Indices of dental health in children and adolescents from Saratov and the Saratov region

<p>Objective: to determine the level of dental health in children and adolescents living in the Saratov region. Material and methods. To assess the intensity and prevalence of major dental diseases 1510 patients have been examined by the method recommended by the WHO Collaborating Centre in Russia. Results. A comparative analysis of caries and occurrence of different types of teeth-maxillary anomalies among children aged from 3 to 18 years. Conclusion. The epidemiology of major dental diseases in the Saratov region is characterized by the significant spread of caries from 70 to 94,6% in the different age groups. The proportion of people with malocclusion among the surveyed reaches 46,6%.</p

The article is devoted to the study of psychological peculiarities of a future foreign language teacher personal and professional development. Selfidentification is stipulated in this work as the criteria of personal and professional peculiarities of the development of a future foreign language teacher. Personal and professional peculiarities of a future foreign language teacher's development are differentiated. The former include tendencies for identification personal: a) self-existence; b) self reflection in interpersonal communication; c) role in social life and activity. The latter refer to the following peculiarities: a) personality faces a necessity of appropriating the image of a creative reorganizing profession (which is pedagogue); b) language teacher’s professional image implies development of a subject’s activity in the sphere of inter-subjects’ communication; c) the specialty of foreign language teachers demands the identification of the future foreign language teachers in the culture of a foreign language they teach. The data of theoretical and empirical research demonstrate a certain misbalance in integration of personal and professional emotive-cognitive constructs, which motivates further search of psychological ways for making the process harmonically balanced

The ownership right to housing acquired by one of the spouses during marriage due to privatization

In Art. 47 of the Constitution of Ukraine, everyone is guaranteed the right to housing. The current legislation of Ukraine is generally aimed at assisting citizens in realizing their right to housing. For example, in Art. 4 of the Law of Ukraine "On preventing the impact of the global financial crisis on the development of the construction industry and housing construction” dated 12.25.2008 the features and mechanisms for providing individuals with affordable housing were introduced. At the same time, it is worth noting that a large part of the housing stock became the property of citizens in connection with privatization. Similarly, the national law also provides for the possibility of privatization of land plots. Despite this, family law, in terms of determining the legal regime of ownership of such objects, has undergone changes and in different periods of time provided for the presumption of joint compatible or personal private property of the spouses. Therefore, taking into account that, when considering disputes regarding the division of marital property, the determination of the regime of ownership is carried out on the basis of the legislation that was in effect at the time of acquisition of such ownership, the study of the problems of legal regulation of ownership of privatized housing during the period of marriage still remains relevant. Privatization of the state housing stock is the expropriation of apartments (houses), residential premises in dormitories intended for families and single persons, rooms in apartments and single­apartment houses where two or more tenants live, and the economic buildings and premises belonging to them (basements, barns, etc.) of the state housing fund for the benefit of citizens of Ukraine. Features of corporate liability for violation of competition law

The relevance of the study is determined by the need to establish corporate responsibility for breach of legislation. In this regard, this paper is aimed at identifying features of competition and corporate responsibility for breach of competition law. Particular attention is drawn to the case when corporations become monopolists and, in fact, dictate market rules. Consideration of the development aspect of competition law suggests that it largely limits the growth of corporate business and forces corporations to formulate strategies for splitting the business, thereby determining the conduct of business. In the modern world, where business is in many respects globalised, such measures can lead to a decrease in market indicators and form a dependence on the operations of certain corporations in the local market. The leading method to the study of this issue is the modelling method, which allows to consider this problem as a targeted and organised procedure related to the improvement and application of competition law, as well as the protection and development of competition. The novelty of the study lies in the possibility of limiting the activities of a corporation in a market that is occupied by it and where there is no practical competition. The authors consider the mechanism of self-regulation as a source of domestic competition law. The paper determines that self-regulation processes are also subject to state supervision and thus corporate self-regulation becomes an aspect of the regulation of competition enforcement by the state at large. The practical significance of the study is determined by the structural feature of the corporation as a quasi-state mechanism and the regulation of external relations between the state and corporations as tax residents on this basis
