This evaluation was done in two stages: by collecting data and analyzing the system that running in the company. By doing this evaluation, the documentation of system performance and the solution for problems that were found in the company can be generated
Impact of climate on the yield of major tuber crops in Kwara State, Nigeria
Rain fall, maximum temperature, minimum temperature, evaporation, relative humidity, sunshine hours, soil temperature data were obtained from the National Bureau of Statistics (NBS) for a decade (2002 – 2011), while crop yield data for the same period were sourced from Kwara State Agricultural and Development Project (KWADP). Both climatic and crop yield data were analysed using correlation analytical techniques, multiple regression and trend analysis in order to evaluate the impact of climate on the yield of the major tuber crops in Kwara State, Nigeria viz: cassava, yam, and sweet potato. The result obtained shows that the impact of climate on yield is significant (p<0.05) for yam and cassava, however, insignificant (p<0.05) for sweet potato. The implication of this is that climate has a strong linear correlation with yam and cassava within the years under review. Tuber crops yield in the study area can be improved upon by supplementing rain-fed cultivation with irrigation and application of modern agricultural techniques and operations by the farmers. Keywords: Agriculture, climate, tuber-crops, yield, decade, Nigeri
Pediatric Experiences of PTSD Related to Natural Disasters
Between 1994 and 2013, the International Disaster Database recorded 6,873 natural disasters worldwide, which claimed 1.35 million lives or almost 68,000 lives on average each year. In addition, an average of 218 million people were affected by natural disasters per year during this 20-year period (Centre for Research on the Epidemiology of Disasters, 2015). All disasters have the potential to affect psychological health (U.S. Department of Veteran Affairs, 2016) and children are especially vulnerable. The purpose of this review of literature was to answer the question, “How do children and adolescents who have survived a form of severe natural disaster experience posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD)?” The IOWA Model of Evidence-Based Practice to Promote Quality of Care was utilized as the framework for this review of literature (Titler et al., 2001). A search was conducted using CINAHL Plus with Full Text, Academic Search Complete, Cochrane Central Register of Controlled Trials, Cochrane Database of Systematic Reviews, MEDLINE with Full Text, Psychology and Behavioral Sciences Collection, PsycINFO, and SocINDEX with Full Text. Search terms used were “Natural Disasters,” “Children OR Adolescents,” “PTSD,” “Somatic Symptoms,” and “Psychological AND Stress,” resulting in the final selection of ten relevant articles for review. This included 6 correlational and 4 descriptive studies, all Level of Evidence 6. Based on the results of the review, children and adolescents experience PTSD related to natural disasters in a myriad of ways, including somatic symptoms, sleep disturbances, and psychological/emotional disorders such as depression and anxiety. It is vital that healthcare professionals be aware of these effects, as well as short versus long-term implications for children and adolescents post-natural disaster

Technical Efficiency among Small and Medium Scale Entrepreneurs in High Quality Cassava Flour In Four Geo-Political Zones of Nigeria
Purpose: Inadequate empirical data on value addition to cassava processed might be the bane of the inability of the enterprise to attract the necessary attention of private entrepreneurs in the sector. Therefore this study was carried out to analyze technical efficiency among small and medium scale entrepreneurs (SMEs) in high quality cassava flour (HQCF) processing in Nigeria. Methodology: Multi-staged purposive and random sampling techniques were used in selecting 104 SMEs from four out of six existing geopolitical zones. Data collected using structured questionnaires and interview schedule were analyzed using descriptive statistics and stochastic frontier production function. Results: The results revealed that the coefficients for cassava tuber and capital were significant and positively influence HQCF processing at 5 percent level of probability. Household size and access to credit were negatively and significantly related to technical efficiency at 5 percent level of probability; while gender and processing experience were positively related to technical efficiency at 5 percent and 1 percent levels of probability respectively. The average technical efficiency of 79 percent implies that HQCF processors could further increase the efficiency of resource utilization by 21 percent.Recommendation: It was therefore recommended that policy measures should aim at delivery of supervised credit to processors, skill development especially for women, expanded production of raw cassava and enhanced capital base in form of appropriate machineries for processing HQCF.
Gender and Urbanization in Nigeria
In Nigeria, like other parts of the world, urbanization means different things for men and women. This paper has identified the transfer of traditional patriarchal tendencies and attitudes towards women to the urban centers, resulting to the unchanging low status of women in the cities. Practical recommendations are made for urban policy makers, urban developers, development organizations and the general public to change the way women are seen as underdogs; in order to improve the lives of all urban citizens. Opinions of women groups and in-depth secondary data analysis formed the basis for this conclusion.

Response surface methodology assessment of osmotic pre-drying and convective dehydration processes on the anti-oxidant property of Hausa variety of tomato
This study was conducted to determine the effect of osmotic pre-drying treatment on the vitamin C content of Hausa variety of tomato. The tomatoes used were sliced to a uniform diameter of 10 mm, deseeded and then osmotically pre-treated with sugar and honey solution at different osmotic concentrations (20, 30, 40, 50, 60 °Bx), osmotic time (10, 20, 30, 40 and 50 min) and osmotic temperature (10, 20, 30, 40, 50 °C). Experimental design was done using the Central Composite Design (CCD) methodology of Design Expert software version 6.0.6. Drying of the samples was done at 65 °C in a cabinet dryer operating mainly on convectional heat transfer. Drying process was completed and terminated when the samples reached their equilibrium moisture content between 3-5% after total drying time of 10 hours. The data obtained were analysed statistically using analysis of variance (ANOVA) and regression analysis at p≤0.05 significance level. The developed model was significant and has goodness of fit with an R2 value of 71.29% and lack of fit test was insignificant at p≤ 0.05. Optimized process conditions for producing the best quality of tomato product with vitamin C content of 22 mg/100 g were 35.43 °Bx osmotic concentration, 11.10 min osmotic time and 23.86 °C osmotic temperature having a desirability function of 1. These conditions were considered to be advantageous as they were more economical, time and energy saving
