Is there a role for melatonin in fibromyalgia?
Fibromyalgia, characterised by persistent pain, fatigue, sleep disturbance and cognitive dysfunction, is a central sensitivity syndrome that also involves abnormality in peripheral generators and in the hypothalamic pituitary adrenal axis. Heterogeneity of clinical expression of fibromyalgia with a multifactorial aetiology has made the development of effective therapeutic strategies challenging. Physiological properties of the neurohormone melatonin appear related to the symptom profile exhibited by patients with fibromyalgia and thus disturbance of it’s production would be compatible with the pathophysiology. Altered levels of melatonin have been observed in patients with fibromyalgia which are associated with lower secretion during dark hours and higher secretion during daytime. However, inconsistencies of available clinical evidence limit conclusion of a relationship between levels of melatonin and symptom profiles in patients with fibromyalgia. Administration of melatonin to patients with fibromyalgia has demonstrated suppression of many symptoms and an improved quality of life consistent with benefit as a therapy for the management of this condition. Further studies with larger samples, however, are required to explore the potential role of melatonin in the pathophysiology of fibromyalgia and determine the optimal dosing regimen of melatonin for the management of fibromyalgia
The disruption of proteostasis in neurodegenerative diseases
Cells count on surveillance systems to monitor and protect the cellular proteome which, besides being highly heterogeneous, is constantly being challenged by intrinsic and environmental factors. In this context, the proteostasis network (PN) is essential to achieve a stable and functional proteome. Disruption of the PN is associated with aging and can lead to and/or potentiate the occurrence of many neurodegenerative diseases (ND). This not only emphasizes the importance of the PN in health span and aging but also how its modulation can be a potential target for intervention and treatment of human diseases.info:eu-repo/semantics/publishedVersio

Prenatal exposures and exposomics of asthma
This review examines the causal investigation of preclinical development of childhood asthma using exposomic tools. We examine the current state of knowledge regarding early-life exposure to non-biogenic indoor air pollution and the developmental modulation of the immune system. We examine how metabolomics technologies could aid not only in the biomarker identification of a particular asthma phenotype, but also the mechanisms underlying the immunopathologic process. Within such a framework, we propose alternate components of exposomic investigation of asthma in which, the exposome represents a reiterative investigative process of targeted biomarker identification, validation through computational systems biology and physical sampling of environmental medi

A Development Model of Characteristics based on Brahmaviharadhamma Principles for Thai School Administrators
The purposes of this research were 1) to study the characteristics of school administrators in Thai primary schools, 2) to develop the characteristics of the Brahmaviharadharma Principles for Thai school administrators, and 3) to propose a model of developing the characteristics of the Brahmaviharadharma Principles for Thai school administrators. Mixed methods research was designed, and the instrument used in the research was a questionnaire distributed to 390 administrators in primary schools, interview form by interviewing 24 key informants, and questions for focus group discussion with 17 experts. Qualitative data from in-depth interview and focus group discussion were analyzed by using content analysis whereas quantitative data were analyzed by using percentage, frequency, mean, standard deviation. Results showed that 1) the characteristics of the school administrators in Thai primary schools consisted of 4 aspects which were 1) knowledgeable and capable, 2) social maturity and generous, 3) accountability, and 4) good human relations in the overall level was very high. Considering to each aspect was also at a high level in all aspects. 2) The characteristics of the Brahmaviharadharma Principles for Thai school administrators was the operation in all 4 aspects of the school, which were (1) academic administration, (2) budget administration, (3) human resource management, and (4) general administration. The principle of Brahmaviharadham is a principle that must be kept in mind and supervised behavior that suitable for executives with 4 areas which are (1) compassion, (2) kindness, (3) happy when others are happy, and (4) neutral mind. 3) A model of developing the characteristics of the Brahmaviharadharma Principles for Thai school administrators was called C B S Model which consisted of 3 important points which were 1) Characteristics (C), characteristics of school administrators was the physical characteristics and expression of the behavior of the person who is a part of character which was shown to others for Thai primary school administrators in 4 aspects which composed of (1) have knowledge and ability, (2) have social maturity and generous, (3) accountability, and (4) good human relations. 2) Brahmaviharadhamma (B), it is a principle that must be kept in mind and supervised behavior and suitable for executives with 4 areas which consisted of (1) compassion, (2) kindness, (3) happy when others are happy, and (4) neutral mind. 3) School (S), School administration was the operation in all 4 aspects of the school, which were (1) academic administration, (2) budget administration, (3) human resource management, and (4) general administration
A Model Development of Administrators Leadership Integrating Garāvāsadhamma IV in Primary Schools under Bangkok Metropolitan Administration
The purposes of this research were 1) to study the leadership of primary school administrators, 2) to study theleadership styles of administrators integrating Garāvāsadhamma IV in primary schools, 3) to propose the leadership styles ofadministrators integrating Garāvāsadhamma IV in primary schools. Research tools used in the research were questionnairesdistributed to 390 administrators and teachers in primary schools under Bangkok Metropolitan Administration, interview formby interviewing 24 key informants, and questions for focus group discussion with 9 experts. The researcher collected the dataand analyzed data consisting of 1) document analysis using content analysis, quantitative data analyzed using percentage, frequency, mean, and standard deviation. Data from interview and focus group discussion were analyzed by using contentanalysis. Results indicated that leadership of primary school administrators under the Bangkok Metropolitan Administrationconsisted of 3 aspects which were 1) vision (Chakkuma), 2) knowledge and ability (Withusu), and 3) Human relations(Nissayasampanno), and overall was in a high level. Considering in each aspect showed that it was at high level in all aspects.Leadership styles of administrators integrating Garāvāsadhamma IV in Primary schools under Bangkok MetropolitanAdministration consisted of the leadership principles of the administrators of primary schools. Garāvāsadhamma IV is fair forpeople to live together, honesty with one another, self-training, patience, tolerance, sharing, generous, the qualities of those whocan create honor, create wisdom, and create wealth and building a group of friends and family to succeed with their ownperseverance. Garāvāsadhamma IV consists of 4 principles which are (1) truth, (2) emotional control, (3) patience, and (4)sharing. Leadership styles of administrators integrating Garāvāsadhamma IV in primary schools under the Bangkok MetropolitanAdministration was called L G S Model, there will be 3 important points which are: 1) Leadership (L), Leadership of theadministrators of primary schools was shown in physical behavior various words of leaders that colleagues or subordinatesworking together to achieve the goals set in 3 ways, which were (1) vision (Chakkuma), (2) knowledge and ability (Withusu),and (3) have human relations (Nissayasampanno). 2) Garāvāsadhamma IV (G) is justified for executive leadership in primaryschool under Bangkok Metropolitan Administration, there are 4 factors which consisted of truth, emotional control, patience, and sharing. 3) School (S), school administration was the operation in all 4 aspects of the school, which were (1) academicadministration, (2) budget administration, (3) human resource management, and (4) general administration
Graph-based Representation of Syntactic Structures of Natural Languages based on Dependency Relations
Deep Learning approach using probability distribution to natural language processing achieves significant accomplishment. However, natural languages have inherent linguistic structures rather than probabilistic distribution. This paper presents a new graph-based representation of syntactic structures called syntactic knowledge graph based on dependency relations. This paper investigates the valency theory and the markedness principle of natural languages to derive an appropriate set of dependency relations for the syntactic knowledge graph. A new set of dependency relations derived from the markers is proposed. This paper also demonstrates the representation of various linguistic structures to validate the feasibility of syntactic knowledge graphs
