Pengaruh Penambahan Bakteri Bacillus Subtilis Terhadap Biodegradasi DDT Oleh Jamur Pelapuk Putih Pleurotus Eryngii

Pengaruh penambahan bakteri Bacillus subtilis terhadap biodegradasi DDT oleh jamur pelapuk putih Pleurotus eryngii telah diteliti. B. subtilis ditambahkan ke dalam 10 mL kultur P. eryngii masing-masing dengan jumlah 1, 3, 5, 7, dan 10 mL (1 mL ≈ 1,573 x 108 sel). Recovery DDT dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode ekstraksi cair-cair. Analisa jumlah degradasi dan metabolit produk yang terbentuk menggunakan instrumen HPLC dan GC-MS. Degradasi DDT tertinggi ditunjukkan pada penambahan 3 mL B. subtilis dengan jumlah degradasi sebesar 88,26%, sedangkan degradasi DDT terendah terjadi pada penambahan 1 mL B. subtilis dengan jumlah degradasi sebesar 41,84%. Metabolit produk yang dihasilkan dari proses degradasi ini adalah DDD [l,l dikloro- 2,2-bis(p-klorofenil) etana] dan DDE [l,l-dikloro-2,2- bis(p-klorofenil) etilena]

The aim of this research is to determine the progress of minimum wage policy inIndonesia, and their linkage to the 1945 Constitution article 27 act 2. The implemen-tation of minimum wage policy in accordance with that constitution, at least shouldbe a few things to do. This includes needs such as decent living as a component ofminimum wage determination. Furthermore, it needs to fill the necessity of transpar-ent effort and intense socialization of benefit provision in the minimum wage. Inaddition it must be clear about the protected status of workers in minimum wagepolicy. Penggunaan Kraljic's Purchasing Portfolio Model dalam Perancangan Strategi Pengadaan Bahan Baku pada PT Masscom Graphy

Procurement strategies are some items which being decided and performed to purchase different materials in the procurement process. It contains some essential points such as operational policy, supplier relationship, and contract management. PT Masscom Graphy, in particular, is a printing company, issuing one of the major newspapers at region of Central Java, Indonesia. The company's procurement doesn't have a clear mechanism of contract management, also forcing the users to replan the procurement strategy every single day in a dynamic situation. Materials characteristic identification is needed to produce the differentiated strategies of procurement. This research aims to generate the procurement strategies demanded by the company, in order to accomplish the production of newspapers. The assessment of dimensions, attributes, and materials will be measured with fuzzy multi-attribute decision making. The results are going to be positioned into the Kraljic Matrix. The positioning will be completed by the multidimensional scaling using SPSS. Materials in non-critical quadrant are raffia rope, double tape, and drapery, with the recommendation to implement regular trading contract. Materials in bottleneck quadrant contain production fluid and steel plate, recommending to implement the call off contract. Strapping band, cover, and spraymount categorized as the leverage items, advising to apply the call off contract. The strategic quadrant consists the ink and the paper, with a partnership contract to be proposed

This research aims to empirically prove that influence the size of commissioners, size of independent commissioners, size of directors, the size of audit committee, the size of corporation andleverage toward corporation's financial performances partially and simultaneously. The objectof this research is manufacturing corporation sector and chemical industry base which is registered in Indonesian stock exchange 2012-2013.The date which is used is secondary data directlyobatained from website of BEI and each of corporations' website by using documentationtehcnique. The data is analyzed by using double regression analysis method and hypotheses.This research concludes that simultaneously test shows the result that commssioners variable,independent commssioners, directors, audit committee, size of corporation,and Leverage whichhas positive influence and significant on the change of financial performance dependent variable. Sistem Informasi Akademik Berbasis Web Pada Smak Stella Maris Surabaya

SMAK Stella Maris had not have a modern database information system. The recording system was done by using Microsoft Excel therefore inputting data redundancy may occur. This problem made difficulties of finding the most valid data. Making subject timetable is done manually by vice principal (curriculum affair). Student enrollment had not been done online. This process was not efficient and effective enough to run the business process.To overcome the problem, a web based academic information system at SMAK Stella Maris Surabaya is designed. The application covers making subject timetable, online student enrollment, grading, and student report. This application is made using PHP programming language and MySQL database.The test result shows that this application meets SMAK Stella Maris need. The time taken in processing student report is usually a few days and now has been significantly reduced, and can be printed directly. According to the survey given to the users about the Menu, 100% of the users state very good. For the level of data accuration, 80% of the users state very good. For the benefit of the application in getting information, 100% of the users state very good

Pengaruh Penambahan SiO2 Terhadap Karakteristik Dan Kinerja Fotokatalitik Fe3o4/Tio2 Pada Degradasi Methylene Blue

