    Porter merupakan bagian ground handling yang paling berat pekerjaannya yang mengandalkan kemampuan fisik pekerjanya untuk mengangkat beban baik secara manual maupun dengan bantuan alat mekanik. Kebugaran jasmani menjadi sangat penting untuk menjaga kondisi pekerja agar tetap mampu bekerja secara optimal. Tujuan penelitian adalah menganalisis hubungan antara beban kerja fisik dengan tingkat kebugaran jasmani pada pekerja ground handling PT. Gapura Angkasa di Bandara Ahmad Yani Semarang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Sampel berjumlah 39 orang pekerja porter PT. Gapura Agkasa didapatkan menggunakan purposive sampling dengan kriteria inklusi bekerja pada shift pagi, tekanan darah normal, dan bersedia menjadi responden. Variabel penelitian ini adalah usia, status gizi, masa kerja, kebiasaan olahraga, kebiasaan merokok, beban kerja fisik, dan kebugaran jasmani. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner, pengamatan, dan harvard step test 3 menit. Hasil analisis univariat diperoleh usia pekerja terbanyak 18-25 tahun (53,8%). Status gizi pekerja normal (64,1%). Masa kerja < 1 tahun (53,8%) . kebiasaan olahraga kurang (89,7%). Pekerja merokok (53,8%). Beban kerja fisik berat (71,8%). Kebugaran jasmani kurang (43,6%). Uji statistik hubungan menggunakan rank spearrman. Tidak ada hubungan antara usia (r = 0,306, p = 0,058), status gizi (r = -0,178, p = 0,279), dan masa kerja (r = 0,010, p = 0,953) dengan tingkat kebugaran jasmani. Ada hubungan antara kebiasaan olahraga (r = -0,464, p = 0,003), kebiasaan merokok (r = 0,667, p = 0,000004), dan beban kerja fisik (r = -0,326, r = 0,043) dengan tingkat kebugaran jasmani.     ABSTRACT FIFI AFRINATILOFA. The Relationship Between Social Support With Self Efficacy On Student In SMK Patriot 2 Bekasi. Study Program of Economic Education, Concentration of Office Administration Education, Department of Economic and Administration, Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta, 2012. The purpose of this research are to get validity and reliable data of fact about how strong the relationship between social support with self efficacy on student in SMK Patriot 2 Bekasi. This research is has been done for 3 months since Oktober to December 2012. The research method used is survey method with the correlational approach, with used primary data. While the data is gained from questionnaire respondent by the student SMK patriot 2 Bekasi. The population in this study is the student of SMK patriot 2 Bekasi. Samples used as many as 72 student with a level of 5% error. The sampling technique used is by using simple random sampling. To gather data X and Y variable (social support and self efficacy on student) used Likert-shaped instrument. The analysis test found by regression equation,is Y = 7.71 + 0.243X. After that, the result of data regression normality test to X by using Liliefors formula is L = 0.071 in significant level 0.05 and L table = 0.104, so L count F (3.98) showing that it has significant regression. While regression linearity test, F table count (0.83) < F (1.80), showing that regression is linears. The results or Product Moment of correlation coefficint test is r table = 0.530. Continued by using correlation coefficient significant test with t-test. Counting result is t count = 5.23 while t at dk = n-2= 72 and significant coefficient 0.05 is 1.67, it’s mean t table hitung > t . Beside that, the results of determinanation coefficient test is 28.10% which means that the self efficacy of student 28.10% by social support. The conclusion shown that research has a positive between social support with self efficacy on student in SMK Patriot 2 Bekasi. It can be concluded that the greater overall social support, the greater self efficacy on student

    There are some problems found in this research such as: how the Islamic communication planning in improving the quality of service in the system of Islamic education in the city of Medan. The purpose of this study is to describe the Islamic communication planning in improving the quality of Islamic educational institutions in Medan. This study is conducted test empirically, finds some facts and examines Islamic communication planning in Islamic education system scientifically, using the principles of Islamic communication and public Service theory.The method used is explanatory survey method, with quantitative approach. The population in this research are students and parents on educational institutions, Madrasah Aliyah Negeri, in Medan. In taking sampling, it uses purposive sampling techniques and cluster random sample, to calculate the sample size of the study populations using cross sectional. Data collection research uses questionnaires from respondents with a sample size of 384 respondents. In analyzing data, it uses simple regression analysis.Results of this research can be informed that there is an Islamic communication planning in improving the quality of services in Islamic educational institutions in the city of Medan. The new concept presented from the results of this research is "Islamic communication planning gives a great influence to the service quality at the Islamic education institution in the city of Medan

