Diplomová práce se zabývá testováním loga realitní kanceláře. V diplomové práci je nejprve charakterizovaná společnost a její služby. Následně jsou popsána teoretická východiska značky a testování loga. Cílem této diplomové práce bylo zjistit, zda veřejnost ve Frýdku-Místku logo poznává a jak na ni působí. Byl proveden výzkum metodou osobního dotazování. Na základě analýzy výsledků výzkumu byly navrženy úpravy loga (redesign) a marketingová komunikace loga.The thesis deals with testing the logo of the real estate agency. In diploma thesis is characteristic of company and its services. Subsequently, the theoretical basis of the brand and the logo testing are described. The aim of this thesis was to find out whether the public in Frýdek-Místek recognizes the logo and how it operates. Research was conducted using the method of personal interviewing. Předmětem diplomové práce "Optimalizace externího financování podnikatelského záměru" je rozbor možností financování rozvoje vybrané firmy na základě podrobné analýzy. V diplomové práci analyzuji aktuální ekonomický stav firmy, její aktivita, pasiva, vlastní kapitál. Dále zohledňuji strategie obchodního rozvoje firmy a jejího podnikání. Práce se také zabývá analýzou nabídek bankovních úvěrů, finančního leasingu a jejich vzájemného porovnání. Provedení analýzy umožní nalezení optimálního řešení financování.The purpose of the dissertation "An optimalization of an external funding of the prospectus" is to examine financial analyses of particular business connected with the business development. The present study aims to explore actual finance of the particular business and asset of the business. Moreover the analytical report examine Business development strategy. The dissertation is engaged also in analysis of investment credit and finacial leasing offers and benchmarking of both. The main purpose of the financial analyses is suggestion of the financing of the prarticular company.

The territorial ambitions of Czech politics in the context of World War I

The thesis is focused towards analyzing concepts of territorial demarcation of the Czech lands-state which where introduced during World War I by Czech politics and finally pursued through during the Paris Peace Conference. In the period of war the focus is towards constitutional concepts of the Czech official political representation and from the side of anti - austrian Czech political resistance towards constitutional concepts of the resistance circle of Karel Kramář and the resistance circle of Tomáš Garrigue Masaryk. The goal of the thesis is to summarize and evaluate different arguments of historical-political, economical or socio- cultural character benefiting maximal territorial gain. Security transfer of ownership

Zajišťovací převod vlastnického práva Abstrakt Předmětem této práce je zajišťovací převod vlastnického práva jakožto způsob zajištění dluhu v České republice. Práce v rámci pěti kapitol provádí analýzu platné právní úpravy zajišťovacího převodu vlastnického práva s přihlédnutím k výkladovým úskalím, která označila judikatura, odborná veřejnost i právní praxe. Především je snahou kriticky představit aplikační a výkladové problémy, které vyvstávají při využívání zajišťovacího převodu vlastnického práva. V první kapitole je cílem nejprve uvést zajišťovací převod práva do kontextu závazkového práva, zařadit ho mezi ostatní instituty sloužící k zajištění dluhu a vystihnout jeho podstatu. Následně jsou popsány kořeny tohoto druhu zajištění dluhu v římském právu a vývoj právní úpravy zajišťovacího převodu práva na českém území. Na závěr první kapitoly je komparativně uveden způsob využití zajišťovacího převodu práva v Německu a ve Francii. Druhá kapitola analyzuje právní úpravu zajišťovacího převodu práva v zákoně č. 40/1964 Sb., občanský zákoník a identifikuje problémy související s nedokonalostí této právní úpravy. Také analyzuje závěry judikatury, které měly zásadní dopad na výklad tohoto zajišťovacího prostředku a promítly se do platné právní úpravy. Within five chapters, the thesis analyses the law applicable to the security transfer of ownership while considering the difficulties arising out of its interpretation that were identified by courts, experts and legal practice. The main purpose is to present the difficulties related to the use and interpretation of the security transfer of ownership in a critical manner. The first chapter aims to put the security transfer of title in the context of the law of obligations, to place it among other types of debt securities and to capture its substance. Subsequently, the thesis describes the roots of this type of debt security in Roman law and the evolution of the security transfer of title in the Czech territory. There is a comparative mention of the use of the security transfer of title in Germany and France at the end of the first chapter. Internet Marketing Communication of a Bicycle Dealership

Tématem této bakalářské práce je internetová marketingová komunikace společnosti Maxbike působící na trhu jízdních kol. Nejdříve je charakterizováno prostředí, které je rozděleno na mikroprostředí a makroprostředí. Poté následují teoretická východiska internetové marketingové komunikace. Samotné měření na stránkách je provedeno metodou pozorování. K analýze byl využit nástroj Google Analytics a facebookové přehledy. Analýza je rozdělena na analýzu návštěvnosti webu a analýzu facebookové stránky. Scout podcasts as a participatory communication platform

