Studi Penerapan Pencatatan Keuangan Bagi Usaha Kecil Menengah (UKM) - Studi Kasus Pada Usaha Warnet Di Kota Tengah
The purpose of this study was to determine the application of financial records that have been implemented by the five in Kota Tengahwarnet business and financial records to determine the application that should be according to financial accounting standards generally accepted. In analyzing the data, descriptive method that is used to perform a comparison between the theories used in research with application in the company, then arranged in a manner to be analyzed carefully and then made conclusions. Based on the results of the study showed that the five warnet business that became the object of research does not keep records (journals) both cash receipts and cash disbursements and the determination of the amount of revenue that the warnet business based only on residual cash left on the desk of warnet cashier.The five warnet business does not make complete financial statements in accordance with SAK-ETAP applicable
Body Image Klien Akibat Pemasangan Fiksasi Eksternal Ekstrimitas Bawah
Fiksasi eksternal adalah metode mengatasi fraktur dengan memasukkan pin ke dalam jaringan kulit, jaringan lunak dan tulang yang dihubungkan dengan rigid external frame. Akibat pemasangan fiksasi eksternal tersebut, klien seperti mendapatkan teror yang sangat menakutkan karena penempatan yang tidak biasa dan bentuk fiksasi eksternal yang besar sehingga memengaruhi body image. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menggambarkan pengalaman body image klien akibat pemasangan fiksasi eksternal ekstremitas bawah. Metode penelitian yang dilakukan adalah penelitian kualitatif fenomenologi deskriptif ini dilakukan pada tujuh partisipan yang dirawat di RSUP Fatmawati dengan cara purposive sampling pada Oktober – November 2012 dengan menggunakan analisis Colaizzi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa klien dapat memiliki body image positif atau negatif yang dipengaruhi oleh diri, keluarga dan lingkungan sehingga menimbulkan dampak yang perlu diadaptasi oleh klien. Hasil penelitian ini menjadi acuan bahwa perawat harus memiliki kemampuan memberikan asuhan keperawatan yang komprehensif, termasuk yang terkait dengan masalah psikologis sehingga pemberian asuhan keperawatan akan lebih optimal dengan outcome yang lebih memuaskan.Fiksasi eksternal is a method to overcome the fracture by inserting the pin into the skin tissue, soft tissue and bone are connected by rigid external frame. As a result of the installation of a fiksasi eksternal, clients such as getting a very scary terror due to the unusual placement and shape of a large fiksasi eksternal that affect body image. The research method is descriptive phenomenological qualitative study was conducted in seven participants who were treated at Fatmawati by purposive sampling in October-November 2012 with using the Colaizzi analysis. The results show that clients can have a positive body image or negative-that is influenced by self, family and environmental impacts that need to be adapted by the client. This research is a reference that the nurses should have the ability to provide comprehensive nursing care, including psychological issues related to the provision of nursing care that will be optimized with a more satisfactory outcome

The purpose of this research is to improve students writing ability through mind mapping method. The subjects of this research are the bahasa Indonesia teacher and the fifth grade students of SDN 34 Pontianak Kota. The techniques of data collecting are direct observation and measurement. The tool of data collecting is direct observation and the result of students writing. The tool is also collected from the result of implementation of learning assesment toward the teacher, it started from base line until second cycle with the average score is (2,65), (3,32), (3,74). The average score of the assesment of students essay writing on narrative from base line until second cycle is (61,8), (73,15), (81,11). Ketahanan Beberapa Klon Kentang (Solanum Tuberosum L.) terhadap Asam Fusarat dan Penyakit Busuk Kering Umbi
Fusaric acid produced by Fusarium spp. played a major role in potato dry rot development. Using fusaric acid as a selection agent may be useful to identify resistant clones. The aim of this experiment was to evaluate the morphological responses of 10 potato clones (Granola, Atlantic, Cipanas, DTO 28, DTO 33, Russet Burbank, IPB 1, CIP 801040, CIP 801045, dan CIP 801050) and their resistance level to fusaric acid and Fusarium solani. The research was conducted in Plant Breeding Laboratory and Tissue Culture Laboratory 3, Departement of Agronomy and Horticulture from April 2014-February 2015. The in vitro experiment was arranged in a randomized block design with 4 fusaric acid concentrations and 4 replications, while the F. solani infection experiment was arranged in a completely randomized design with 5 replications. The result showed that fusaric acid inhibits growth, reduce microtubers production, and caused planlets death. Correlation analysis between in vitro resistance to fusaric acid and F. solani infection on tuber showed positive and notable result. Accordingly, fusaric acid can be used to identify any clones resistant to F. solani
