Методологія системного підходу та наукових досліджень

Курс «Методологія системного підходу та наукових досліджень» є нормативною дисципліною. Він читається слухачам магістратури денної та заочної форм навчання спеціальності «Публічне управління та адміністрування». Головна мета курсу полягає у висвітленні історії становлення системних уявлень та виникнення системного аналізу як наукового методу, навчанні магістрів творчо мислити, самостійно поповнювати свої знання, орієнтуватися у великому потоці наукової інформації. Основними завданнями вивчення дисципліни є засвоєння студентами загальнотеоретичних основ розвитку науки, оволодіння методикою і методологією системного аналізу та набуття практичного досвіду їх застосування. Вона мають навчитися творчо мислити, самостійно поповнювати свої знання, орієнтуватися у великому потоці наукової інформації. Здобувачі повинні оволодіти навичками щодо самостійного наукового опрацювання усіх видів джерел, аналізу та узагальнення інформації на професійному рівні. Студенти також повинні навчитися письмово викладати отримані результати досліджень, робити ґрунтовні висновки та узагальнення, оволодіти навиками грамотного літературного оформлення своїх робіт

Text categories model of equivalence of belles-lettres translation

Теория эквивалентности, одно из основных учений в науке о переводе, неизбежно приходит к оценке, неприменимой в отношении художественного перевода. Предлагаемый проект выдвигает категориально-текстовую модель установления эквивалентности перевода на основании категориально-текстового анализа темы и хронотопа. Модель пошагово апробируется на установлении эквивалентности русских переводов английскому оригиналу буколической элегии К. Марлоу “The Passionate Shepherd to His Love”. Категориально-текстовая модель имеет перспективу дальнейшего использованию на более объемных текстовых структурах.The theory of equivalence, one of the main notions in modern translatology, inevitably comes to assessment, inapplicable to any belles-lettres translation. The project proposes a text categories model of equivalence of translation on the basis of categoric analysis of topic and chronotope. The latter is gradually identified for the Russian translations to the originally English text of the elegy The Passionate Shepherd to His Love by K. Marlowe. Migrating Web Services from SOAP to REST

Tato práce si klade za cíl porozumět architekturam webových služeb SOAP a REST a poté migrovat existující projekt ze SOAP na architekturu REST. Implementace se zaměřuje na využití technologií souvisejících s moderními API řešeními, včetně technologií pro automatickou migraci. Samotná práce zahrnuje průzkum existujících řešení, výběr vhodných technologií, popis implementace a vyhodnocení implementovaného řešení.This work aims to get an understanding of the SOAP and REST web service architecture and then migrate an existing project to REST architecture using SOAP. The implementation focuses on the usage of technologies related to modern API solutions, including technologies for automatic migration. The thesis itself covers research of existing solutions, selection of suitable technologies, the description of the implementation, and evaluation of the implemented solution

Financial impact of Ethereum vulnerability detectors

Tato diplomová práce zkoumá finanční důsledky detektorů zranitelností v rámci Ethereum, významné blockchainové platformy. K analýze uceleného souboru smart kontraktů Ethereum je využit kvantitativní přístup, přičemž je kladen důraz zejména na ty, které vznikly nedávno, mají značnou likviditu a vyznačují se pozoruhodnou popularitou. Zjištění odhalují významnou korelaci mezi detekcí zranitelností a finančními ztrátami, přičemž neodhalené zranitelnosti tvoří podstatnou část těchto ztrát. Studie dochází k závěru, že zvýšení přesnosti a účinnosti detektorů zranitelností Ethereum by mohlo vést k významným ročním finančním úsporám. Tento výzkum zdůrazňuje zásadní roli detektorů zranitelností při ochraně digitálních aktiv a udržování finanční stability v blockchainových ekosystémech.This Master's thesis investigates the financial implications of vulnerability detectors within Ethereum, a prominent blockchain platform. A quantitative approach is utilized to analyze a comprehensive set of Ethereum smart contracts, particularly emphasizing those that are recent, have substantial liquidity, and have notable popularity. The findings reveal a significant correlation between the detection of vulnerabilities and financial losses, with undetected vulnerabilities accounting for a substantial proportion of these losses. The study concludes that enhancements in the accuracy and efficiency of Ethereum vulnerability detectors could lead to significant annual financial savings. This research highlights the critical role of vulnerability detectors in protecting digital assets and maintaining financial stability within blockchain ecosystems

The Economic Analysis of the Law in the Sphere of Public Law Regulation of Activity of Economic Entities

The relevance of work is caused by importance of correlation of the legal methods established by the power and the economic maintenance of the adjustable relations. In article the general approaches to legal regulation of economy, on the one hand, and to the economic analysis of law – with another are analyzed. The author argues the point of view according to which the correlation "law and economy" and differentiation of the economic analysis of continental and common law is necessary. Arguments in support of the centralized legal regulation and economic management of economy are adduced. Further author's main characteristics "the economic analysis of law" in the changing state of the Russian Federation, since 1990 are granted. In the most general sense methodological and ideological bases of approach to definition of legal regulation of economic management in the socialist and capitalist state are defined. According to the author, capitalism is also the deadlock direction of economic development. The approach existing in an economics represents attempt to extend phenomena of the neoclassical economic theory and neo institutionalism to the spheres of the public relations which are not connected with economy (i.e. economic approach to all social problems). Demand is not exclusively economic category, it extends also to the sphere of the right which is estimated also on availability, the price, alternative costs, usefulness. The author proves need of the researches covering boundary subject of law and economy. Arguments in support of this point of view are adduced. The conclusion is in conclusion drawn that need of researches on a joint of the right and economy is obvious now, and it concerns not only legal, but also equally economic science. At the same time interaction of sciences has to be carried out as equals, and amendments have to concern both fields of knowledge. In this regard researches "the rights and economies" can become one of the most perspective directions of development within both law, and economy
