This study aimed to determine and to analyze the administrative services of inpatient medical records at Poso General Hospital, referring to the opinion of Haryadi (2009: 6) comprising the activities of receiving, processing, storing, presenting information, and treating or maintaining patient medical records. This research was descriptive qualitative. Based on the results of data collection, it was concluded that in general the activities of receiving, processing, storing, presenting information, and treating or maintaining patient medical records had been implemented in accordance with the provisions. However, there were still delays in the medical records services during inpatients examination by physicians. The problem laid on the not-timely change system of duty medical officers, especially for patients entering at night. Medical records frequently could not be found because the duty medical officers accompanying the physicians did not know where the medical records were kept by the duty medical officers before. Additionally, the problems of low education and employment status of the honorary employees influenced the discipline and work behavior of the duty medical officers

Pengaruh Modal Intelektual Dan Kepemilikan Institusional Terhadap Nilai Perusahaan Pada Industri Makanan Dan Minuman Yang Terdaftar Di Bursa Efek Indonesia

The purpose of this research is to define and analyze the influence of Intellectual Capital and Institutional Ownership on Company's value in the Food and Beverage industries in Indonesia stock exchange. Population of the research consists 0f 16 food and beverage industries in Indonesia stock exhange, and its sample is selected through purposive sampling; there are 12 industries that meet the requirements of this study. Data analysis is using multiple linier regressions. The study finds that :1) capital intellectual and institutional ownership simultaneously have no influence on the value of companies in food and beverage industries in Indonesia stock exchane; 2)intellectual capital partially has no influence on the value of companies in food and beverage industries in Indonesia stock exchane; (3) Institutional ownership partially has no influence on the value of companies in food and beverage industries in Indonesia stock exchane. Determination coefficient (R2) off 0,011 showsthat 1,1 % variable intellectual capital and institutional ownership influence the companies' values, while 98,8 % by other variables that are not studie

THE ANALYSIS OF CONJUNCTIONS AS COHESIVE DEVICE IN THE QURANIC TRANSLATION OF SURAH AL-BAQARAH BY ABDULLAH YUSUF ALI : A CORPUS BASED STUDY

SITI FADLUN (14121310355) THE ANALYSIS CONJUNCTIONS AS COHESIVE DEVICE IN THE QURANIC TRANSLATION BY ABDULLAH YUSUF ALI : A CORPUS BASED STUDY This study was primarily intended to capture using of types of conjunction in surah albaqarah. The study is positioned into a qualitative research using collecting and analysis data. The result shows that, according to Halliday (1976) devide types of conjuntion into four types, there are additive types, adversative types, causal types, and temporal types. Each types also has some branches which has internal and eksternal characterstic. After analyze the data, the writer finding some conjunctions in the surah al-baqarah which translated by Abdullah Yusuf Ali. This study analysing each types use a corpus software. find the number of conjunctions in each types. The types of conjunctions that are commonly used in the quranic tranlation of surah al-baqarah is adversative types which include conjunctions yet, though, only, but, rather, etc. The writer found 711 conjunctions from 1695 analysis conjunctions the adversative types. So, Abdullah Yusuf Ali used the conjunctive adversative types of surah al-baqarah in his translation.The conclusion based on the analysis above, the writer took three conjunctions of additive types include and, and also, nor, neither and or. In each conjunction the writer took five collocates word from corpus analysis. The total is for noun categories is 10, the verb categories is 7, for the adverb is 3, adjective is 4, and preposition categories are 1. Simulation of incompressible viscous flows around moving objects by a variant of immersed boundary-Lattice Boltzmann method

A variant of immersed boundary-lattice Boltzmann method (IB-LBM) is presented in this paper to simulate incompressible viscous flows around moving objects. As compared with the conventional IB-LBM where the force density is computed explicitly by Hook's law or the direct forcing method and the non-slip condition is only approximately satisfied, in the present work, the force density term is considered as the velocity correction which is determined by enforcing the non-slip condition at the boundary. The lift and drag forces on the moving object can be easily calculated via the velocity correction on the boundary points. The capability of the present method for moving objects is well demonstrated through its application to simulate flows around a moving circular cylinder, a rotationally oscillating cylinder, and an elliptic flapping wing. Furthermore, the simulation of flows around a flapping flexible airfoil is carried out to exhibit the ability of the present method for implementing the elastic boundary condition. It was found that under certain conditions, the flapping flexible airfoil can generate larger propulsive force than the flapping rigid airfoil

