    Telah dilakukan penelitian tentang uji penerimaan masyarakat perkotaan terhadap produk minyak angin yang berasal dari warga (pengusaha) industri rumah tangga di Desa Pucung, Kecamatan Ngantru, Kabupaten Tulungagung. Penelitian dilaksanakan dengan melakukan survai pada responden mahasiswa Universitas Surabaya di daerah Tenggilis. Produk minyak angin dari pengusaha industri rumah tangga di Desa Pucung, Kecamatan Ngantru, Kabupaten Tulungagung diberi kode A, dan produk minyak angin yang dibuat oleh peneliti berdasarkan formula dari pengusaha tersebut diberi kode B. Produk A memiliki kekurangan, yaitu belum terujinya kualitas bahan baku dan kualitas minyak angin yang dihasilkan, sedangkan produk B telah melalui pengujian bahan baku dan telah diketahui memenuhi persyaratan Farmakope Indonesia IV. Keduanya diamati karakteristik fisiknya dengan mengamati organoleptis, bobot jenis, indeks bias, dan viskositas relatif. Untuk menguji, apakah produk A dan B nantinya layak untuk dipasarkan, dan mampu bersaing dengan produk yang telah beredar maka perlu dilakukan perbandingan dengan salah satu produk minyak angin yang telah beredar dan telah diterima oleh masyarakat (kode C).     The research objective to evaluate the effect of intellectual capital on organizational performance in Batam City. Intellectual capital components consist of structural capital, social capital, customer capital, human capital, spiritual capital, and technology capital. This study involved 54 directors of the rural bank. The results of this empirical study indicate that there is a significant relationship between structural capital, customer capital, human capital, and technology capital on organizational performance in Batam City. Meanwhile, social capital and spiritual capital show no significant relationship to organizational performance in Batam City. The results of this study provide additional knowledge about the relationship between intellectual capital and organizational performance

    Most people in Wainibe Village have been working as copra farmers for a long time. Copra itself is a dried white flesh of the coconut, from which the oil is extracted. This is the main aspect where their finance is relied on. This research aims to identify whether copra farming can fulfill the economic needs of Wainibe people. The study was conducted at Wainibe Village, Fenaleisela District of Buru Regency during August to September 2022. The population was ±100 farmers and the sample was 30% of it, which is 30 farmers. Some variables we used were Harvest, Split, Side, Drying, Packaging, Selling, Production cost, Profit, Primary Needs (food, cloths, house) and Education Needs. Data analysis was copra farming as a business, with several parameters to determine if it is worthy or not. Those parameters are cultivation technique, means used, procedures, and Benefit Cost Ratio (B/C ratio). Based on B/C ratio analysis, it was recognized that the B/C ratio of copra farming is >1.
