisien dalam perencanaan pembangunan lahan penumpukan container di PT.     Dam is a water-retaining wall formed from a variety of rock and soil. Dams also amultifunctional tool which has an important role in human life. A building if get the pressure will change the dimension or shape. As a result of this pressure, the body of dam may be deformed. It would require some form of maintenance and adequate care to avoid damage to the dam. Forms of maintenance and care of one of them is by monitoring the deformation in the dam body. Dam deformation monitoring should be done regularly and continuously.This research is about GPS data processing using GAMIT 10.6 and Topcon Tools V.8 software for Jatibarang dam deformation measurement on 2015. the research method is using GPS dual-frequency at six points of monitoring which located on main dam. Data processing of GPS observation using GAMIT 10.6 and Topcon Tools V.8. observation takes three period : March, April, and May 2015. The purpose of this research was to determine the result of data processing using GAMIT 10.6 and Topcon Tools V.8 and also to determine whether there is a significant shift in the main dam of Jatibarang Dam.After data processing using GAMIT 10.6, earned value change of coordinates with the average value of three-dimensional toposentric coordinate changes on the X axis = 1.369 ± 9.729 mm, Y axis = 5.642 ±5.926 mm and Z axis = 6,417 ± 4,418 mm. While on Topcon Tools V.8, earned value change of coordinates with the average value of three-dimensional toposentric coordinate changes on the X axis = 0,168 ± 0,467 m, Y axis = 0,253 ± 1,547 m, and Z axis = 0,261 ± 1,108 m. In this research, the results of data processing using scientific software 10.6 is considered correct one. Thus concluded that each point of observation deformed numerically. However, after a statistical test with confidence interval 95% stated that the six monitoring stations, dams do not have a significant shift.
