El objetivo de este estudio fue establecer la posible influencia que el autoconcepto ejerce en adolescentes de 2º de E.S.O. para progresar en una capacidad física como es la resistencia, y en concreto contemplando cuatro tipos diferentes de autoconcepto: académico, social, emocional y familiar. Se valoró en cada sujeto dichos ítems a través del AFA Autoconcepto y una prueba de 1000 metros lisos. Se tuvo en cuenta la variable sexo. El 80% de los alumnos con un coeficiente de autoconcepto emocional bajo (percentil 40 y menores) mejoraron sus marcas , por un 60% de los alumnos con un autoconcepto considerado medio o alto (percentil 50 y superiores). Este progreso puede deberse a que los alumnos con un autoconcepto emocional bajo tuvieron unos registros iniciales peores respecto al otro grupo. Los sujetos que mejoraron en sus pruebas de resistencia tienen un promedio mayor de autoconcepto académico, pero estas diferencias no son significativas, por lo que no se puede hablar de correlación directa

L'absència d'un diccionari terminològic de música en català obliga que l'única referència de consulta siguin els diccionaris generals, bàsicament el DIEC 2 i el GDLC. Aquests diccionaris resulten clarament limitats davant les necessitats que sorgeixen en una traducció (o en una correcció), en la qual es posen en relleu les dificultats que hi ha en traslladar un text d'una llengua a una altra, cosa que exigeix un coneixement de la matèria que, sovint, el traductor no té. En aquest treball presentem una anàlisi dels termes musicals presents en el DIEC 2 i en quatre diccionaris especialitzats, atenent especialment la tipologia de manlleus que s'hi recullen, així com també una descripció de les àrees temàtiques que cobreixen.The absence of a specialized dictionary of music in Catalan leaves general dictionaries, mainly DIEC 2 and GDLC, as the only reference source. These dictionaries clearly fall short of the needs that arise from translation (or editing), a process which highlights the difficulty in expressing the meaning of a text in another language, and which requires a knowledge of the subject matter which the translator often lacks. Beyond the MSSM Higgs with d=6 effective operators

We continue a previous study of the MSSM Higgs Lagrangian extended by all effective operators of dimension d=6 that can be present beyond the MSSM, consistent with its symmetries. By supersymmetry, such operators also extend the neutralino and chargino sectors, and the corresponding component fields Lagrangian is computed onshell. The corrections to the neutralino and chargino masses, due to these operators, are computed analytically in function of the MSSM corresponding values. For individual operators, the corrections are small, of few GeV for the constrained MSSM (CMSSM) viable parameter space. We investigate the correction to the lightest Higgs mass, which receives, from individual operators, a supersymmetric correction of up to 4 (6) GeV above the 2-loop leading-log CMSSM value, from those CMSSM phase space points with: EW fine tuning Delta<200, consistent with WMAP relic density (3$\sigma$), and for a scale of the operators of M=10 (8) TeV, respectively. Applied to the CMSSM point of minimal fine tuning (Delta=18), such increase gives an upper limit $m_h=120(122)\pm 2$ GeV, respectively. The increase of m_h from individual operators can be larger ($\sim$ 10-30 GeV) for those CMSSM phase space points with Delta>200; these can now be phenomenologically viable, with reduced Delta, and this includes those points that would have otherwise violated the LEP2 bound by this value. The neutralino/chargino Lagrangian extended by the effective operators can be used in studies of dark matter relic density within extensions of the MSSM, by implementing it in public codes like micrOMEGAs.Comment: 36 pages, Latex, 16 figures (v2: minor changes, corrected typos
