Recoil proton distribution in high energy photoproduction processes
For high energy linearly polarized photon--proton scattering we have
calculated the azimuthal and polar angle distributions in inclusive on recoil
proton experimental setup. We have taken into account the production of lepton
and pseudoscalar meson charged pairs. The typical values of cross sections are
of order of hundreds of picobarn. The size of polarization effects are of order
of several percents. The results are generalized for the case of
electroproduction processes on the proton at rest and for high energy proton
production process on resting proton.Comment: LaTeX2e, 4 pages, 3 figure
Neutron charge form factor at large
The neutron charge form factor is determined from an analysis of
the deuteron quadrupole form factor data. Recent calculations, based
on a variety of different model interactions and currents, indicate that the
contributions associated with the uncertain two-body operators of shorter range
are relatively small for , even at large momentum transfer . Hence,
can be extracted from at large without undue
systematic uncertainties from theory.Comment: 8 pages, 3 figure
A Perturbative Calculation of the Electromagnetic Form Factors of the Deuteron
Making use of the effective field theory expansion recently developed by the
authors, we compute the electromagnetic form factors of the deuteron
analytically to next-to-leading order (NLO). The computation is rather simple,
and involves calculating several Feynman diagrams, using dimensional
regularization. The results agree well with data and indicate that the
expansion is converging. They do not suffer from any ambiguities arising from
off-shell versus on-shell amplitudes.Comment: 22 pages, 8 figures. Discussion of effective range theory added,

Extracting Br(omega->pi^+ pi^-) from the Time-like Pion Form-factor
We extract the G-parity-violating branching ratio Br(omega->pi^+ pi^-) from
the effective rho-omega mixing matrix element Pi_{rho omega}(s), determined
from e^+e^- -> pi^+ pi^- data. The omega->pi^+ pi^- partial width can be
determined either from the time-like pion form factor or through the constraint
that the mixed physical propagator D_{rho omega}^{mu nu}(s) possesses no poles.
The two procedures are inequivalent in practice, and we show why the first is
preferred, to find finally Br(omega->pi^+ pi^-) = 1.9 +/- 0.3%.Comment: 12 pages (published version
Study of the process in the energy region below 0.98 GeV
The cross section of the process was measured in
the Spherical Neutral Detector (SND) experiment at the VEPP-2M collider in the
energy region below 980 MeV. This measurement was based on about
selected events. The obtained cross section was analyzed
together with the SND and DM2 data in the energy region up to 2
GeV. The -meson parameters: MeV,
MeV and nb were obtained. It was found that the experimental data cannot be
described by a sum of only , , and
resonances contributions. This can be interpreted as a
manifestation of decay, suppressed by -parity, with relative
probability .Comment: 41 pages REVTEX and 34 figure
Rho-Omega Mixing and the Pion Form Factor in the Time-like Region
We determine the magnitude, phase, and -dependence of -
``mixing'' in the pion form factor in the time-like region through fits to
e^+e^- \ra \pi^+ \pi^- data. The associated systematic errors in these
quantities, arising from the functional form used to fit the resonance,
are small. The systematic errors in the mass and width, however, are
larger than previously estimated.Comment: 20 pages, REVTeX, epsfig, 2 ps figures, minor change

Study of the process in the energy region 400<\sqrt[]{s}<1000 MeV
The cross section of the process e^+e^-\to \pi^+\pi^- was measured in the SND
experiment at the VEPP-2M collider in the energy region 400<\sqrt[]{s}<1000
MeV. This measurement was based on about 12.4 \times 10^6 selected collinear
events, which include 7.4\times 10^6 e^+e^-\to e^+e^-, 4.5\times 10^6
e^+e^-\to\pi^+\pi^- and 0.5\times 10^6 e^+e^-\to\mu^+\mu^- selected events. The
systematic uncertainty of the cross section determination is 1.3 %. The
\rho-meson parameters were determined: m_\rho=774.9\pm 0.4\pm 0.5 MeV,
\Gamma_\rho=146.5\pm 0.8\pm 1.5 MeV, \sigma(\rho\to\pi^+\pi^-)=1220\pm 7\pm 16
nb as well as the parameters of the G-parity suppressed decay
\omega\to\pi^+\pi^-: \sigma(\omega\to\pi^+\pi^-)=29.9\pm 1.4\pm 1.0 nb and
\phi_{\rho\omega} = 113.5\pm 1.3\pm 1.7 degree.Comment: 30 pages REVTEX and 31 figure