Pengelolaan Pemangkasan Jeruk Keprok (Citrus sp.) Di Kebun Blawan, Bondowoso, Jawa Timur
Program penelitian dilakukan di Blawan Estate, Bondowoso, Jawa Timur selama tiga bulan mulai tanggal 13 Februari sampai 13 Mei 2012. Tujuan program penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan keterampilan teknis dan manajerial. Program penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode langsung dan tidak langsung, dengan mengikuti seluruh praktik di lapangan, observasi lapangan perkebunan, dan diskusi dengan staf (metode langsung). Informasi yang dikumpulkan termasuk data primer dan data sekunder. Kriteria pemangkasan, kondisi tanaman, prestasi kerja, waktu pemangkasan, dan pertumbuhan tunas meningkat sebagai data primer. Pemangkasan bisa menurunkan intensitas dan tingkat keparahan antraknosa. Namun, pengelolaan pemangkasan jeruk tidak dapat diimplementasikan sebagai SOP (Standart Operating Prosedure)
MULTIPLICATION AND ACCLIMATIZATION OF BANANA VARIANT CV. AMPYANG (Musa acuminata, AAA) PUTATIVE RESISTANCE TO FUSARIUM WILT
Abstract
Plants resistance to Fusarium wilt can be developed by mutation breeding and in vitro selection techniques. The objectives of this research were to evaluated growth and development of banana plantlets cv. Ampyang (Musa acuminata, AAA) resistance to Fusarium wilt. The plant material used in this study was 9 (nine) code clones banana cv. Ampyang result from mutations induced by gamma irradiation (30, 45, and 50 Gy) and in vitro - in vivo selection, a collection of Plant Tissue Culture Laboratory Department of Biology UNJ. Plantlets multiplied for four months on Murashige and Skoog supplemented with2.25 mgL-1 Benzyl amino purine and 0.22 mgL-1 Thydiazuron and 0.175 mgL-1 Indole 3 acetyc-acid . Acclimatization and evaluation of plantlet growth and development in a greenhouse showed that percentage of survival rate of plantlet were ranging from 42.9 – 100%. There was phenotypic variation among those plantlet investigated in quantitative and qualitative character. Plantlet regenerated from clone A regenerated from gamma irradiation 30 Gy and after in vitro selection of Foc from isolate Medan showed significantly the highest number of leave and fresh weight. The less number of roots length and other phenotypic character were produced from clone B, D and F. All of the regenerated plantlets were successfully transferred into soil and they would be used to evaluate the existence of variants in a greenhouse.

In vitro responses of Areca catechu immature embryos on medium containing plant growth regulators
Abstract
Betel (Pinang) nuts are used as herbs, traditional medicine, and in the beverage industry. Planting materials for Areca nut cultivation are seeds. However, the presence of 2 – 3 months dormancy hampers germination of Areca nut seeds. Therefore, developing alternative strategies to overcome such problems is necessary. This study evaluates Areca nut immature embryo in vitro responses on MS medium having various plant growth regulators. The experiments were set up using a single factor in a complete randomized design. The embryos were planted either on Murashige and Skoog (MS) medium (MS0), MS with a combination of BAP (1 ppm) and NAA (0.1 ppm), or MS medium supplemented with GA3 (3 ppm). Areca nut immature embryos planted on a medium containing BAP (1 ppm) and NAA (0.1 ppm) than that on a medium containing GA3 (3 ppm). The germinated embryos were best on medium supplemented with a combination of BAP (1 ppm) and NAA (0.1 ppm). Immature Areca nut embryos planted on MS0 medium were unable to grow. In conclusion, Areca nut immature embryos may be used as explants for this palm tree’s micropropagation, and the embryos germinated well on a medium containing BAP and NAA.</jats:p
Determine the effect of gamma irradiation towards the growth of two local garlic genotypes
AbstractGarlic is a diploid plant that is propagated clonal or vegetatively so that the variability is low. Garlic breeding is limited to the selection of genetic varieties. Genetic diversity in garlic can be increased through mutation breeding. The study used Randomized Complete Block Design [RCBD] with the first factor being the two levels of genotypes [Tawangmangu Baru and Lumbu Kuning] and the second-factor is gamma-ray irradiation dose consisting of 7 level doses [0,1, 2, 3, 4, 6,8, and 10 Gy]. 14 treatments were groups 4 times and each experimental unit was planted 20 cloves. The cloves were irradiated according to the dosage of gamma rays in PAIR BATAN. The results showed there was a difference in the growth response of each genotype to gamma rays irradiation treatment. The greater the gamma rays irradiation applied the more it suppresses the growth of plant height, plant weight, bulb diameter, bulbil formation and decreases the living percentage of two local garlic genotypes. Gamma rays irradiation dose up to 2 Gy could increase bulb diameter in the 2 local garlic genotypes. Lumbu Kuning was significantly better growth response than Tawangmangu Baru at the same irradiation dose. The radiosensitivity of garlic genotype to gamma rays irradiation was different. Tawangmangu Baru was more sensitive than Lumbu Kuning. LD50 genotype Tawangmangu Baru was obtained at a dose of 7.5 Gy, LD50 Lumbu Kuning at a dose of 10 Gy.</jats:p
