How Entrepreneurial Involvement Affects Entrepreneurial Quality: Mediators of Sustainable Entrepreneurial Behavior and Moderating Role of Positive Entrepreneurial Outcomes Framework
This paper analyzes the effects of entrepreneurial involvement on entrepreneurial quality. The study specifically examines the mediating effect of sustainable entrepreneurial behavior in this relationship and introduces the positive entrepreneurial outcome framework as a moderating variable to test its moderating effect. The findings reveal that: (1) Entrepreneurial involvement, including both entrepreneurial scenario involvement and entrepreneurial industry involvement, positively impacts the entrepreneurial quality of start-ups. (2) Sustainable entrepreneurial behaviors mediate the relationship between entrepreneurial involvement and entrepreneurial quality. (3) The positive entrepreneurial outcome framework plays a significant moderating role, enhancing the effect of entrepreneurial involvement and its dimensions on entrepreneurial quality. Based on these empirical results, under the growing trend of green entrepreneurship, start-ups should harness the driving force of entrepreneurial involvement, effectively leverage internal and external entrepreneurial resources, and focus on incentivizing entrepreneurial teams to foster the high-quality development of new ventures

An electromagnetic coupling treatment for improving the cutting performance of cemented carbide-coated tools
To improve the cutting performance and prolong the service life of a carbide-coated tool in the process of ductile iron machining, an electromagnetic coupling treatment (EMCT) was carried out. The cutting experiments show that the cutting force and cutting temperature are reduced after EMCT, and the roughness of the machined surface is reduced. It is found that after EMCT with optimal parameters the dislocation density, microscopic strain, microhardness and bonding strength of an alumina coating increase by 109.2%, 28.2%, 28.3% and 26.6%, respectively. Using the actual machining of a differential housing to verify the tool life, it is found that after EMCT, a single tool can process 18.4 more workpieces or in other words, the tool life increased by 44%. EMCT can promote element diffusion, optimize coating properties and have great potential in coating tool life extension

Hybrid Nursing Robot Based on Humanoid Pick-Up Action: Safe Transfers in Living Environments for Lower Limb Disabilities
This research paper outlines the development of a modular and adjustable transfer care robot aimed at enhancing safe and comfortable transfers for individuals with lower limb disabilities. To design this robot, we utilized a 3D motion capture system to analyze the movements of a person assisting another person and to determine the necessary range of motion and workspace for the robot. Based on this analysis, we developed a 3-UPS + UPR parallel spreader to transfer the person receiving care. We also conducted kinematic and dynamic analyses of the parallel spreader to validate its operational space and to obtain the force change curve for the drive. To evaluate the robot’s performance, we enlisted the help of ten volunteers with varying heights and weights. Our findings indicate that the pressure distribution during transfers remained largely consistent. Additionally, the surveys revealed that those receiving care perceived the robot as being capable of securely and comfortably transferring individuals between different assistive devices. This modular and adaptable transfer assistance robot presents a promising solution to the challenges encountered in caregiving
