Most of the people have an idea of what renewable energy sources are and what they can offer us. The majority of people are also very aware of the impact that non-renewable energy is having on the environment. The adage reduce, reuse, recycle is commonly recited today by adults and children alike. We have started to see an increase in the reduction of waste and consumption of energy and the recycling and reuse of products we use. Although the economy is expected to recover somewhat in 2010, the reality is that brands and retailers are facing - and will continue to face for a generation to come - a very different consumer. The economic recovery in the Central and Eastern European EU countries

Following the recession in 2008-09, the economies of the eight EU countries in central and Eastern Europe outside the euro area (CEE) are recovering gradually, albeit with significant differences across countries. The expansion in economic activity is currently being driven primarily by exports as domestic demand remains subdued. Those countries that accumulated relatively more substantial internal and external imbalances before the financial crisis suffered more severe contractions in output during the crisis, and most of them face a more sluggish economic recovery.

MEASUREMENT OF INTANGIBLE ASSETS IN RECOVERY AREAS AND OPERATION OF NATURAL RESOURCES

The paper shows that to date, intangible assets are considered "goods" and as such, the practice of classical accounting consider intellectual capital in the same category of "goods equivalent / similar to those visible / tangible". From research that literature on measuring knowledge assets / intellectual capital, both in Romania and worldwide, is not large enough and does not provide finite significant "strong" on classifications semantic of the content and quality issues in the field. The book titled New Economy between knowledge and risk – Infomin Ed., Deva, 2010 (www.infomindeva.ro) (ISBN 978-973-7646-11-8), (Ioan I. Gâf-Deac)  presents systematization and classification of original models and methodologies for measuring knowledge assets, intellectual capital in socio-economic sciences, and as such, in this present article resorting to the extension applied to formalizing measurement of intangible assets in areas operation and exploitation of natural resources

A Multi-Agent Systems Approach for Peer-to-Peer Energy Trading in Dairy Farming

To achieve desired carbon emission reductions, integrating renewable generation and accelerating the adoption of peer-to-peer energy trading is crucial. This is especially important for energy-intensive farming, like dairy farming. However, integrating renewables and peer-to-peer trading presents challenges. To address this, we propose the Multi-Agent Peer-to-Peer Dairy Farm Energy Simulator (MAPDES), enabling dairy farms to participate in peer-to-peer markets. Our strategy reduces electricity costs and peak demand by approximately 30% and 24% respectively, while increasing energy sales by 37% compared to the baseline scenario without P2P trading. Мета роботи: розробка програмного забезпечення для передбачення страхових випадків у автострахуванні на основі даних про клієнта. Об’єкт дослідження: вибірка даних із детальною інформацією про клієнтів страхової компанії, яка займається автострахуванням. Предмет дослідження: методи машинного навчання та нейронних мереж для класифікації, засоби їх реалізації. Створено програмне забезпечення мовою Python у вигляді веб-інтерфейсу для передбачення страхових випадків у клієнтів в автострахуванні. The paper considers various classification models for predicting insurance claims in car insurance. Purpose: to develop software for predicting insurance claims in auto insurance based on customer data. Object of research: detailed data about the clients of the auto insurance company. Subject of research: methods of machine learning and neural networks for classification, tools for their implementation. The software was created using Python language in the form of a web interface for predicting insurance claims in auto insurance. To develop the model, a dataset from the Kaggle website was used
