Some aspects of the legal provision of private property nationalization
Objective: to study the current state of the doctrine and legislation on nationalization in order to formulate proposals for improving the legal regulation of public relations in this area.Methods: the study used such general scientific methods of cognition as analysis and synthesis, induction and deduction, and analogy. The logical method of research helped to formulate definitions of some terms, in particular, nationalization and emergency nationalization; their inherent features were identified. While studying the topic, private scientific research methods characteristic of jurisprudence were also used: formal legal and comparative legal methods, which helped to reveal the logic of the legislator and draw conclusions about the expediency of paying compensation when nationalizing property from private owners.Results: based on the analysis of legislation and the practice of its application, as well as of the Russian and foreign literature, the essence of nationalization was revealed. In the article, nationalization is understood as the acquisition by the state of ownership of property that was privately owned, on the basis of federal law, with or without compensation of the property value to the owner, which is aimed at protecting public interests. The article pays special attention to the understanding of the “state property” category as the property of the whole people, i.e. public property.Scientific novelty: the article reveals the concept and essence of nationalization, as well as related legal categories (privatization, alienation, compensation, etc.), conducts a comparative legal analysis of the order of nationalization in various states, and identifies the advantages and disadvantages of preliminary and equivalent compensation as a prerequisite for private property nationalization. The author substantiates the need for nationalization of enterprises in all important industries, and, primarily, in the areas of natural monopolies, in which producers can make a profit to ensure their own development only. Nationalization should be soft, with the possibility of compensation, but only after a full audit of the performance of enterprises to resolve the issue of how conscientiously and responsibly their owners and managers acted.Practical significance: the main conclusions of the article can be used in scientific, pedagogical and practical activities to improve civil legislation and the practice of its application, as well as to develop long-term and short-term strategies for the economic development of Russia

The research work is relevant since renewable energy is poorly developed in the Russian Federation, and there is a need for effective legal regulation of relations in the specified area. This problem is especially acute against an active use of renewable energy sources across the globe. Hence, the paper is devoted to identification of legal regulators, which would facilitate an active development of renewable energy both in Russia and other countries that are members of EEU and CIS integration associations. This paper describes a theoretical study of the steady motion of a large solid nonvolatile aerosol spherical particle, which contains thermal sources within itself, in a concentration gradient of binary gas mixture components. It is assumed that an average particle surface temperature significantly differs from the temperature of the binary gas mixture surrounding it. Терминальное управление шахтным водоотливом
Шахтные насосные установки главного водоотлива, предназначенные для поддержания водного баланса шахты на безопасном уровне, относятся к мощным потребителям электроэнергии. В зависимости от водоносности горизонтов энергозатраты могут достигать до 20% общей энергоемкости предприятия. Поэтому задача формирования графика работы шахтных насосных установок главного водоотлива, позволяющего снизить эксплуатационные затраты, является актуальной.
В статье объект управления (система водоотлива шахты) рассматривается как динамическая система. В основу управления движением системы было положено изменение уровня воды в водосборниках шахты. Ставится задача формирования невозмущенного движения системы (при ординарном притоке), характеризующаяся минимальными энергозатратами.
Поставленная задача управления шахтным водоотливом решается как задача терминального управления с фиксированными начальными и конечными состояниями. Это позволило сформировать суточный график работы насосных установок, обеспечивающий одинаковый уровень воды в водосборниках в начале и в конце суток, который может оставаться неизменным в течение длительного времени.Приведена базовая модель системы шахтного водоотлива. Задача управления движением системы сформулирована как задача терминального управления с заданными начальными и конечными состояниями. Приведены результаты моделирования системы управления при ординарном водопритоке. The system’s base model of the mine pumping was resulted. The problem of the system’s motion control was formulated as a task of terminal management with the set initial and final states. The results of the system’s control simulation were resulted for an ordinary water inflow.

Chemical glycosylations for the synthesis of building units of post-translational modifications
In chemical glycosylation reactions, a glycosyl donor couples with a glycosyl acceptor through glycosidic linkage. Most of the products end up with a mixture due to the formation of a stereogenic center at the anomeric carbon. Activation with a suitable Lewis acid and introduction of the non‐participating protecting group on donor and acceptor results in a selective product. Herein, we used a suitably protected donor and acceptor which produced an orthogonally protected building block with α‐selectivity. We used also a donor for the synthesis of modified phosphoribosylated amino acid. The formation of glycoside products can be used to synthesize complex biologically important organic molecules
