    Developing Tutorial Video for Enhancing Elementary School Students’ Process Skills in Science

    The purpose of this research was to prove the improvement and effectiveness of video tutorial media as a result of development. The model in this study applied the research and development model of Borg & Gall. The procedure of this study included 9 steps, namely a) preliminary research and collecting initial information; b) planning; c) developing product drafts; d) conducting an initial trial; e) revising the results of limited trials; f) conducting field trials; g) making product improvements resulting from field trials; h) conducting operational field trials; and i) making improvements to the final product. Product testing was carried out on the fifth grade elementary school students in South Aceh. Data collection techniques used observation. The observation sheet was used to measure students’ process skills. The feasibility of the media was analyzed by score conversion using a scale of 5. Media effectiveness was analyzed by gain score, and t-test. The results of this study were video tutorial media products on style material that are feasible to apply to science learning on student process skills

    Geminivirus merupakan virus fitopatogen destruktif yang memiliki spektrum luas. Infeksi dan severitas virus ini menyebabkan kerugian ekonomi yang signifikan di sektor pertanian dunia. Permasalahan utama yang dilaporkan adalah gejala-gejala serangan baru terlihat setelah skala tingkat kerusakan tertinggi, sehingga sulit untuk dikendalikan. Infeksi awal virus ini pada umumnya memblokade tranduksi hormone, memanipulasi sistem pertahanan tanaman (Sistemic Acquired Resistance/SAR), mempengaruhi mekanisme apoptosis (Program kematian Sel), abnomalitas sistem metilasi pada tanaman. Pada review ini akan dibahas sistem ketahanan tanaman sistemik maupun lokal secara molekuler, interaksi protein-protein yang terlibat langsung pasca penetrasi geminivirus pada tanaman. Selain itu juga akan mendiskusikan strategi-strategi diagnosis potensial eksistensi virus pada tanaman.     The assessment is based on the measuring instrument used to determine the quantity of learning that is numerical in nature. This study aims to describe how the planning, implementation, and assessment of learning carried out by teachers in learning to write drama texts. In the world of education, measurement consists of two kinds, namely test and non-test. The form of the test can be categorized into two types, namely objective tests and non-objective tests. This study uses an objective type of assessment, namely multiple choice questions. If we look back, there are still many question instruments that are not adapted to the rules of making question instruments so that it affects the lack of quality of the instrument questions that have been made. The fact that is happening today often happens in schools, especially in learning literary appreciation. Therefore, this study aims to reconstruct questions that are not in accordance with the criteria for making question instruments. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative with data in the form of learning stages carried out by one of the class teachers. The collection techniques used in this research are observation, documentation (video), and interviews. The instrument used is a human instrument as the main instrument and a guide to analysis of planning, implementation, and assessment of learning as well as an interview guide as a supporting instrument.   Keywords: assessment, instrument, appreciation, literature   Abstrak Penilaian didasarkan atas alat ukur yang digunakan untuk menentukan kuantitas pembelajaran yang sifatnya numerik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan bagaimana perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan penilaian pembelajaran yang dilakukan oleh guru dalam pembelajaran menulis teks drama. Dalam dunia pendidikan, pengukuran terdiri atas dua macam, yakni tes dan nontes. Bentuk tes dapat dikategorikan ke dalam dua jenis, yaitu tes objektif dan tes non-objektif. Penelitian ini menggunakan penilaian jenis objektik yaitu soal pilihan ganda. Jika ditilik kembali, masih banyak ditemukan instrumen soal yang tidak disesuaikan dengan kaidah pembuatan instrumen soal sehingga, berpengaruh pada minimnya kualitas instrumen soal yang telah dibuat. Kenyataan itulah yang saat ini kerap terjadi di sekolah, khususnya pada pembelajaran apresiasi sastra. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merekonstruksi soal yang belum sesuai dengan kriteria-kriteria pembuatan instrumen soal. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan data berupa tahapan pembelajaran yang dilaksanakan oleh salah satu guru kelas. Teknik pengumpulan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu observasi, dokumentasi (video), dan wawancara.     Abstract: The research aims to determine whether the concept map method can affect student learning outcomes in SMA 3 Seunagan. This type of research used in this research is quantitative research using sampling techniques using random sampling. The research instruments used in this study were pretest and posttest. the population in this study were all grade X students of SMA 3 Seunagan. The results show that the concept map learning method is effective on the learning outcomes of student biology on virus material in class X SMA Negeri 3 Seunagan. , 24 then Ho is accepted, so it can be concluded that Ho is rejected   Abstrak: Penelitian bertujuan Untuk mengetahui Apakah  metode  Peta Konsep dapat berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar siswa di SMA Negeri 3 Seunagan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan Random Sampling. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pretest dan posttest. populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 3 Seunagan. Hasil penelitian menunujukkan bahwa metode pembelajaran peta konsep efektif terhadap hasil belajar biologi siwa pada materi virus dikelas X SMA Negeri 3 Seunagan.Hal ini dapat dilihat dari hasil Pada perhitungan uji t untuk nilai selisih diperoleh thitung = 11,389  dengan demikian thitung > ttabel atau 11,389  > 2,24 maka Ho diterima, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa Ho ditolak

Based on cases of drug repurposing in small population conditions, and previous work in drug repurposing, we analyzed the most important lessons learned, such as the sharing of clinical observations, reaching out to regulatory scientific advice at an early stage, and public-private collaboration. In addition, current upcoming trends in the field of drug repurposing in rare diseases were analyzed, including the role these trends could play in the rare diseases’ ecosystem. Specifically, we cover the opportunities of innovation platforms, the use of real-world data, the use of artificial intelligence, regulatory initiatives in repurposing, and patient engagement throughout the repurposing project. The outcomes from these emerging activities will help progress the field of drug repurposing for the benefit of patients, public health and medicines development
