    Sectoral Classification And Regional Imbalance Of Mamminasata National Strategic Area

    This study aims to analyze the economic structure in the Mamminasata National Strategic Area by using quantitative research methods, based on data sources from the Central Bureau of Statistics using 3 analyses namely Location Quotient, Klassen Typology, and Williamson Index. The results of this study show that there are no significant changes in the economic sector in KSN Mamminasata between 2018 and 2022. Although there was a decline in 2020 due to the Covid-19 pandemic, economic growth in the region increased again in 2021. The Klassen Typology analysis shows that Makassar City is categorized as a fast-developing and fast-growing area, while Maros Regency and Sungguminasa Regency are categorized as fast-growing areas, Takalar Regency as a developed but depressed area. The Williamson Index shows that development inequality in KSN mamminasata is stabilizing and even decreasing from 2018 to 2022. Despite some challenges, KSN Mamminasata shows the potential for positive and sustainable economic growth

     This research was motivated by the obligation of students at the Institute for Foreign Language Development (LPBA) Pondok Pesantren Nurul Jadid Paiton Probolinggo to speak a foreign language, namely Arabic. However, in practice many of them still make mistakes in speaking Arabic. Therefore, the language skills of students are not balanced, knowing the pattern of mistakes made by students can minimize or even eliminate the errors in speaking Arabic. This study aims to identify errors in speaking Arabic in students. And knowing the cause of the error and providing the right solution to the mistakes of speaking Arabic. The research methodology used by researchers in identifying speaking errors in students is a qualitative method with a descriptive analysis approach. And the data collection techniques include: observation, interviews, and documentation. While the data analysis used by researchers is a qualitative descriptive analysis. The results of the study indicate that there are 4 components of the form of Arabic speaking errors made by students, namely: phonology, morphology, syntax, and semantic errors. And the cause of the error is the influence of the language that is known first (Mother Language), lack of understanding of Arabic language rules, musyrifah not correcting student errors so that it becomes a bad habit, and students' lack of understanding of the adjustment of the words they use (Arabic). The solution to overcome speaking errors in Arabic for these students is that musyrifah plays an active role and provides a good example in learning Arabic, Giving ta'zir (punishment) to students who make mistakes in speaking Arabic, multiplying mufrodat (vocabulary). and Eliminate the habits of students who tend to generalize Arabic with a language that is known first (mother tongue

    Kemarahan adalah emosi yang telah menerima banyak perhatian penelitian karena memunculkan peningkatan kardiovaskular yang kuat. Hipertensi adalah tekanan darah berada di atas 140/90 mmHg. Alternatif yang bisa dilakukan oleh petugas kesehatan dalam menurunkan tekanan darah yaitu memberikan pendidikan kesehatan dan perlakuan pemberian air rebusan seledri serta senam hipertensi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pra-experiment one group and pretest and posttest. Dalam penelitian ini yang menjadi responden penelitian adalah usia dewasa. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan Oktober 2020 di Desa Tempurejo, Mumbulsari dan Ambulu Kabupaten Jember dengan jumlah 23 responden. Hasil uji menggunakan wiloxcon pada nilai nilai 0,009 < α 0,05 yang artinya ada peningkatan pengetahuan pada penderita hipertensi setelah diberikan penyuluhan tentang pendidikan kesehatan  di Desa Tempurejo, Mumbulsari dan Ambulu. Sehingga disimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh pendidikan kesehatan, air rebusan seledri serta senam hipertensi terhadap penurunan tekanan darah

    Path Analysis on Factors Associated with the Risk of Scabies Among Students at Darussalam Islamic Boarding School, Blokagung, Banyuwangi, Indonesia

