Amar ma'ruf nahi munkar dalam kode etik jurnalistik Dewan Pers (content analysis)

Dewan Pers adalah sebuah lembaga independen di Indonesia yang berfungsi untuk mengembangkan dan melindungi kehidupan pers di Indonesia. Saat ini dalam kehidupan pers Indonesia telah memiliki perkembangan yang sangat pesat, olah karena itu Dewan Pers menetapkan Kode Etik Jurnalistik yang baru yang berlaku secara nasional sebagai landasan moral atau etika profesi dan menjadi pedoman operasional dalam menegakkan integritas dan profesionalitas wartawan. Tidak hanya wartawan yang bertugas menyampaikan informasi, Da’i dalam menyampaikan dakwahnya perlu ada kode etik yang harus dipatuhi. Amar ma’ruf nahi munkar adalah salah satu strategi yang digunakan untuk menjalankan perintah Allah. Seorang wartawan dalam menyampaikan informasi tidak semua mengandung nilai islami, tetapi mereka ketika melaksanakan tugas harus mematuhi Kode Etik Jurnalistik Dewan Pers dengan menjalankan perintah dan menjauhi larangan yang telah diterapkan. Oleh karena itu, penulis tertarik untuk melakukan penelitian dengan judul “AMAR MA’RUF NAHI MUNKAR DALAM KODE ETIK JURNALISTIK DEWAN PERS (CONTENT ANALYSIS)”. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif, pendekatan yang dilakukan oleh peneliti adalah pendekatan analisis isi yang diperkenalkan oleh Klaus Krippendorf yaitu penelitian untuk membuat rumusan kesimpulan-kesimpulan dengan mengidentifikasikan karakteristik spesifik secara sistematis dan objektif dari suatu teks. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan adalah dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa isi Kode Etik Jurnalistik Dewan Pers sejalan dengan prinsip-prinsip islami. Bisa dijadikan pedoman bagi wartawan dalam menjalankan tugasnya untuk mencari, menghimpun dan menuliskan berita karena berlandaskan amar ma’ruf nahi munkar. Masih ada wartawan yang melanggar Kode Etik Jurnalistik Dewan Pers, oleh karena itu perlu pemahaman dan penguasaan terhadap wartawan tentang Kode Etik Jurnalistik Dewan Pers

Acompañamiento Pedagógico Y Desempeño Docente En La Red Educativa Kuka K’intucha De Yanatile-Quebrada.

El presente trabajo de investigación titulado: “Acompañamiento Pedagógico y Desempeño Docente en la Red educativa Kuka Kíntucha de Yanati-Quebrada” tuvo como objetivo determinar en qué medida el Acompañamiento pedagógico se relaciona con el Desempeño Docente, en la Red Educativa Kuka K´intuchaQuebrada. En el estudio se muestra la importancia que tiene el Acompañamiento Pedagógico, porque contribuye a mejorar la calidad educativa y por ende la mejora del Desempeño Docente en el ámbito de la provincia de Calca especialmente en la RED Educativa Kuka K´intucha Distrito de Yanatile-Quebrada. El estudio, corresponde a una investigación sustantiva y básica de tipo correlacional, en un diseño no experimental de tipo descriptivo correlacional de corte transversal porque los datos fueron obtenidos en un solo momento y tiempo único, en una muestra de 25 docentes seleccionados de manera no probabilística e intencionada. Para lo cual se diseñó y elaboró un instrumento denominado encuesta de escala valorativa 30 ítems, sobre las percepciones del Acompañamiento Pedagógico y otro de 30 ítems sobre el Desempeño Docente, la cual fue sometida a prueba de confiablidad y validación por juicio de expertos. Para el procesamiento y análisis de los datos obtenidos se utilizó el Ms Excel y el SPSS v21, que consistió en el tratamiento estadístico y la prueba de hipótesis a través de la prueba chi cuadrada de Pearson y asociación Tau de Kendall

A Biogeographic Perspective on the Evolution of Fire Syndromes in Pine Trees (Pinus: Pinaceae)