Karakteristik Heterotopia Ruang Kafe dalam Al-Karnak Karya Najib Mahfudz: Analisis Other Space Michel Foucault

Hal menarik yang menjadi ciri khas tulisan Najib Mahfudz selain politik adalah keberadaan latar tempat kafe yang nyaris tak pernah alpa dari karya-karyanya. Penelitian ini bertujuan menggambarkan karakteristik heterotopia ruang kafe dalam novel Al-Karnak (1974, 2008) karya Najib Mahfudz. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. Data penelitian ini berupa kalimat atau dialog antartokoh yang berhubungan dengan kafe dan ruang heterotopia. Dengan menggunakan konsep other space Michel Foucault, penelitian ini menemukan adanya karakteristik heterotopia pada ruang kafe Karnak dalam novel Al-Karnak karya Najib Mahfudz. Sebagai karya memorial, Al-Karnak menggambarkan kafe Karnak dengan sangat kompleks. Kompleksitas tersebut erat kaitannya dengan realitas sosial masyarakat Mesir pasca perang Juni 1967. Kafe Karnak mampu merepresentasikan kondisi masyarakat Mesir yang menanggung beban distopis sekaligus menginginkan kehidupan utopis pada masa itu. Penelitian ini melihat bahwa karakteristik heterotopia yang ditemukan dalam kafe Karnak berkontribusi dalam memproduksi ruang lain, yang direfleksikan melalui imajinasi serta realitas tokoh-tokoh dalam novel.[Heterotopia Characteristics of Caf in Najib Mahfudzs Al-Karnak: Michel Foucaults Other Space Analysis] The interesting thing that characterizes Najib Mahfudzs works besides politics is the existence of caf setting which is almost never neglected from his works. This study aims to describe the heterotopia characteristics of the caf space in the novel Al-Karnak (1974, 2008) by Najib Mahfudz. This study uses a qualitative method. The data in this study are in the form of sentences or dialogues between figures related to cafes and heterotopia spaces. By using the concept of other space by Michel Foucault, this research found the characteristics of heterotopia at Karnak caf space in Al-Karnak novel by Najib Mahfudz. As a memorial work, Al-Karnak describes Karnak caf so complexly. The complexity is closely related to the social realities of the post-war June 1967 Egyptian society. Karnak caf is able to represent the conditions of Egyptian society who bear the burden of dystopian as well as want a utopian life in those days. Pesan filosofis simbol ketupat dalam tradisi syawalan di Desa Gaji Kecamatan Guntur Kabupaten Demak

Fokus kajian ini adalah mengungkapkan ketupat dalam tradisi Syawalan yang memiliki pesan filosofis dan sebagai simbol masyarakat di Desa Gaji Kecamatan Guntur Kabupaten Demak. Simbol ketupat dijadikan sebagai kegiatan komunikasi yang melibatkan masyarakat dalam upaya untuk keuntungan dan kesejahteraan. Penelitian ini meinggunakan motodei eitnografi deingan peindeikatan kualitatif deskriptif, deingan teiknik peingumpulan data meilalui obseirvasi, wawancara meindalam, studi dokumeintasi dan studi liteiratur. Hasil peineilitian beirupa informasi meingeinai cara pandang masyarakat meilihat tradisi syawalan sebagai wujud ungkapan rasa syukur, mendoakan para leluhur, ungkapan permintaan maaf dan shodaqoh. Ketupat sebuah simbol kegiatan syawalan yang mengandung (5) peisan filosofis simbol keitupat yaitu; 1). Kata keitupat yang beirarti “ngaku leipat” (meingakui keisalahan), 2). Seibagai makanan yang dihidangkan saat Idulfitri keitupat diartikan seibagai laku papat (eimpat Tindakan) yaitu leibaran, lubeiran, leiburan dan laburan, 3). Keitupat teirbuat dari beiras adalah simbol nafsu dunia, 4). Janur peimbungkus keitupat beirmakna seijatining nur (beirsihnya diri dan beircahanya hati) yang artinya meinceirminkan hati nurani, 5). Beintuk keitupat yang peirseigi bagi masyarakat diartikan deingan kiblat papat limo panceir (simbol eimpat peinjuru mata angin utama yaitu timur, barat, utara dan seilatan) yang artinya keimanapun manusia peirgi yang beirsangkutan tidak boleih meilupakan limo panceir (arah kiblat)/ arah salat