    Background: Scabies is an infectious disease that is particularly important in populations with low socioeconomic level in developing countries. Scabies is not life-threatening so usually get treatment is low. But actually the chronic and severe scabies can cause dangerous complications. This study aimed to analyze factors associated the students with scabies disease.Subjects and Methods: This was an observational analytical study with cross-sectional design. This was conducted at Darussalam Islamic Boarding School of Blokagung Banyuwangi, Indonesia in March 23 to April 30,2016. A total of 90 samples were amounted 30 students with scabies and 60 had not scabies. Data collection was using questionnaire. Data analysis used STATA 13.Results: Four variables associated with scabies was associated indirectly obtained between knowledge and myth was negative amounting to the value of -1.88 (p < 0.001) path coefficient between knowledge and healthy behaviors is positive that amounting to 1.68 with value (p = 0.016), the path coefficient between myth - 2:39 (p = 0.038), the path coefficient between allowance to health behaviors positive value that is equal to 2:00 (p = 0.026), the path coefficient between health behavior with scabies is negative in the amount - 3:43 (p < 0.001).Conclusion: The level of knowledge, myths, pocket money indirectly related to the incidence of scabies through healthy behaviors.     Proses Penyidikan Tindak Pidana Pembunuhan Berencana (Studi Kasus di Polrestabes Semarang)

    Pembunuhan dengan rencana lebih dahulu atau disingkat dengan pembunuhan berencana, adalah pembunuhan yang paling berat ancaman pidananya dari seluruh bentuk kejahatan terhadap nyawa manusia. Tindak pidana ini diatur pada Pasal 340 KUHP (Kitab Undang-Undang Hukum Pidana). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui proses penyidikan tentang tindak pidana pembunuhan berencana di Polrestabes Semarang dan juga untuk mengetahui faktor penyebab terjadinya tindak pidana pembunuhan berencana, serta kendala dan solusi yang dihadapi penyidik dalam melakukan proses penyidikan.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode yuridis sosiologis, ialah metode yang mengkaji hukum dan sistematikanya yang kemudian diterapkan untuk mengkaji suatu permasalahan di dalam masyarakat dengan tujuan mendapatkan suatu fakta yang merumuskan suatu masalah dan mencari faktor penyebab terjadinya serta penanganannya, yang diperoleh dari data primer dan data sekunder dari hasil wawancara dengan pihak kepolisian dari Polrestabes Semarang yaitu dengan yang bertanggung jawab dan terkait langsung menangani tindak kejahatan kriminal. Serta dengan studi pustaka dan analisis data secara kualitatif.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa peran dari Kepolisian dalam melakukan penyidikan tindak pidana pembunuhan berencana sangat penting. Karena peranan polisi dalam peradilan pidana berada bagian terdepan. Yaitu dengan melakukan tugas seorang penyidik yang berhubungan dengan penangkapan, penahanan, penggeledahan, penyitaan, pemeriksaan surat, pemeriksaan saksi, tersangka dan meminta bantuan ahli. Dalam hubungan ini polisi bertugas untuk menemukan kebenaran yang selengkap-lengkapnya. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga memaparkan proses penyidikan tindak pidana pembunuhan berencana di Polrestabes Semarang, penyebab terjadinya tindak pidana pembunuhan berencana, dan kendala serta solusi dalam berjalannya proses penyidikan tindak pidana pembunuhan berencana.     Problems Of Mathematics Learning On The Alef Platform In Class VII MTs Negeri 4 Kutai Kartanegara

    This study aims to find out the problems of teachers, students, and teacher efforts in facing problems in the implementation of mathematics learning on the Alef Platform in class VII MTs Negeri 4 Kutai Kartanegara. This is based on problems in learning mathematics with the use of the Alef Platform. Alef Platform is a learning medium specifically designed to engage students by providing a learning experience by watching videos, playing, and practicing questions. This research is qualitative study with Miles and Huberman model. Data were collected uses observation, interviews, and documentation and data validated by uses triangulation techniques. Based on the results obtained, (1)Problems experienced by teachers were the implementation of the learning process in the preliminary activities were still not smooth, lack of creativity of teachers when using the media, teachers cannot reduce the learning features, lack of objective learning outcomes, and the lack of an objective assessment on the Alef Platform. (2)The Problems experienced by students were the number of students who forgot the password, the learning video looked very monotonous, the game features were not in accordance with the ability of students, the questions presented on the Alef Platform were so difficult to lead students to a lazy condition of doing the questions so that student’s learning motivation decreased, the student did not see the existing explanations if the student answered the wrong practical feature, and students cannot ask if having difficulty to the Alef Platform. (3)Efforts made by teachers to overcome the problem that the teacher always gave directions to the writing forgot password, how to download documents, and the teacher re-explained the material that had not been understood by the students

    Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya kemampuan pemahaman matematis siswa pada pembelajaran matematika terutama materi perkalian dan pembagian. Dikarenakan, masih banyak siswa yang merasa kesulitan dalam memahami materi tersebut. Solusi dari permasalahan ini yaitu dengan menerapkan model pembelajaran make a match berbantuan flash card selama pembelajaran matematika. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan pemahaman matematis siswa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan, yaitu Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) dengan desain penelitian Kemmis & Mc Taggart sebanyak 2 siklus. Subjek penelitian ini terdiri dari 12 siswa kelas II di salah satu sekolah dasar di Kota Jakarta Timur. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya peningkatan kemampuan pemahaman matematis siswa saat menerapkan model pembelajaran make a match berbantuan flash card. Pada pra siklus kemampuan pemahaman matematis siswa memperoleh nilai rata-rata sebesar 63,33 dengan persentase ketuntasan klasikal mencapai 33,33%. Kemudian pada siklus I, nilai rata-rata meningkat menjadi 75,41 dengan persentase ketuntatasan klasikal 83,33% dan pada siklus II nilai rata-rata kembali meningkat menjadi 81,25 dengan persentase ketuntasan klasikal sebesar 91,67%. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa model pembelajaran make a match berbantuan flash card berhasil meningkatkan kemampuan pemahaman matematis siswa di sekolah dasar. Because there are still many students who find it difficult to understand the material. The solution to this problem is to apply the make a match learning model with the help of flash cards during mathematics learning. This study aims to improve students' mathematical understanding abilities. The research method used was Classroom Action Research with the Kemmis & Mc Taggart research design of 2 cycles. The subjects of this study consisted of 12 grade II students at an elementary school in East Jakarta. The results of this study indicate an increase in students mathematical understanding abilities when applying the make a match learning model assisted by flash cards. In the pre-cycle of students mathematical comprehension abilities, they obtained an average score of 63.33 with a classical completeness percentage of 33.33%. Then in cycle I, the average score increased to 75.41 with a classical completeness percentage of 83.33%, and in cycle II the average value again increased to 81.25 with a classical completeness percentage of 91.67%. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the make a match learning model assisted by flash cards has succeeded in increasing students' mathematical understanding abilities in elementary schools.     Penelitian ini mengangkat permasalahan perihal penurunan Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD) Provinsi Bali yang mengalami fluktuasi sehingga dilakukan penelitian yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui peranan PAD sebagai salah satu sumber pendapatan daerah dalam mendukung implementasi kinerja keuangan daerah yang berkelanjutan pada periode tersebut untuk mendukung terlaksananya otonomi daerah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian data kuantitatif yang bersumber dari portal APBN kementerian keuangan pada sub bagian APBD (Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Daerah) Provinsi Bali dengan 5 metode analisis yaitu derajat desentralisasi keuangan, kemandirian keuangan daerah, ketergantungan keuangan daerah,  efektivitas keuangan daerah dan efisiensi keuangan daerah yang disertai dengan masing-masing kategorinya pada periode 2016-2022. Alat analisis menggunakan microsoft excel 2021. Pada hasil Derajat Desentralisasi Fiskal (DDF) menunjukkan kategori rata-rata sangat baik, kemandirian keuangan daerah menunjukkan kategori rata-rata tinggi sehingga membentuk pola hubungan delegatif dengan pemerintah pusat, ketergantungan keuangan daerah menunjukkan kategori rata-rata tinggi, efektivitas keuangan daerah menujukkan kategori rata-rata sangat efektif dan efisiensi keuangan daerah menujukkan rata-rata tidak efisie