This master's thesis explores scout podcasts as participatory communication platforms. It focuses on two amateur Scout podcasts, Podcast and Skauttalk, examining their overall concept, content, preparation, and recording process, as well as the creators' motivations, goals, and intentions. This thesis aims to analyse how scouts use podcasts to communicate their activities and related topics within the context of participatory culture. The theoretical section examines the concept of participatory culture, media convergence, the term produsage, and community media theory. It also focuses on the podcast as a medium - its history, relationship to radio, key characteristics, and its participatory and community- building potential. The practical part examines the selected podcasts through content analysis, semi-structured interviews with their creators, and observation of the recording process. The resulting analysis provides a detailed view of the content of the podcasts, how the creators work with the format, and their motivations, goals, and intentions. The findings show that Podcast and Skauttalk can be defined as participatory communication platforms, which the creators primarily use to share inspiration and expand knowledge within the communities for which they are intended. Zaměřuje se na dva amatérské skautské podcasty, Podcast a Skauttalk, které jsou zkoumány z hlediska jejich celkové koncepce, obsahu, přípravy a průběhu natáčení, stejně jako motivace tvůrců, jejich cílů a záměrů. Cílem práce je analyzovat, jak skauti prostřednictvím podcastů komunikují svoji činnost a související témata v kontextu participativní kultury. Teoretická část se věnuje konceptu participativní kultury, mediální konvergenci, pojmu produsage a teorii komunitních médií. Dále se zaměřuje na podcast jako medium, jeho historii, vztah k rádiu, klíčové vlastnosti i participativní a komunitní potenciál. Analytická část zkoumá vybrané podcasty pomocí obsahové analýzy, polostrukturovaných rozhovorů s jejich autory a pozorování natáčení. Výsledná analýza poskytuje podrobný pohled na obsahovou stránku podcastů, práci autorů s formátem i na jejich motivaci, cíle a záměry. Z výsledků práce vyplývá, že Podcast i Skauttalk lze označit za participativní komunikační platformy, které autoři využívají především pro předávání inspirace a rozšiřování znalostí v rámci komunity, pro niž jsou určeny. Dripwater hydrogeochemistry and dynamics in Výpustek Cave (Moravian Karst)

Hydrogeochemistry and dynamics of selected drips was studied in Výpustek Cave (Moravian Karst). It was found that rainfall only weakly correlate with drip rate, despite a fundamental relation between both the variables. The drip rate was decreasing at all the studied sites, as rainfalls were insufficient to refill water in the epikarstic perched reservoirs. The drip rate and dripwater conductivity were positively correlated, probably due to water mixing in vadose zone fissures and epikarst. The pH and water conductivity were negatively correlated as an impact of partial pressures of epikarstic CO2. The Using Logistics in a Manufacturing Company

This bachelor thesis deals with using logistics in the brewery Městský pivovar PLATAN s. r. o. It reports on the present state of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks consumption in the Czech Republic. The consumption of non-alcoholic drinks and non-alcoholic beer has a significantly increasing trend. The largest part of alcoholic drink consumption in the Czech Republic is beer. The strategy of the brewery Platan is presented. The strategy should lead to maintain the sale position the company has reached. An analysis of competitive environment was performed for the investigation of market position of the company Platan. The study describes the material flow and information flow in the company as well. The material flow was described in terms of inputs, production, outputs and reverse logistics. The results of this study show that the gastronomy sphere customers have the widest requirements. Based on the questionnaire investigation, the standards in providing brewing services were compiled. Finally, the distribution services was examined and the possibility of using own transportation when compared to the outside forwarding agent services was explored

Insect Body Defence Reactions against Bee Venom: Do Adipokinetic Hormones Play a Role?

Bees originally developed their stinging apparatus and venom against members of their own species from other hives or against predatory insects. Nevertheless, the biological and biochemical response of arthropods to bee venom is not well studied. Thus, in this study, the physiological responses of a model insect species (American cockroach, Periplaneta americana) to honeybee venom were investigated. Bee venom toxins elicited severe stress (LD50 = 1.063 uL venom) resulting in a significant increase in adipokinetic hormones (AKHs) in the cockroach central nervous system and haemolymph. Venom treatment induced a large destruction of muscle cell ultrastructure, especially myofibrils and sarcomeres. Interestingly, co-application of venom with cockroach Peram-CAH-II AKH eliminated this effect. Envenomation modulated the levels of carbohydrates, lipids, and proteins in the haemolymph and the activity of digestive amylases, lipases, and proteases in the midgut. Bee venom significantly reduced vitellogenin levels in females. Dopamine and glutathione (GSH and GSSG) insignificantly increased after venom treatment. However, dopamine levels significantly increased after Peram-CAH-II application and after co-application with bee venom, while GSH and GSSG levels immediately increased after co-application. The results suggest a general reaction of the cockroach body to bee venom and at least a partial involvement of AKHs
