Distributed, Encrypted, Homogeneous Theory for Multi-Processors
The networking solution to the partition table is defined not only by the improvement of hash tables, but also by the essential need for architecture. Given the current status of wearable configurations, mathematicians particularly desire the improvement of web browsers, demonstrates the important importance of algorithms. Fummel, our new system for interposable technology, is the solution to all of these issues
The dilemma of dharma in the Gītā : religious constraints on moral duty
The ethical dilemma begins in the Gītā with the refusal of
Arjuna to fight against his own kinsmen the Kauravas. The
entire discourse in the Gītā basically offers the reasons by
which Kṛṣṇa encouraged and persuaded Arjuna to fight. The
aim of this essay is to explore the ethical dilemma in the Gītā
faced by Arjuna in relation to adherence to scriptural norms
and duties by birth, the compatibility between dharma and
karma and its end as Mokṣa
A Model for Financial Inclusion: The case of the Retail Industry in Zimbabwe
Inclusive financial systems allow broad access to financial services without price barriers to their use and are likely to benefit poor people and other disadvantaged groups. In Zimbabwe, little research has been done on financial inclusion since it is still a relatively new concept and hence no model has been developed to date. Therefore the purpose of this study is to explore the current extent of financial inclusion and to develop a model for financial inclusion for Zimbabwe’s retail industry. A sample of 16 bank managers and 4 supermarket managers were interviewed. The results indicated that although the retail industry had embraced some of the financial inclusion initiatives, other initiatives were still not being accepted. The resultant model was developed from the identified factors influencing financial inclusion in the study borrowing ideas from the 5Ps of financial inclusion identified in the mid 2010s
A study on service awareness of EPF I-Akaun enhanced facility among EPF’S Members in Kuching/ Cinderella Barnabas
The Employee Provident Fund (EPF) is a social security institution formed according to the Laws of Malaysia, Employees Provident Fund Act 1991 (Act 452) which provides retirement benefits for members through management oftheir savings in an efficient and reliable manner. The organization aspires to become the leading social security organization in the world and the best government agency in Malaysia. With this vision and aspirations, EPF has continues to improves its services by incorporating information technology to its operations and services. The inceptions of EPF I-Akaun Enhanced Facility as a value added service is one of the steps to increased members satisfaction and further to provide enhanced services that will benefits the EPF, employers and members
¿Protege o predispone la actividad física a las adicciones conductuales y otros problemas de autorregulación?
This cross-sectional survey study had the aim of clarifying the relationships
between leisure time physical activity (LTPA) and non-drugrelated
self-regulation problems (non-drug-related SRPs), including
behavioral addictions, and the role of impulsive personality traits
therein. Spanish university students (N = 329; Mage = 21.20) completed
questionnaires for each of these constructs.
Fitness and Bodybuilding LTPA was negatively associated with video
gaming-related SRPs, r = -.13, p = .019, 95% CI (bootstrapped) [-.23,
-.02], and positively associated with sex-related SRPs, r = .16, p = .005,
95% CI (bootstrapped) [.04, .30]. Endurance LTPA was associated
with higher scores in eating-related SRPs, r = .17, p = .003, 95% CI
(bootstrapped) [.02, .31]. The proportion of participants presenting
scores above the clinically significant threshold in eating-related SRPs
was 2.64 times higher for respondents in an Excessive Endurance
LTPA cluster compared to the other respondents, Fisher’s exact test,
p = .017, OR = 3.10, 95% CI [1.26, 7.63], and the proportion of participants
reporting vomiting to control weight was 2.12 times higher,
Fisher’s exact test, p = .040, OR = 2.43, 95% CI [1.06, 5.57]. The associations
were largely independent of impulsive personality traits.
We identified an elevated risk of eating pathology in a subgroup of
participants with anomalously high participation in endurance physical
activity. This overlap is consistent with the secondary dependence hypothesis
of exercise addiction. This cross-sectional survey study had the aim of clarifying the relationships

DNA genotyping of Duabanga moluccana (Sawih) using ISSR Marker
The genetic diversity of Duabanga moluccana in 3 populations was characterized using inter-simple sequence
repeats (ISSR) technique. Two ISSR primers: CAG(CA)8 and (ACC)6G were screened, of which both are
polymorphic and provide informative patterns to determine genetic relationships. ISSR amplification was conducted
on 90 samples from 3 populations, and all 40 loci detected were polymorphic. The percentage of PPL at Mukah,
Niah and Tatau were 82.5%, 90.00% and 62.50% respectively, with an average of 78.33%. Nei’s gene diversity (h)
and Shannon’s Information Index (I) of D. moluccana at the species level were 0.2206 and 0.3569, respectively. The
genetic differentiation coefficient (Gst) among populations was 0.1234. The gene flow (Nm) among populations was
1.7759, indicating that gene flow was high among populations of D. moluccana
An Emerging Leadership Model for Millennial Educators
The study unveiled perceptions of school leaders and their expectations of millennial educators in terms of Drivers, Fit, Leadership Style and Culture, and Unconscious Biases with the endview of discovering an emerging leadership model for millennial educators. This employed explanatory-sequential design with two-phased, mixed-method approach. Results revealed that Drivers, Fit, Leadership Style and Culture, and Unconscious Biases and other leadership principles, school heads’ consideration of these domains lead to better commitment and performance of their leadership roles, while millennial teachers’ expectations of their school head’s role can guide current and aspiring school heads in managing a growing millennial generation of educators. Hereafter, six key elements appeared include Professional Instigation, Personal Provocation, Leadership Direction, Cultural Condition, Self-Predilection, and Organizational Acclimation. These emerging leadership principles upheld by millennial educators may be considered priorities of Professional Development Programs across all levels
