LASER POLARIZATION-VARIABLE AUTOFLUORESCENCE OF THE NETWORK OF OPTICALLY ANISOTROPIC BIOLOGICAL TISSUES: DIAGNOSTICS AND DIFFERENTIATION OF EARLY STAGES OF CANCER OF CERVIX UTERI
This research presents the results of investigation of laser polarization fluorescence of biological layers (histological sections, cytological smears) in the task of diagnostics and differentiation of early stages of cancer: Dysplasia — cervical microinvasive carcinoma of cervix uteri. The analytical conditions of polarization-optimal probing of biological layers were determined basing on the model of linear birefringence and dichroism of birefringent (fibrillar, porphyrin) networks. The technique of polarization-variable laser autofluorescence was developed and experimentally tested. The objective criteria (statistical moments) of differentiation of histological sections autofluorescent images of endometrium biopsy and cytological smears of it mucous coat were defined. Isothermal Sections of the Sm(Er)2Se3 – PbSe – GeSe2 Systems at 770 K and Crystal Structure of Sm1,32Pb1,68Ge1,67Se7 Compound
За допомогою рентгенофазового аналізу досліджено взаємодію компонентів у квазіпотрійних системах
Sm2Se3 – PbSe – GeSe2 і Er2Se3 – PbSe – GeSe2 при температурі 770 К. Встaновлено існування та вивчено
методом порошку кристалічну структуру тетрарної сполуки Sm1,32Pb1,68Ge1,67Se7 (пр. гр. P63, а = 1,04569(4) нм,
c = 0,66222(5) нм). The interaction has been studied between the
components in quasiternary systems Sm2Se3 – PbSe – GeSe2 and Er2Se3 – PbSe – GeSe2 at 770 K using X-ray phase
methods. Existence has been found and the crystal structure of Sm1,32Pb1,68Ge1,67Se7 compound has been examined by
means of powder diffraction method (space group P63, а = 1,04569(4) nm, c = 0,66222(5) nm)

On the characterisation of a Bragg spectrometer with X-rays from an ECR source
Narrow X-ray lines from helium-like argon emitted from a dedicated ECR source
have been used to determine the response function of a Bragg crystal
spectrometer equipped with large area spherically bent silicon (111) or quartz
(10) crystals. The measured spectra are compared with simulated ones
created by a ray-tracing code based on the expected theoretical crystal's
