Higgs Hadroproduction at Large Feynman x

We propose a novel mechanism for the production of the Higgs boson in inclusive hadronic collisions, which utilizes the presence of heavy quarks in the proton wave function. In these inclusive reactions the Higgs boson acquires the momenta of both the heavy quark and antiquark and thus carries 80% or more of the projectile's momentum. We predict that the cross section dσ/dxF(ppˉHX){d \sigma/d x_F}(p \bar p \to H X) for the inclusive production of the Standard Model Higgs coming from intrinsic bottom Fock states is of order 150 fb at LHC energies, peaking in the region of xF0.9x_F \sim 0.9. Our estimates indicate that the corresponding cross section coming from gluon-gluon fusion at xF=0.9x_F = 0.9 is relatively negligible and therefore the peak from intrinsic bottom should be clearly visible for experiments with forward detection capabilities. The predicted cross section for the production of the Standard Model Higgs coming from intrinsic heavy quark Fock states in the proton is sufficiently large that detection at the Tevatron and the LHC may be possible.Comment: 23 pages, 5 figure

Advanced Project of the Tapin District Secretariat Office Building located on Jalan Datu Suban, North Tapin, South Kalimantan is a reinforced concrete building project that only applies manual scheduling which is present in the form of S Curve. PUPR Ministerial Regulation Number 9 of 2021 states that every project should be based on Building Information Modeling (BIM). Therefore, this research discusses about the implementation of 4D BIM (scheduling) using Tekla on the advanced Project of the Tapin District Secretariat Office Building using Tekla to determine the use of BIM on scheduling obtained from contractors. This research method started from studying the software and the object to be modeled, collecting the data such as as-build, S Curve, budget plan. Data processing started from 3D modeling using Tekla Structures 2020, scheduling with Tekla Task Manager, and then 4D modeling with object representation. Scheduling made from the Budget Plan, S Curve, and interviews of related parties were input into the Tekla Task Manager with dependencies which were applied into the bar chart. The 4D model is created using the visual logic with the integration of the 3D model created by scheduling, the development planning stages can be displayed according to the reviewed date. It was concluded that Tekla Structures can be applied in scheduling the advanced project for the construction of the Tapin District Secretariat Office Building. AANHALING: Floter, W. 1978. Nuwe statistiese oorsig van velsiektes in die Wes-Kaap. South African Medical Journal, 11 February: 214-216.The original publication is available at http://www.samj.org.zaStatistics concerning dermatological disease in outpatients seen at the dermatology clinic at Tygerberg Hospital during 1975 are presented. The greatest number of patients suffered from bacterial, mycotic or parasitic infection. Acne also features high on the list. Except for the photodermatoses and acne, the difference in racial incidence of certain skin conditions, as published by Marshall and Heyl in 1963, is confirmed. More women than men were seen. This might be explained by the fact that, owing to working obligations, men often find it more difficult to attend outpatient clinics during the day. The greatest number of patients seen ranged in age from 20 to 60 years.Publishers' versio
