Embedding the information in cover image is always an interesting research issue in the field of image steganography. In this paper, we are using a hybrid model with compression, data encoding and image mosiacing technique. Image (pixel values) can be compressed with efficient DCT technique, Data can be embedding in to cover image without losing the data integrity with LSB technique, because usage of significant bits of the image may damage the image and image can be parallel segmented without losing pixel integrity and combined at receiver end with improved noise free image mosaicking technique. Our experimental analysis gives more efficient results than traditional approaches

Effect of Incorporation of Moringa Leaf Meal at Varying Levels on Serum Biochemical Profile in Japanese Quail Diets

An experiment was conducted to study the effect of moringa leaf meal (MLM) at varying levels in the diet of quails onserum biochemical profile. One hundred and fifty day old quail chicks were randomly allotted into 5 experiment groups(T1, T2, T3, T4 and T5) each with 3 replicates of 10 chicks. MLM was incorporated at 0, 1.5, 3.0, 4.5 and 6.0% levels, respectively, in the different experimental groups. All the diets formulated were iso-caloric and iso-nitrogenous. At the endof the experiment, blood was collected from 2 birds/ replicate, thus a total of 30 birds and serum was separated. Resultsrevealed that the albumin, calcium and phosphorus contents were increased (p<0.05), while glucose decreased (p<0.01)with increase in the level of MLM for 0 to 6.0 % in the diet. And the values for total protein and globulin increased(p>0.05), while triglycerides, total cholesterol and creatinine decreased (p>0.05) with linear increase of MLM in quaildiets. Further, increase (p<0.05) in HDL Cholesterol level and decrease (p>0.05) in LDL and VLDL Cholesterol levelswere recorded in serum with increased level of inclusion of MLM from 0 to 6.0 % in the diet. The present study indicatedthat moringa leaf meal can be included up to 6.0 % level in the diet of quails for production of low cholesterol meat withoutany adverse effects on production performance

<p>Abstract</p> <p>Background</p> <p><it>Liqi</it>, an herbal preparation used in traditional Chinese medicine, has been used to treat cancer in China for centuries. We investigated the anti-tumor effects of liqi and their mechanisms in mice that had been xenografted with tumors.</p> <p>Methods</p> <p>Sarcoma 180 tumor, Lewis lung carcinoma, and SGC-7901 cells were implanted in BALB/c mice, C57BL/6 mice, and BALB/c nude mice, respectively. Liqi was administered to subgroups of these mice. The tumor weight and size were measured. Cell cycle analysis and T lymphocyte subsets were determined by flow cytometry. The activity of NK cells and TNF was tested using cytotoxicity assay on YAC-1 cells and L929 cells, respectively, and the activity of IL-2 was tested with an IL-2-dependent CTLL-2 cell proliferation assay. Platelet aggregation was monitored by measuring electric impedance, and the levels of thromboxane A2 (TXA2) and prostacyclin (PGI2) in blood were measured by 125I-TXB2 and 125I-Keto-PGF1α radioimmunoassay.</p> <p>Results</p> <p>The results showed that liqi inhibited tumor growth in tumor-implanted mice and arrested the cell proliferation in the G0/G1 phase and reduced the portion of cells in S and G2/M phase for SGC-7901 cells. Liqi increased the activity of NK cells and TNF-α, stimulated IL-2 production and activity, and regulated T lymphocyte subpopulations. Liqi inhibited the Lewis lung carcinoma metastasis by inhibiting platelet aggregation and normalizing the balance between TXA2 and PGI2.</p> <p>Conclusion</p> <p>All these findings demonstrated that liqi has an anti-tumor effect in vivo. The mechanism may be related to immune regulation and anticoagulation effects.</p

High intratumoural level of cytokines mediates efficient regression of a rat histiocytoma

We have studied the role of cytokines in the spontaneous regression of AK-5 histiocytoma in syngeneic rats. Animals in which the tumour regresses show high levels of cytokines in the serum compared with animals which succumb to the tumour, and levels of IL-2, IL-4, IL-12, interferon-gamma (IFN-γ) and tumour necrosis factor-alpha (TNF-α) are significantly higher in tumour tissue of the former. Thus there is an association between rejection of the tumour and the levels of cytokines present in the tumour mass. Our results also suggest a predominant Th1-type of response in those rats that display early tumour rejection

Now in the era of artificial intelligence and digitalisation financial sector is adopting various digital tools in their products and services offerings. That’s why user acceptance of technology in the financial sector has became the important field of the study. Internet banking, mobile banking,ATM,cash deposit machines, instant payment services, online trading in stock markets, online funds transfers,E-wallets,wealth management, peer to peer lending, blockchain technology are various fintech products and services. This study is an attempt to analyse the users acceptance of technology in their financial management decisions by using cognitive computational model. Cognitive computing provides a great opportunity for users to understand the true nature of risk for the industry especially new upcoming risk such as cyber security. This study mainly focuses on how different cognitive factors such as perceived expenditure, ease of time, level of risk, service quality, frequent use of automated tools, socio cultural factors, perceived trust, perceived usability and perceived convenience to use influence the users motive to adopt and utilise the Financial Technology.</jats:p