Telah dilakukan penambahan SiO2 pada bahan nanokatalis bermagnet Fe3O4/TiO2 menggunakan larutan Tetraethyl Orthosilicate (TEOS) membentuk Fe3O4/SiO2/ TiO2 dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan efektivitas katalitik bahan nano komposit Fe3O4/TiO2. Pembuatan Fe3O4/SiO2/TiO2 dilakukan dengan metode kombinasi yaitu presipitasi dan sol-gel. Metode presipitasi digunakan pada pembuatan superparamagnetik Fe3O4, sedangkan “sol-gel” digunakan pada pelapisan Fe3O4 dengan SiO2 menggunakan larutan TEOS untuk membentuk Fe3O4/SiO2, dan pelapisan Fe3O4/SiO2 oleh TiO2 dengan Tetrabutyl Orthotitanate (TBOT) membentuk komposit Fe3O4/SiO2/TiO2. Karakterisasi hasil sintesis menggunakan alat X-ray Diffraction (XRD), Transmission Electron Microscopy (TEM), Vibration Scanning Microscope (VSM), Surface Area Analyzer (SAA), dan UV-Visible Diffuse Reflectance Spectroscopic (UV-Vis DRS). Uji kinerja fotokatalitik dilakukan terhadap senyawa methylene blue. Hasil karakterisasi menunjukkan bahwa dengan adanya penambahan SiO2 pada bahan katalis bermagnet Fe3O4/TiO2 tidak mempengaruhi fase maupun ukuran partikel, akan tetapi menurunkan nilai energi band gap. Dengan berkurang nilai energi band gap, efektivitas fotokatalitik menjadi meningkat. Dari hasil uji kinerja fotokatalitik terhadap methylene blue menunjukkan bahwa dengan penambahan SiO2 pada katalis Fe3O4/TiO2 terjadi kenaikkan efisiensi degradasi dari 85% hingga mendekati 100%

Pengaruh Perbedaan Ukuran Utama (Principal Dimension) Pukat Tarik Cantrang Terhadap Hasil Tangkapan Di Perairan Brondong-lamongan

Semakin pesatnya perkembangan teknologi penangkapan serta adanya larangan penggunaan alat tangkap trawl, maka nelayan lamongan terutama di perairan Brondong banyak yang menggunakan pukat tarik cantrang. Demi mendapatkan hasil tangkapan yang banyak para nelayan memodifikasi ukuran utama pada pukat tarik cantrang yang mereka gunakan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh pada ukuran pukat tarik cantrang yang berbeda ukuran utama serta yang paling dominan sehingga hasil tangkapan bertambah. Metode deskriptif digunakan dalam penelitian ini, pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling. Penelitian dilakukan di dua tempat yaitu Desa Brondong dan Desa Kandangsemangkon. Analisis data yang digunakan ada dua yaitu regresi sederhana dan regresi berganda. Dari hasil analisis regresi sederhana dan berganda terdapat persamaan hasil yaitu bagian pukat tarik cantrang yang paling berpengaruh terhadap hasil tangkapan adalah penambahan panjang tali penarik, dalam regresi sederhana mempunyai pengaruh terhadap hasil tangkapan sebesar 0,396 kg jika ada penambahan 1 m pada panjang tali penarik. Pada regresi berganda jika panjang tali penarik ditambah 1 m maka hasil tangkapan akan meningkat sebesar 0,323 kg. Jadi, bagian yang paling dominan mempengaruhi hasil tangkapan adalah panjang tali penarik

The objectives of this research are to investigate: (1) the significant effect of self-efficacy on the learning achievement in Accounting of the student of Accounting Expertise Competency of State Vocational High School 1 of Surakarta in Academic Year/2014; (2) the significant effect of learning style utilization on the learning achievement in Accounting of the student of Accounting Expertise Competency of State Vocational High School 1 of Surakarta in Academic Year/2014; (3) the significant effect of peer environment on the learning achievement in Accounting of the student of Accounting Expertise Competency of State Vocational High School 1 of Surakarta in Academic Year/2014; and (4) the simultaneous effect of self-efficacy, leaning style utilization and peer environment on the learning achievement in Accounting of the student of Accounting Expertise Competency of State Vocational High School 1 of Surakarta in Academic Year/2014. This research used the descriptive quantitative causal comparative research method with the ex-post facto design. Its population was all of the students of Accounting Expertise Competency of State Vocational High School 1 of Surakarta. The samples of the research were taken by using the propotional stratified random sampling technique, and they consisted of 120 students. The data of the research were gathered through questionnaire and documentation. They were analyzed by using the descriptive and inferential statistics methods, namely: simple linear regression and multiple linear regression. The results of the research are as follows: (1) there is a significant effect of self-efficacy on the learning achievement in Accounting of the student of Accounting Expertise Competency of State Vocational High School 1 of Surakarta in Academic Year/2014; (2) there is a significant effect of learning style utilization on the learning achievement in Accounting of the student of Accounting Expertise Competency of State Vocational High School 1 of Surakarta in Academic Year/2014; (3) there is a significant effect of peer environment on the learning achievement in Accounting of the student of Accounting Expertise Competency of State Vocational High School 1 of Surakarta in Academic Year/2014; and (4) there is a simultaneous effect of self-efficacy, leaning style utilization and peer environment on the learning achievement in Accounting of the student of Accounting Expertise Competency of State Vocational High School 1 of Surakarta in Academic Year/2014
