Live fast, Love Hard, Die Young – es scheint fast so, als könnte dieses auf das Leben Jimi Hendrix' sicherlich zutreffende Leitmotiv auch dem vorliegenden Film metaphorisch vorangestellt werden. Denn der in zwei Abschnitte unterteilte Film erzählt in den ersten 22 Minuten in Interviewausschnitten aus Gesprächen mit diversen Zeitgenossen und ehemaligen Bandmitgliedern der Jimi Hendrix Experience (Mitch Mitchell und Noel Redding) den musikalischen Werdegang Hendrix’ bis zu seinem legendären Auftritt auf dem Monterey Pop Festival 1967 in rasanter Geschwindigkeit. Nur kurzer Stücke zu verschiedenen Themen werden hintereinandergeschnitten. Dabei erkennt man erst allmählich, dass die chronologische Reihenfolge der Themen auf das Festival hin zielt. Entnommen ist der Titel einer Zeile des 1965 von Bob Dylan geschriebenen Songs Like a Rolling Stone, der im selben Jahr auf dem bis dahin sechsten Album Highway 61 Revisited erschienen ist. Er thematisiert den Abstieg von der upper class zum underdog und die damit einhergehende Ignoranz und Verachtung seitens der Gesellschaft. Dieser Song wurde 2004 vom Rolling Stone Magazine zum besten Rocksong aller Zeiten gewählt. Doch was hat dieser Song mit dem Werk Bob Dylans zu tun, zumal die einführenden Worte Dylans den konträren Standpunkt vertreten und suggerieren, dass der folgende Film die Reise nach Hause dokumentieren wird

Data yang didapat dan digunakan pada penelitian ini didapat dari penyebaran kuisoner secara langsung kepada Ibu Rumah Tangga dan masyarakat umum yang berada di kota Medan Sumatera Utara. Pada penelitian ini QFD digunakan dalam proses perencanaan dan pengembangan produk untuk menetapkan spesifikasi kebutuhan dan keinginan konsumen, serta mengevaluasi secara sistematis kapabilitas suatu produk atau jasa dalam memenuhi kebutuhan dan keinginan konsumen. Dengan metode QFD, akan dibandingkan alat pengiris bawang otomatis dengan alat pengiris bawang yang telah ada dan beredar dimasyarakat. MRI in multiple myeloma : a pictorial review of diagnostic and post-treatment findings

Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) is increasingly being used in the diagnostic work-up of patients with multiple myeloma. Since 2014, MRI findings are included in the new diagnostic criteria proposed by the International Myeloma Working Group. Patients with smouldering myeloma presenting with more than one unequivocal focal lesion in the bone marrow on MRI are considered having symptomatic myeloma requiring treatment, regardless of the presence of lytic bone lesions. However, bone marrow evaluation with MRI offers more than only morphological information regarding the detection of focal lesions in patients with MM. The overall performance of MRI is enhanced by applying dynamic contrast-enhanced MRI and diffusion weighted imaging sequences, providing additional functional information on bone marrow vascularization and cellularity. This pictorial review provides an overview of the most important imaging findings in patients with monoclonal gammopathy of undetermined significance, smouldering myeloma and multiple myeloma, by performing a 'total' MRI investigation with implications for the diagnosis, staging and response assessment. In PUSKESMAS Dolo for diabetics who regularly come for treatment in 2022 amounted to 619 patients or as much as 7%. For early detection of diabetes, it is necessary to conduct counseling programs for the community to understand the importance of preventing diabetes early. This problem identification uses fishbone analysis. Then from the fishbone analysis, alternative ideas for solutions to existing problems are sought using ultrasound analysis. The following problem solving analysis can be done with SWOT analysis. Some of the factors that cause the non-optimal activities of the diabetes management and prevention program at the Dolo Health Center include educational factors, the lack of public understanding of diabetes, the distance between the house and the health examination site, the lack of support from the family in conducting health checks, and the lack of counseling on diabetes programs. One of the evaluations carried out was by using the paired T test. The significance value (2-tailed) of this case is 0.000 (p 0.05). So that the results of the pretest value and posttest value have significant changes (meaningful). It can be concluded that the posttest value has increased from the previous pretest value. 99mTc-HMPAO perfusion SPECT/CT in the diagnosis of brain death

This report describes a case of brain death (BD) evaluated by 99mTc-hexamethylpropylene amine oxime (HMPAO) single photon emission tomography/computed tomography (SPECT/CT). A 16-year-old boy with a history of rapid unexpected brain herniation due to pilocytic astrocytoma underwent 99mTc-HMPAO SPECT/CT for evaluation of brain death in the context of organ donation. Flow images demonstrated lack of blood flow to the brain, and delayed images showed absence of demonstrable radionuclide activity within the brain. Diagnostic value of 18F-FDG-PET/CT for monitoring myelofibrosis after allogeneic stem cell transplantation

Myelofibrosis is a rare hematopoietic stem cell neoplasm leading to marked bone marrow fibrosis and ineffective hematopoiesis. We report a case highlighting the potential role of 18F fluorodeoxyglucose (FDG) positron emission tomography/computed tomography (PET/CT) for therapy monitoring. A 62-year-old man with myelofibrosis underwent FDG-PET/CT for evaluation of the extent of disease before and after allogeneic stem cell transplantation (SCT). PET after SCT demonstrated complete normalization of initially increased bone marrow tracer uptake, consistent with bone marrow biopsy showing complete remission. 18F-FDG-PET/CT may become a valuable diagnostic tool in myelofibrosis, enabling both sensitive initial staging and therapy monitoring

Analisis Kandungan Nilai Karakter Pada Buku Teks Pendidikan Pancasila Pegangan Siswa Kelas IV Sekolah Dasar

Metode penelitian yang digunakan Jenis pendekatan adalah pendekatan kepustakaan (Library research) dengan menggunakan metode content analysis (analisis isi). Data pada penelitian ini berupa kandungan nilai karakter buku teks pendidikan pancasila pegangan siswa kelas IV Sekolah Dasar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kandungan buku teks pendidikan pancasila terdiri atas 4 bab yakni: (1) mengenal lingkungan sekitar, (2) aku anak yang disiplin, (3) kerja sama di lingkunganku (4) Pancasila dalam diriku. Setiap bab menyajikan materi yang dilengkapi dengan aktivitas pembelajaran yang bervariasi. Peneliti mendapatkan hasil bahwa terdapat nilai karakter yang muncul pada bab I diurutkan dari frekuensi tertinggi kemunculannya hingga yang terendah yaitu karakter gotong royong 40%, nilai ini gotong royong ini paling banyak muncul kerena mengajarkan kebersamaan dan sifat empati terhadap sesama, sementara tertinggi ke II adalah nilai karakter kreatif dengan 35%, Nilai karakter ini uga banyak muncul kerena muatan buku tersebut menuntut kita untuk berfikir kritis dan kreatif, selanjutnya nilai karakter mandiri 25%, dan terakhir adalah nilai karakter kebhinekaan global 20%, dan selanjutnya nilai karakter bertaqwa dan nilai karakter kritis sama-sama memiliki nilai 10% dan nilai yang rendah muncul karena buku teks ini banyak mengajarkan tentang toleransi beragama, bukan nilai ketangwaannya
