Feasibility study of a particular project

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá studií proveditelnosti na vytvoření 360ball centra v Praze. 360ball je raketový sport, původem z Jihoafrické republiky, který hrají dva až čtyři hráči na kruhovém kurtu. Cílem diplomové práce je vytvořit studii proveditelnosti na daný projekt a zhodnotit efektivnost a smysluplnost projektu. Tato studie má pomoci investorovi při rozhodování, zda daný projekt realizovat, či nikoliv. Práce je dělena do dvou částí. Teoretická část má za úkol uvést čtenáře do projektového řízení a do studie proveditelnosti. Praktickou část tvoří studie proveditelnosti, jejíž obsahem je představení záměru, analýza trhu, marketingový výzkum, marketingová strategie, umístění projektu či materiálové vstupy a organizace lidí. Na závěr přicházejí klíčové kapitoly jako finanční plánování, finanční analýza a zhodnocení projektu. Součástí studie je i marketingový výzkum, který byl realizován kvantitativní metodou-dotazníkové šetření.The diploma thesis is focused on feasibility study of the 360ball centre project. 360ball is a racket sport, invented in South African Republic. It is played by two or four players on the circular court. The aim of this diploma thesis is to create feasibility study of a particular project and evaluate it’s effectiveness and it’s feasibility. The feasibility study provides background data for decision making, whether realize the project, or not. Diploma thesis is divided into two parts. Theoretical and practical. The aim of the theoretical part of the diploma thesis is to initiate readers into project management and feasibility studies. Practical part is focused on the feasibility study of opening 360ball centre. This part describes project itself. It also includes a market analysis, marketing strategy, location of the project, material inputs and organization of human resources. It also includes the key chapters such as financial analysis and project evaluation

The Salt Effect of Certain Indicators in Slightly Buffered Solutions

The change in the colorimetric pH with changes in salt concentration is determined with reference to the quinhydrone electrode. The salts used caused a more alkaline reading with the quinhydrone electrode and a more acid reading with the colorimetric method. The effect is much more pronounced in the lower concentrations. The colorimetric pH does not change appreciably in concentrations from about 1 molar to saturation