    The involvement of students in the learning process is very important for reached a quality learning process in the class. But in general, now days learning process is only had one way character, that was center on teacher as giver of material through this course methodology. Based on observation in the class X IPS SMA 1 Plumbon, the teacher was more active than the students that only listened the explanation from teacher, it showed that the students liveliness in the learning process is still low. While learning process in the class only 3-4 students that giving respond in ask question activity and it’s dominated by certain students. The setting of the research in the SMA 1 Plumbon. Everyone is teacher here is one of way to get individually or over all of participation in the class. The purpose of this study is for increased visual, speaking, writing, and listening activity for students, it used everyone is teacher here method. In this study the writer used Class Action Research. Kemmis and Mc. Taggart model, the implementation is devided in 2 cycle that each of cycle consist of 2 action. The setting of this research is SMA 1 Plumbon. The subject of this research is X IPS 1, it’s amount of 34 students. The aspect studied in this research is learning liveliness that cover visual, speaking, writing, listening and is everyone is teacher here. Technique of collecting data is through observation, task, test, and documentation study. Based on the result of the study, it can be showed that there was increased in visual, speaking, writing, and listening in each action. There by, the action is reached indicator efficacy, the mean value is 75, 57%. It can be conclude that methodology of everyone is teacher here can increased the students liveliness in the learning process. Namun demikian, Pembelajaran saat ini bersifat satu arah yaitu berpusat kepada guru sebagai pemberi materi ajar melalui metode ceramah. Berdasarkan hasil observasi di kelas X IPS 1 SMA Negeri 1 Plumbon, guru lebih aktif dalam memberikan informasi dan peserta didik mendengarkan penjelasan guru. Hal ini menunjukkan keaktifan peserta didik masih rendah, saat pembelajaran dapat dilihat ketika kegiatan tanya jawab hanya terdapat 3-5 peserta didik yang mengajukan dan mengemukakan pendapat dan didominasi oleh peserta didik tertentu. Metode Everyone Is A Teacher Here merupakan salah satu cara untuk mendapatkan partisipasi kelas secara keseluruhan maupun individu. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kegiatan visual, lisan, menulis dan mendengarkan peserta didik dengan menggunakan metode Everyone Is A Teacher Here. Metode yang digunakan adalah Penelitan Tindakan Kelas model Kemmis dan Mc Taggart dilaksankan dalam dua siklus yang. Setiap siklusnya terdiri dari dua tindakan. Setting penelitian di SMA Negeri 1 Plumbon. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas X IPS 1 dengan jumlah 34 peserta didik. Aspek yang dikaji adalah keaktifan belajar yang meliputi kegiatan visual, lisan, menulis, mendengarkan dan metode Everyone Is Teacher Here. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, tugas, tes dan studi dokumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukan terdapat peningkatan pada kegiatan visual, lisan, menulis dan mendengarkan pada setiap tindakan. Dengan demikian, pada tindakan terakhir mencapai indikator keberhasilan dengan nilai rata-rata akhir 75,57%. Hal ini dapat dikatakan bahwa metode Everyone Is A Teacher Here dapat meningkatan keaktifan belajar peserta didik. One other enthused many by adult this time is film, because they have saturated with many news him about and politics of kriminal which many and often happened, not even in Indonesia but beyond the sea. Film likely have become one part of the life some of human being. Therefore, impossible film dissociated with life of modern society like in this time. Film can express role of x'self as mechanic channel to submit certain messages from and for human being. Basically film can be grouped in two big shares, that is story film and film of non story. Story film is produced film pursuant to composed story and played by actress and actor, while film is non story represent film category taking fact as its his (Soemarno, 1996 : 10). This Formula research internal issue is : " how big frequency message of Love which emerge in film " I Love You Om". This Research aim to to know how big frequency message of peeped out Love at film " I Love You Om" Masterpiece of Widy Wijaya. At this research is used by descriptive type, with quantitative data type. Focus at this research is message of love in film of I Love You Om. In this research of researcher take research scope with analysing all scene found on film " I Love You Om". Set of measure in this research, like at pregnant category of love category, given the set of measure found on communications facet of verbal and non its his, hence can water down to know frequency apparition of message to be analysed. Data which is taken in this research is primary data and data of Sekunder. As primary data is film " I Love You Om"Karya Widy Wijaya, perceived by conducting record-keeping to categorys order and target which consist in in it which wish to be expressed in this research. In this research analyse with content analysis. Pursuant to result of research which have been obtained by result and earn concluded that in film " I Love You Om" this is taken by 3 message of love which among others is: (1) Message of love seen from form love in film of I this Love You Om there are 32 times or 51,62% from totalizeing the overall of message of love which emerge. What is each can be detailed as follows: (a) real Love counted 2 times or 3,23% (b) Love love counted 30 times or 48,39% (2) Message of love of love type facet, in film of I this Love You Om of its apparition frequency counted 30 times or 48,39% from totalizeing message of love which emerge, what is each can be explained as follows: (a) Love fellow being counted 7 times or 11,29% (b) Love love counted 23 times or 37,10%. Message of love of love element facet, its apparition frequency counted 40 times or 24,39% from totalizeing message of love which emerge, what is each can be explained as follows: (a) Intimacy counted 12 times or 14,64% (b) Enthusiasm and of nafsusebanyak 8 times or 9,76% So that from in its entirety there are 62 times apparition about category message of love which emerge in film of I Love You Om.
