Hubungan Antara Gaya Kepimpinan dengan Tekanan Pengurusan di Kalangan Guru Besar di Daerah Kota Marudu, Sabah

Kajian ini bertujuan untuk mengenal pasti hubungan antara gaya kepimpinan dengan tekanan pengurusan di kalangan guru besar di daerah Kota Marudu, Sabah. Secara lebih terperinci, kajian ini bertujuan untuk mengenal pasti: (1) Ciri-ciri demografik guru besar; (2) Gaya kepimpinan guru besar; (3) Tahap tekanan pengurusan di kalangan guru besar; (4) Hubungan antara gaya kepimpinan dengan tekanan pengurusan. Populasi kajian ialah guru-guru besar sekolah rendah di daerah Kota Marudu. Seramai 26 orang daripada 28 orang guru besar telah terlibat sebagai responden kajian ini. Data telah dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan instrumentasi soal selidik dan analisis data telah dijalankan dengan menggunakan perisian The Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS). Statistik yang digunakan ialah statistik deskriptif, min, sisihan piawai dan pekali korelasi pearson. Dapatan kajian menunjukkan bahawa kebanyakan responden lebih cenderung ke arah gaya kepimpinan menyokong (69%) pada tahap tinggi. Secara keseluruhan pula didapati tahap amalan gaya kepimpinan responden berada pada tahap sederhana. Sementara itu, tekanan pengurusan pula menunjukkan bahawa aspek pengurusan kemudahan mewujudkan tekanan paling tinggi antara empat kategori tekanan yang ada dan berada pada tahap tekanan tinggi. Tekanan pengurusan kategori pengurusan kemudahan menyaksikan lebih separuh daripada responden berada pada tahap tinggi. Bagaimanapun secara keseluruhannya tahap tekanan pengurusan yang dialami oleh responden berada pada tahap sederhana. Dapatan kajian juga menunjukkan terdapatnya hubungan yang signifikan antara tekanan pengurusan kategori perhubungan sekolah dengan gaya kepimpinan mengarah. Begitu juga kajian mendapati bahawa wujud hubungan yang signifikan antara tekanan pengurusan kategori pengurusan kemudahan dengan gaya kepimpinan berserta. Recognition of the Customary Land Law in the Constitution of Indonesia and Malaysia

Recognition of customary land law is very important for indigenous peoples in their daily lives to protect the existence of the preservation of customary law itself, because this is a traditional lands where they carry out their daily routines and develop their traditional habits which categorized as unique and different from other areas. In Indonesia, the customary land law is recognized as long as it really exists and does not contradict the higher principle and state law. We can see it in article 3 UUPA in 1960, and article 18b paragraph 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia; while in Malaysia, customary land law is also protected in the Constitution of Malaysia Certificate 134, Original Certificate in 1954. Moreover, the recognition of indigenous land has also been described by the "UN Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples in articles 8, 10, 26, 29, 30, 32", the UN explains how they give great recognition of the law of customary land to provide rights and obligations to society custom to protect the existence and preservation of the traditions that they get from their ancestors

The affect of mentoring, management support and training and development on the employees' job performance

This study analyzes the employment job performance by examining the relationship on mentoring, management support and training and development in State Federal Development Office of Sabah. Issues such as the complexity of the staffs from the different demographic and transformation of ICT systems give added insights to this study. The methodology for this study is using quantitative approach. The findings of this study reveal that mentoring, management support and training and development have significant positive relationship with job performance. This study recommends that human resource management in all over Sabah Development Office (SDO) in Malaysia should implement such practices in order to formulating and implementing strategies of employees’ job performance at the workplace

The State Budget (APBN) is one thing that is very important for a country because it is a breath for the government in terms of advancing the country. No exception in Indonesia, which is an archipelago with so many regions. The state budget is set every year and carried out for the greatest prosperity of the people. One element of the state budget is the state revenue and grant budget, which is obtained from non-tax state revenues (PNBP). PNBP is a state financial scope that is managed and accounted for so that the Supreme Audit Agency (BPK) as a free and independent audit institution also conducts checks on components that affect state revenues and constitutes state revenues in accordance with the law. PNBP is collected or billed by Government Agencies with an Act or PP order or appointment from the Minister of Finance, based on the PNBP Plan made by the Government Agency Official. One source of Non-Tax State Revenues (PNBP) is obtained in the making of Police Note Certificates (SKCK) that are available throughout the Police of the Republic of Indonesia
