Konstruksi Identitas Berdimensi Kultural pada Orang Terkaya di Indonesia Versi Forbes
People use language to construct their identity or identities and narrative is one of the forms of the language use. The narrative functions as a site for enacting what they are, who they are, and how they view the others (Gee, 2011). This paper discusses the identity construction in the narrative of the 2015 richest Indonesian people ranked by Forbes magazine. A discourse analytic approach is employed in this study. The analysis shows that the identity constructions are relevant to the cultural dimensions proposed by Hofstede (1987, 2016) in which the collectivistic culture emerged predominantly in the narrative. Since the data were taken from English narratives in business, the implication for the use of English as a business' lingua franca is also discussed

Markov chain Monte Carlo tests for designed experiments
We consider conditional exact tests of factor effects in designed experiments
for discrete response variables. Similarly to the analysis of contingency
tables, a Markov chain Monte Carlo method can be used for performing exact
tests, when large-sample approximations are poor and the enumeration of the
conditional sample space is infeasible. For designed experiments with a single
observation for each run, we formulate log-linear or logistic models and
consider a connected Markov chain over an appropriate sample space. In
particular, we investigate fractional factorial designs with runs,
noting correspondences to the models for contingency tables

Forging Careers in Food Law and Policy: Challenges and Opportunities for Law Schools
Food Law and Policy (FL&P) is a quickly growing field of legal practice that offers many exciting career opportunities for law students. As national awareness of food and agricultural issues increases, particularly the way laws and policies influence our food system, more law students are demanding that their law schools offer courses, internships, and clinical experiences in this field. Law schools across the country have an opportunity to satisfy this student demand, while at the same time providing students with skills and knowledge that will equip them to engage with the many complex, dynamic, and important issues related to the practice of FL&P. This article seeks to explain to curious and interested legal educators the types of career paths a student might take in the field of FL&P and the ways law schools can provide students the necessary skills and education in order to prepare them for a career in FL&P