Our goals were to explore the relationship between biogeography and the evolution of fire-adaptive syndromes in the genus Pinus. We used a previously published time-calibrated phylogeny and conducted ancestral trait reconstruction to estimate the likely timing of diversification in Pinus, and to determine when fire-adaptive syndromes evolved in the lineage. To explore trait conservation among fire syndromes and to investigate historical biogeography, we constructed ancestral state reconstructions using the program RASP and estimated the degree of conservatism for fire-adapted traits in the program BaTS. Our reconstructions suggest that the Bering land bridge, which connected North America and Asia, probably played a major role in early pine evolution. Our estimates indicated that fire-adaptive syndromes seem to have evolved more frequently in New World taxa and probably are related to the uplift of major North American mountain ranges. Our data suggest that certain geographically widespread adaptations to fire evolved repeatedly, possibly due to localized changes in climate and environment, rather than resulting from large dispersal events of pre-adapted individuals

IMPLEMENTASI CHATBOT PADA SISTEM INFORMASI AKADEMIK UNIVERSITAS YUDHARTA PASURUAN

Universitas Yudharta Pasuruan sudah menggunakan sistem informasi akademik (sister) dalam bentuk aplikasi web untuk mempermudah kegiatan civitas akademika. Dengan adanya aplikasi tersebut mahasiswa cukup terbantu dalam mendapatkan informasi akademik. Namun karena sistem tersebut berbasis web ada beberapa tampilan yang belum mendukung tampilan mobile friendly. Penelitian ini mengusulkan pengembangan chatbot yang terintegrasi dengan sistem informasi akademik. Pengembangan chatbot sendiri menggunakan sebuah platform pesan singkat dari Telegram. Agar chatbot dapat memahami pertanyaan yang ditanyakan oleh mahasiswa, penulis menggunakan sebuah platform NLP (Natural Language Processing) yaitu Dialogflow. Dari hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan, penulis berhasil membuat chatbot yang terintegrasi dengan sistem informasi akademik. Chatbot yang penulis buat mampu menjawab pertanyaan yang sesuai dengan tugas yang telah penulis tentukan dan juga chatbot memiliki kemampuan untuk mengambil informasi dari sistem yang dapat diberikan kepada user, serta pengujian delay respon chatbot melihat nilai akademik memiliki rata-rata 1,26 detik dan 1,3 detik. Dan pengujian delay respon chatbot melihat kalender akademik memiliki rata-rata 1,28 detik dan 1,38 detik

The Analysis of Public Perception of The Buka Luwur Tradition in Sunan Muria and Sunan Kudus Cemetery

This study aims to provide a comprehensive account of the local community’s perspective on the Buka Luwur tradition in two distinct cultural contexts, specifically in Sunan Kudus and Sunan Muria. The research methodology employs a qualitative phenomenological approach. The informants were selected using a purposive sampling technique based on two criteria: (1) caretakers of the graves of Sunan Muria and Sunan Kudus, and (2) native residents of Kudus who participate in the ritual of breaking luwur at their graves. This investigation involved a total of four informants. Data collection employs in-depth interviews. The research employs a direct interview technique, using an interview guide based on the theory of perception characteristics. Coding is used for data analysis, and triangulation establishes credibility. According to the research findings, the Kudus community generally has a favorable perception of the Buka Luwur tradition in Sunan Muria and Sunan Kudus. The people believe that participating in the tradition will result in receiving blessings from the mullah

The purpose of this business plan is to secure additional, long-term funding to open a QSR (Quick Service Retail) franchise in Kota Samarahan, Sarawak. The owners of the company are willing to invest RM25,000, and assume over RM120,000 in short-term liability to secure the funding for inventory, and early operations. The Maybank loan we seek is in the amount of RM50,000, and if approved, will be amortized to 10 years. The chain is positioned somewhere between traditional food and local food restaurant. This segment of the market is attuned to the health benefits of their eating habits, are more conscious of their buying habits than the general population, and more importantly, they have higher incomes and are willing to pay more for a better burger choice. Our goal is to be that choice in the Kota Samarahan area. Our primary goal for this plan is that it help us secure this RM50,000 Maybank loan. Once we have done that, our goal will be to build value for our constituents, ourselves, our employees, our customers, and the community. We see these goals as being consistent with the goals the Maybank expects of itself and its guarantors
