Criminal Liability for Perpetrators of Human Trafficking against Children as Victims
Human trafficking is one of the major crimes involving human rights violations. The main problem today is the crime of human trafficking, which is why almost every country is trying to reduce it because the number continues to increase from year to year. As in the example discussed in this paper, 28% of TIP victims are children, according to data collected from the journal. This study examines the sentencing of the court panel against TIP perpetrators who use children as unpaid sex workers. Literature review is an important legal material for Normative Juridical legal research in this study. The results of the study indicate that the perpetrator has legally committed TPPO against the child victim so that she can work as a prostitute without a warrant, and the perpetrator has also fulfilled the provisions of the Law on the Crime of Human Trafficking. Therefore, the panel of judges sentenced her to 5 years in prison and a fine of 120,000,000 Million Rupiah which will be replaced with 2 months in prison if the fine is not paid

The sports infrastructure of the city of Bogotá is characterized by having scenarios for
conventional sports, as evidenced in the Simón Bolívar Metropolitan Park, which is equipped
with a soccer stadium, basketball courts, micro-soccer, skating rinks, among others; When going
down the scale of the parks, there is evidence of a tendency towards conventional sports, such as
in the Villa Mayor Zonal Park, of the Restrepo Local Planning Unit (UPL), which has paved
soccer and basketball courts, a flat skating rink, tennis court, and a calisthenics gymnasium
area. It reflects the lack of planning towards the new generation sports infrastructure that
contemplates appropriate scenarios for new sports trends, such as Skateboarding and BMX
Freestyle, sports that were included in the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games in the modalities of
Street and Park. As a result of the evident lack of a place with the appropriate characteristics to
practice sports together, as well as the invasion of space and the inclusion of sports in society
through the Olympic Games, a public space scenario is proposed in the park of Zonal Villa
Mayor of the Restrepo UPL, as a sports, recreational, cultural and economic enhancer, which
responds to the dynamics of the sector, using the scenario as an instrument for recreational and
professional practice, articulated with complementary green areas of passive and active use for
