Konfirmatori faktor analisis kepuasan kerja dosen
The University is one of the places to improve the quality of human resources. The development of education at the University of Batam city in particular has involved many parties, namely professors, the University, the community and other educational organizations. Job satisfaction in University lecturer becomes important to note. The lack of research on job satisfaction in University environment and the existing research is usually done in the industrial sector alone, so this study needs to be done at University. The object in this study to confirm the item indicators of job satisfaction lecturer. Data were collected using a questionnaire involves a number of 392 lecturers in Batam City University namely Putera Batam University, Batam University, and University of Riau Islands. Data were analyzed using SEM study of Amos. Results of the study found that, item 7 item confirming the satisfaction indicators indicators that can measure satisfaction with the Good of Fit is acceptable. The acquired results of the study can be used as a reference for the purposes of institutions, academics, and practitioners in making standards and evauasi job satisfaction. In addition, on behalf of the University needs to consider item indicators of satisfaction and need to also pay attention to other factors beyond the performed studies such as demographic factors, management and others
The factor analysis of organizational commitment, job satisfaction and performance among lecturers in Batam
This article intended to determine the important elements in commitment, satisfaction and job performance of university lecturers. This study involved 179 respondents from 3 universities located in Batam, Indonesia. The survey instrument had used a 5-point Likert scale to obtain feedback. Overall, the survey had achieved a very high level of reliability for organizational commitment, job satisfaction, and job performance. The data obtained was processed using exploratory factor analysis (EFA) to examine the structure of commitment, satisfaction, and performance factors. Overall, the instrument, which was the questionnaire, was valid. It was found, based on the EFA, that the three important factors were commitment, satisfaction, and performance. Hence, how could the findings significantly solve the problem statement as well as state the vision and potential of future studies. The Rotated Component Matrix showed the correlation between items and the factors after the Varimax rotation. Factor 1 contained 13 items, Factor 2 contained 12 items, while Factor 3 contained 11 items. It was found that items in Factor 1 could be under the “Commitment Factor”, items in Factor 2 could be under the “Performance Factor”, while items under factor 3 could be under the “Satisfaction Factor”. The outcome of this study could act as a guideline for lecturers to excel in their careers as well as assist institutions to develop effective evaluations

A descriptive analysis of perceptional social competence instrument lecturer at the high school of Islamic Ibnu Sina Batam City
Perceptional social competence assessment instrument is built and developed based on theories of performance assessment of competence and on the basis of previous research within and outside the country. This research based on the theory of performance assessment of lecturers upon perceptional social competence which renders the performance of lecturers assessed competency and one of them is social competence, This assessment involves assessment of the 12 items are built. Research involving 34 people respondents a lecturer at an Islamic High school environment (STAI) Ibnu Sina Batam. A descriptive analysis of the instrument is determined by the value of the min score. Instruments Questionnaire given to 34 people. The min value of the score is found the total value average of 2.98. These values can be inferred that the consistency of answers on respondents from the total of the items in the social competence of the lecturers at the instrument category enough. Thus the performance assessment of social competence perceptional lecturer at an Islamic High school environment Avicenna Batam is enough. For upcoming research suggested revisiting the performance assessment perceptional lecturer based on competencies other than the social competence, for example, intellectual and emotional competencies
Pemodelan Simulasi Kontrol Pada Sistem Pengolahan Air Limbah Dengan Menggunakan Plc
Dalam pengoperasian suatu peralatan atau mesin listrik kadang kita menemukan berbagai kendala, karena rumitnya proses pengaturan atau pengontrolannya. Maka dari itu untuk mendapatkan pengontrolan yang efisien, mudah, dan handal kita memerlukan suatu sistem kontrol otomatis, cepat dan akurat yaitu dengan menggunakan PLC (kepanjangan dari Programmable Logic Controller). Kelebihan dari alat ini adalah bersifat software, artinya fungsi control dapat dibuat dan dirubah dengan mudah melalui software atau program yang dikenakan padanya dengan menggunakan alat konsol atau komputer PC. Dengan kelebihan yang ada pada PLC ini mampu menggantikan sistem konvensional yang dipakai sebagai pengontrolan dari sistem pengolahan air limbah yang berada di Mabes TNI- AD. Dengan menggunakan kontroler PLC ini diharapkan dapat memudahkan para teknisi lapangan dalam memonitor cara kerja dan proses pengontrolan sistem pengolahan air limbah ini melalui layar monitor komputer. Dengan demikian jika suatu saat terjadi kerusakan atau kesalahan kita dapat dengan mudah melakukan pegecekan dan perbaikan melalui softwarenya
Analisa Minyak Transformator Pada Transformator Tiga Fasa Di PT X
Tangen delta merupakan metoda diagnostik secara elektrikal untuk mengetahui kondisi isolasi. Salah satu isolasi yang perlu diketahui adalah minyak transformator yang merupakan isolasi cair. Pada sebuah transformator, isolasi merupakan bagian penting yang harus diketahui sejak awal sebagai referensi untuk mengetahui umur dari isolasi tersebut. Pada penelitian ini, untuk memastikan atau mengetahui pengaruh minyak transformator terhadap pengujian tangen delta. Pengujian dilakukan terhadap minyak transformator yang belum dilakukan filtering dan sesudah dilakukan filtering. Alat yang akan digunakan untuk pengujian tangen delta adalah Megger Delta 2000. ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menguji Pengaruh Kpepemimpinan dan
Lingkungan Kerja Non Fisik terhadap Motivasi Kerja Pegawai diPP PAUDNI
Regional I Bandung. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 56 orang pegawai.
Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, data untuk penelitian ini
diperoleh melalui angket penelitian yang telah diisi oleh responden yang sudah
ditentukan. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah metode analisis regresi
linier berganda. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa kepemimpinan
berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja pegawai. lingkungan
kerja non fisik berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja
pegawai. Sementara itu variabel kepemeimpinan dan lingkungan kerja non fisik
berpengaruh positif dan signifikan bersama-sama terhadap motivasi kerja pegawai
di PP PAUDNI Regional I Bandung.

The Model of Character Learning Anti Violence Based on Reflective Learning
This research is a development research (R & D) that aims to produce learning device character values for new students who integrated reflective learning. This learning device in the form of guides and instructional material character values. That developed referring to the model of development that consists of several stages, namely: 1) a preliminary study, 2) formulate the objectives, 3)develop initial product, 4) do early trials, 5) revised to formulate the main product,6) test the main field, 7) test the operational product, 8) revised the final product,and 9) disseminate and implement the product. Moreover subjects in the this research is students of the Faculty of Engineering UNM. The data collected is qualitative data and quantitative data obtained using a questionnaire. Guides and materials developed, is validated by experts and have gone through the process of revision of the product. The test is done by individuals, small groups, and a field test. Aspects tested include aspects of the content, appearance and design aspects. The third aspect assessed by referring to the criteria of decent, useful and appropriate. The results of the expert assessment of the product guides and planting material character values integrated with reflective learning is valid. The test result of individual and small group trial demonstrated that the product guides and planting material meets the criteria of character values are very decent, very useful, and appropriate, so that it can be used in building the character of anti-violence which is integrated in the reflective learning
