Objektivitas Pemberitaan Pemilihan Kepala Daerah (Pilkada) Kota Jawa Barat di Media Detik.com dan Tribunjabar.id

Media memiliki peran untuk melakukan kontrol sosial dapat berupa kritik pemberitaan mengenai penyimpangan dan pelanggaran peraturan yang dilakukan salah satunya oleh pejabat. Maka media harus objektif dalam melakukan pemberitaan, jika tidak objektif makan membuat bias. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar tingkat objektivitasan pemberitaan di media detik.com dan tribunjabar.id mengenai pilkada Jawa Barat tahun 2024. Kedua media tersebut dipilih berdasarkan media nasional yang paling banyak dikunjungi serta media online lokal yang ada di Jawa Barat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis isi kuantitatif, serta menggunakan konsep objektivitas miliki Westerstahl, sehingga dapat melihat objektivitasan kedua media tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan 100 berita yang mencakup keduanya. Penelitian mendapatkan bahwa kedua media tersebut belum mendapatkan skor yang sempurna. Media online detik.com unggul dalam hal faktualitas, memiliki relevansi terhadap jurnalistik, berimbang, dan berita disajikan tidak menggunakan bahasa sensasional. Sedangkan, tribunjabar.id unggul dalam hal akurasi dan kelengkapan dalam penulisan artikel terdapat unsur 5W + 1H ( What, When, Where, Why, Who, How). Akan tetapi, dua media online ini sama-sama memiliki kekurangan dalam hal cover both side. Kedua media online tersebut tidak memiliki keseimbangan dalam sudut pandang terhadap peristiwa yang diberikan

Formulation and Bioequivalence Testing of Fixed-Dose Combination Orally Disintegrating Tablets for the Treatment of Tuberculosis in the Paediatric Population

Tuberculosis (TB) is believed to affect around 10 million people worldwide. Treatment for TB includes isoniazid and rifampicin, with fixed-dose combination (FDC) recommended for improved patient compliance. Similarly, orally disintegrating tablets (ODTs) are an increasingly popular dosage form that aid compliance since they do not require swallowing. In this study ODTs of isoniazid and rifampicin, either as discrete or FDC doses, were formulated and bioequivalence between single and combination doses compared using in vitro and in silico approaches. Dissolution profiles were compared using FDA advised difference (f 1) and similarity (f 2) testing in biorelevant media. Rifampicin release from FDCs decreased by approximately 15% in fed-state media (failed f 1 and f 2), which was attributed to enhanced rifampicin degradation in the presence of isoniazid at lower pH. Apparent permeability (P app) values derived from Caco-2 transport studies were included alongside dissolution results into a physiologically based pharmacokinetic (PBPK) model, to simulate in vivo bioavailability in healthy subjects. Models showed no difference in bioavailability between formulations or dosing (fasted or fed) state, despite the failures in dissolution-based bioequivalence testing, highlighting shortcomings in f 1 and f 2 assessment and the strength of PBPK models

Mais, au total, l'action semble ici plus diffuse et plus individuelle. les associations d'originaires de la Corrèze à Paris manifestent un attachement nostalgique à leur pays d'origine et semblent nier, à travers leurs manifestations, les différences sociales ou politiques. Elles sont également les relais des idées régionalistes et félibréennes. Par leur célébration nostalgique de la vie rurale, par le discours magnifiant le retour à la terre, la famille, le poids du passé, elles sont peut-être un des terreaux de la "révolution nationale" de Vichy

Proposition de contribution de l'éducation nationale dans la prise en charge d'une pandémie grippale H5N1 (application dans le département de la Somme)

