Studi Kualitas Pelayanan dari Segi Fasilitas dan Operasional di Universitas Al Azhar Indonesia (sebuah Studi Kasus)

Universitas Al Azhar Indonesia (UAI) selalu berusaha meningkatkan kualitas pelayanannya baik dari segi operasional maupun penyediaan fasilitasnya. Studi ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui keinginan pelanggan (dalam hal ini mahasiswa) mengenai harapan dan kinerja pelayanan UAI yang diterima mahasiswa selama ini. Studi ini dimulai dengan dibuatnya pemetaan service blueprint yang dialami mahasiswa dalam menghadapi pelayanan di UAI. Setelah itu dilakukan survei langsung wawancara dalam bentuk pra kuesioner. Berdasarkan dari hasil pra kuesioner dibuatlah kuesioner. Berdasarkan data yang diperoleh ini kuesioner ini dilakukan perhitungan dan dibuatlah model Service Quality (ServQual) dan Quality Function Deployment (QFD). Berdasarkan hasil analisis terhadap kedua model, didapatkan atribut layanan yang perlu mendapatkan prioritas untuk meningkatkan kualitas jasa layanan di UAI secara berurutan yaitu: (1) meja dan kursi kuliah yang nyaman, (2) dosen komunikatif dalam proses perkuliahan, (3) adanya spanduk atau signageyang menunjukan adanya gedung UAI, (4) jumlah mahasiswa wanita, (5) panjang antrian di Bank, (6) kemudahan proses pembayaran, (7) jumlah meja dan kursi sesuai dengan pengunjung perpustakaan, (8) dosen memberikan penilaian secara objektif, (9) dosen dapat memberikan materi dengan baik dan jelas, (10) staf berpenampilan rapi, (11) dosen berpenampilan rapi saat kuliah, (12) nilai perkuliahan diumumkan secara terbuka dan diberitahukan dengan rinci, (13) sistem pembayaran semesteran yang lebih praktis (misalnya melalui ATM), (14) jumlah toilet untuk mahasiswa pria, (15) kemudahan proses mendaftar

Penampilan Ayam Broiler Yang Diberi Protein Sel Tunggal (PST) Sebagai Sumber Protein Pengganti Tepung Ikan Dalam Pakan

Two thousands Cobb strain DOC were kept for 4 weeks to evaluate the effect of feeding diets containing Single Cell Protein (SCP) on feed consumption, weight gain and feed conversion ratio. SCP was used at level 0.0%, 2.5%, 5.0%, 7.5% and 10.0% of ration dry matter to replace fish meal in the diet. Data showed that feed consumption increased for broilers received SCP at level 2.5% and decreased at level 7.5 and 10%. Weight gain improved for broilers fed SCP up to level 5%. Feed conversion ratio increased only when 10% SCP was used. It is concluded that SCP up to level of 5% can be used to replace fish meal in the broiler's diet

Implementation of Discovery Learning Combined with Reading Assignment to Improve Scientific Writing Skills in Class X MIA 4 SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Karanganyar

This research aims to improve students Scientific Writing Skills in X MIA 4 SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Karanganyar through the implementation of Discovery Learning combined Reading Assignment. This research is a class action research which consists of three cycles. Each cycle contains planning, action, observing, and reflecting. The subjects of this research is students in X MIA 4 of SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Karanganyar. The data collection of this research are using performance assessment scientific writing skills. The data validation of this research is using triangulation method. The data were analyzed by using descriptive analysis which is done in three components, they are: data reduction, data presentation, and drawing the conclusion or verification. Target of this research can increase students Scientific Writing Skills to 50% after being given of Discovery Learning combined Reading Assignment. The results show that Scientific Writing Skills of students is increased from precycle, Cycle I, Cycle II, and Cycle III. The average of students Scientific Writing Skills students increase from 32.56% to 52.84%. This research conclusion is the implementation of Discovery Learning combined Reading Assignment can improve students Scientific Writing Skills in X MIA 4 class at SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Karanganyar

Designing Application of Ant Colony System Algorithm for the Shortest Route of Banda Aceh City and Aceh Besar Regency Tourism by Using Graphical User Interface Matlab

Banda Aceh city and Aceh Besar Regency are two of the leading tourism areas located in the province of Aceh. For travelling, there are some important things to be considered, such as determining schedule and distance of tourism. Every tourist certainly chooses the shortest route to reach the destination since it can save time, energy, and money. The purpose of this reserach is to develop a method that can be used in calculating the shortest route and applied to the tourism of Banda Aceh city and Aceh Besar regency. In this reserach, Ant Colony Optimization algorithm is used to determine the shortest route to tourism of Banda Aceh city and Aceh Besar regency. From the analysis made by using both manual calculation and GUI MATLAB program application test, the shortest route can be obtained with a minimum distance of 120.85 km in one travel. Based on the test result, the application for tourism (in Banda Aceh city and Aceh Besar regency) shortest route searching built by utilizing the Ant Colony Optimization algorithm can find optimal route

The government did many efforts to enhance the quality of human recources. One of the effort is by providing the instances with good things and service that involvies some parties, such as the user and the provider. In fact, there was so many rules that regulates the government activities in this case, that sometimes makes some uncertain legal inside it. The rules are so old and not update but government still using them to maintain the governmental process. The government doesn't has the absolute responsibility in providing the instances with good things and services. The also helped by the parliament in decided and validatedthe RAPBN. The region government is also helped by the region parliament. Provides the instances with good things and services will be held if it was noted in RAPBN/RAPBD which made by the government that also helped by the region parliament. The RAPBN/RAPBD will become APBN/APBD.
