EXPLOITING N-GRAM IMPORTANCE AND ADDITIONAL KNOWEDGE BASED ON WIKIPEDIA FOR IMPROVEMENTS IN GAAC BASED DOCUMENT CLUSTERING
This paper provides a solution to the issue: “How can we use Wikipedia based concepts in document\ud
clustering with lesser human involvement, accompanied by effective improvements in result?” In the\ud
devised system, we propose a method to exploit the importance of N-grams in a document and use\ud
Wikipedia based additional knowledge for GAAC based document clustering. The importance of N-grams\ud
in a document depends on several features including, but not limited to: frequency, position of their\ud
occurrence in a sentence and the position of the sentence in which they occur, in the document. First, we\ud
introduce a new similarity measure, which takes the weighted N-gram importance into account, in the\ud
calculation of similarity measure while performing document clustering. As a result, the chances of topical similarity in clustering are improved. Second, we use Wikipedia as an additional knowledge base both, to remove noisy entries from the extracted N-grams and to reduce the information gap between N-grams that are conceptually-related, which do not have a match owing to differences in writing scheme or strategies. Our experimental results on the publicly available text dataset clearly show that our devised system has a significant improvement in performance over bag-of-words based state-of-the-art systems in this area
AN INNOVATIVE ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE APPROACH USING DATA MINING CLUSTERING ALGORITHM
Recently huge amount of data is present in internet as the network technology and the information technology has been developing rapidly. But there is lack of knowledge which becomes a seriousproblem. The Data mining in the cloud combines application of conventional data mining under the cloud computing. One of the most popular and widely used algorithms in this cloud data mining is the clustering algorithm. The clustering algorithm maps each and every data to one group which is called clusters and hence forms a clean partition of the specified data. In this paper an innovative artificial intelligence approach using Data mining clustering algorithm is introduced. One of the most popular unsupervised clustering algorithms is FCM algorithm. The FCM algorithm is developed based on the fuzzy entropy function. In this, Probability Based Matching (PBM) index as well as F-measure method is used to validate the clustering results. Because there is requirement in FCM algorithm to define the number of clusters and to define the different cluster values corresponding to different fuzzy partitions. From the results it can be shown that the introduced fuzzy c-mean algorithm with fuzzy entropy can achieve better performance compared with the traditional FCM algorithm and the optimum number of clusters can be determined automatically
Worldwide Consumption of Sodium and Its Impact on Human Health
Sodium intake of different populations around the world varies markedly. In the vast majority of populations, salt intake is high and well above recommended daily intakes. There is strong and consistent evidence from animal studies, clinical trials and epidemiological data both within and across populations implicating high salt intake as an important risk factor for high blood pressure among both normotensive and hypertensive individuals. High salt is also associated with increased risk of future CHD and stroke. A search strategy was developed to identify studies that reported the data base about sodium intake around the world as well as its impact on human health. Data available around the world indicates that there is a strong need to initiate the sodium reduction programme as excessive sodium consumption found to be associated with many health problems especially hypertension which may further leads to cardiovascular disease and many more
Impact of Mindfulness-based Relapse Prevention (MBRP) on Psychological Capital among Patients with Alcohol Dependence Syndrome.
Background: Psychological capital is a person\u27s good mental growth state. It is made up of four parts: self-efficacy, optimism, hope, and resilience (Luthans et al., 2007). Previous study has also shown that all aspects of psychological capital are strongly connected to drug abuse. People who are addicted to drugs are known to think and act on impulse and have low tolerance levels. Few resourceful studies have been done on how to help people deal with problems and keep them from relapsing. The purpose of this research is to examine the impact of mindfulness-based cognitive therapy on psychological capital, specifically how it cultivates increased awareness of one\u27s own thoughts, feelings, and emotions in the here and now via the practice of non-reaction and non-judgment modes of attention. This research investigates the efficacy of mindfulness-based therapy in assisting alcoholics in establishing psychological capital and so reducing the likelihood of relapse. Materials & Methods: Forty participants between the age range of 20-40 years diagnosed with alcohol dependence that fulfilled inclusion and exclusion criteria were selected from inpatient wards of hospital was assessed using socio demographic data sheet, five facet mindfulness questionnaire and psychological capital questionnaire on pre-post phase of the study. A pre-post experimental group with control group design was used. 20 participants were assigned in experimental group and 20 participants in the control group. Results: There was significant difference in the psychological capital in post intervention among experimental group as compared to control group.
Optimized Round Robin CPU Scheduling Algorithm
One of the fundamental function of an operating system is scheduling. There are 2 types of uni-processor operating system in general. Those are uni-programming and multi-programming. Uni-programming operating system execute only single job at a time while multiprogramming operating system is capable of executing multiple jobs concurrently. Resource utilization is the basic aim of multiprogramming operating system. There are many scheduling algorithms available for multi-programming operating system. But our work focuses on design and development aspect of new and novel scheduling algorithm for multi-programming operating system in the view of optimization. We developed a tool which gives output in the form of experimental results with respect to some standard and new scheduling algorithms e.g. First come first serve, shortest job first, round robin, optimal and a novel cpu scheduling algorithm etc

A Survey on Modeling Line Commutated Converter HVDC Transmission Systems
This paper review about the dynamic phasor model of a line-commutated converter (LCC) high-voltage direct current (HVDC) transmission system. The mathematical definition and properties of dynamic phasors are utilized to model both the dc-side and the ac-side of a LCC-HVDC transmission system as well as 6-pulse Graetz Bridge, which is the building block of such a system. The developed model includes low-frequency dynamics of the systems, i.e., fundamental frequency component (50 Hz) at the ac-side and dc component at the dc-side, and removes high-frequency transients. The developed model, however, is capable of accommodating higher harmonics if necessary. The model is also able to simulate the system during abnormal modes of operations such as unbalanced operation and commutation failure. In order to develop the dynamic phasor model of a line-commutated converter, the concept of switching functions is utilized. The developed model is capable of capturing large-signal transients of the system as well as steady state operating conditions. The model can be used in order to decrease the computational intensity of LCC-HVDC simulations
The Predictive Power of Follicular Resistance Index (RI) And Peak Systolic Velocity (PSV) In Optimizing Conception Outcomes: A Quantitative Approach to Fertility Assessment
Background: Assisted reproductive techniques (ART) deals with complex aspects of fertility, with the help of advanced ultrasonography. If the follicular vascular indices are not in the defined range, it means that the follicle is not yet physiologically mature and, therefore, stimulation still needs to be continued. Objective: To determine effective follicular RI and PSV for conception in IUI cycles measured on two dimensional (2D), power and colour doppler ultrasound. Material and methods: This prospective study included 231 women undergoing IUI treatment. Written informed consent for participation in the study was obtained from each patient. Results: It was observed that majority patients conceived when their follicular RI was between 0.4 to 0.5 and PSV>10 had conceived during their cycles. Conclusion: RI < 0.5 and PSV > 10 are very pertinent parameters for assessing the ovarian flow, as they correlate well with oocyte recovery rates and thus they play a very pivotal role in determining the most appropriate time to administer hCG