Les autorités sanitaires françaises craignent une pandémie grippale aviaire H5N1, qui pourrait entrainer entre deux et sept millions de morts. Le plan national de prévention et de lutte pandémie grippale prévoit la constitution d un corps de réserve sanitaire et l installation de centres de consultation dédiés à la grippe (CCD) afin de pallier au débordement de la médecine ambulatoire et de diminuer la transmission interhumaine. Dans la Somme, un travail débuté fin 2007 a été mené en collaboration avec le SAMU, l inspection académique et la DDASS pour mieux cerner la contribution de l éducation nationale dans le plan départemental. Les 70 infirmiers et les 20 médecins de l éducation nationale ont reçu un questionnaire afin de connaitre leur souhait d appartenir au corps de réserve sanitaire. Une quarantaine d infirmiers et dix médecins seraient volontaires pour travailler dans les CCD. Concernant les locaux, 47 établissements scolaires du second degré ont été visités et classés en trois niveaux selon une liste de critères: niveau un (ouverture d emblée), niveau deux (ouverture possible), niveau trois (ouverture en dernier recours). Plusieurs secteurs de la permanence des soins seraient dépourvus de CCD ou disposeraient d un CCD de niveau trois, une autre structure reste donc à trouver. Un exercice de simulation a eu lieu dans un collège en juillet 2009 afin de tester le dispositif. L organisation des CCD dans les établissements est possible mais nécessite encore du travail en raison des difficultés liées à la crainte des personnels, au recrutement de volontaires, et à la lourdeur de la logistique. La pandémie H1N1 a servi de répétition avant une prochaine crise sanitaire plus sévère. L installation de centres de vaccination est à prendre en compte en plus des CCD. La campagne de vaccination fut un échec de santé publique, l Etat doit donc en tirer des enseignements.The French Health Authorities fear an avian H5N1 influenza pandemic. The national plan for the prevention and control of the influenza pandemic plans on the installation of consultation centers dedicated to the influenza pandemic (CCD) and recruitment of volunteers for the sanitary reserve corps. Their task will be to reduce the risk of saturation of primary care and limit the inter-human transmission. In the Somme Department, a study was initiated at the end of 2007, involving the SAMU, the Academic Inspection and the DDASS. The aim of this study is to assess the contribution of the National Education at a Department level. The 70 nurses and 20 doctor of medecine of the National Education have received a questionnaire to identify their will to belong to the sanitary reserve corps. Approximately 40 nurses and 10 doctors volunteered to work in the CCD. As for the facilities, 47 second degree schools were visited and spread into three categories based on a criteria list: level one immediate opening, level two eventual opening and level three last recourse opening. Certain sector of the primary care will not have any CCD or eventual level three CCD. Therefore a new organization has to be found. A simulation exercise has been conducted in a school in the course of July 2009 in order to test the organization. The use of schools as CCD is feasible but still requires additional work related to the hiring of volunteers, logistics constraints and fears of the personnel. The H1N1 pandemic can be considered as a repetition of a future and more severe sanitary crisis. The deployment of vaccination centers in addition of the CCD also has to be considered. L’aspiration des voies aériennes supérieures des nouveau-nés en salle de naissance : pratiques et connaissances des sages-femmes de Normandie Occidentale

This multicentric, transversal study was carried out in order to evaluate the practices of midwives in Western Normandy with regards to the suction of newborns’ upper airways in the delivery room. Questionnaires were distributed to the Midwife Coordinators of 11 maternity wards in the Calvados, Manche and Orne departments. Despite the 2020 ILCOR recommendations indicating that, in the presence of clear or meconial amniotic fluid, early use of ventilation should be used, and that suction of the upper airways should not be systematic, our study revealed that in case of respiratory distress, suction was used for 75.7% of newborns presenting clear amniotic fluid and 98.1% for those presenting meconial amniotic fluid. We propose that efforts should be focused on neonatal resuscitation training and large-scale sensitization about the current recommendations.Afin d’évaluer les pratiques des sages-femmes de Normandie Occidentale concernant l’aspiration des voies aériennes supérieures chez les nouveau-nés en salle de naissance, nous avons mené une étude multicentrique transversale. Des questionnaires ont été envoyés aux coordinatrices en maïeutique des 11 maternités des départements du Calvados, de la Manche et de l’Orne. Malgré les recommandations de l’ILCOR datant de 2020 préconisant une aspiration non systématique des VAS en cas de liquide amniotique méconial ou clair et l’instauration précoce d’une ventilation, notre étude a révélé que 75,7 % des nouveau-nés présentant une détresse respiratoire avec un liquide amniotique clair et 98,1 % présentant un liquide méconial étaient aspirés. Nous proposons ainsi de mettre l’accent sur la formation en réanimation néonatale et une diffusion plus large des recommandations actuelles

Estimating the dissolution and absorption of water-insoluble drugs in the small intestine.

The intrinsic dissolution rate and solubility of carbamazepine, a water insoluble drug by working definition, were determined in water, sodium lauryl sulfate solutions, and a 20% soybean oil in water emulsion. Micelle facilitated dissolution of carbamazepine in 2% w/v sodium lauryl sulfate was over sixfold higher than in water. Two models, the reaction plane and film equilibrium model, were used to describe the flux enhancement and both models expressed the flux enhancement as a linear function of the surfactant concentration. No significant difference in dissolution was observed for different degrees of surfactant purity, but the solubility of carbamazepine in 99% sodium lauryl sulfate was significantly higher than in the 95% pure surfactant and 95% pure surfactant in 0.15M NaCl. This was attributed to the incorporation of lauryl alcohol impurities to form mixed micelles. Dissolution of carbamazepine in the emulsion system was approximately twofold higher than in water. Computer simulations were performed to determine the effect of particle size distribution and small intestinal transit time on the fraction of ordinary doses of carbamazepine and griseofulvin absorbed using a Macroscopic Mass Balance Approach (MMBA) model. At a constant mean particle diameter of 150 microns, varying the geometric standard deviation of the particle size distribution from 1.0 to 2.0 decreased the estimated fraction dose absorbed from 1.0 to 0.6 for carbamazepine and 0.28 to 0.02 for griseofulvin. Varying the small intestinal transit time $\pm$ two standard deviations from the mean (182.5 minutes) resulted in fraction dose absorbed values between 1.0 and 0.19 for carbamazepine (particle diameter range 50-200 microns) and 0.5 and 0.04 for griseofulvin (particle diameter range 40-100 microns). The results of the in vitro dissolution experiments and computer simulations are useful in interpreting the variability in absorption of slightly water soluble drugs observed in clinical usage. The MMBA model described can help identify the source of variability in oral drug absorption of these compounds.
