Being a successful elderly is the purpose of the development stage of late elderly. The aim of study was to determine the meaning of success reflected by the elderly couple. This study used a phenomenology approach through data collection methods were interview and observation. The results showed that the meaning of success was when they have the benefit of the previous enterprises and it shared with children and grandchildren. On the other hand, success also means the happiness of the family when the family is harmonious. As a couple, they capable in maintain mutually support each other and solving problem together. The factors have affecting in elderly success namely physical healthy, activities, psychological factors, social factors, and religiosity.Â

Pengaruh Pengungkapan Pos Instagram Berbayar terhadap Sikap pada Merek yang Dimoderasi Krediblitas Influencer

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh disclosure language terhadap sikap merek melalui pengaruh moderasi kredibilitas influencer. Disclosure language yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berupa keterangan “kemitraan berbayar dengan” pada pos Instagram milik influencer yang memiliki hubungan komersial dengan merek. Untuk menjawab hal tersebut, dilaksanakan studi eksperimental dengan dua variasi kelompok variabel independen (dengan dan tanpa disclosure language) yang melibatkan masing-masing 35 partisipan. Metode pemilihan partisipan menggunakan purposive sampling. Kemudian, data dianalisis melalui uji t-test independent dan regresi moderasi subgroup. Hasil penelitian menunjukan tidak adanya pengaruh parsial disclosure language terhadap sikap merek dan kredibilitas influencer. Serta tidak terdapat pengaruh moderasi kredibilitas influencer pada pos Instagram berbayar dengan disclosure language terhadap sikap merek. Namun, ditemukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif antara kredibilitas influencer terhadap sikap merek

ANALISIS PROSES KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN (Studi Kasus Pada UMKM BATIK SEMARANG 16)

Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh program pelatihan terhadap berbagi pengetahuan, untuk mengetahui pengaruh program pelatihan terhadap penciptaan pengetahuan, untuk mengetahui pengaruh program pelatihan terhadap kinerja karyawan, untuk mengetahui pengaruh berbagi pengetahuan terhadap kinerja karyawan, untuk mengetahui pengaruh penciptaan pengetahuan terhadap kinerja karyawan. populasi yang digunakan adalah karyawan Umkm Batik Semarang Jumlah Sampel 96 Responden dengan menggunakan Sampel Jenuh atau Sensus. Alat Analisisnya adalah Path Analysis, sebelumnya dilakukan uji validitas dan reliabilitas serta uji asumsi klasik. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan penelitian eksplanatori yang menjelaskan pengaruh hubungan variabel independen Program Pelatihan, Berbagi pengetahuan, penciptaan pengetahuan dan variabel dependen kinerja karyawan. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dan analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian sebagian mengungkapkan bahwa Program Pelatihan Positif tidak Berpengaruh secara signifikan berbagi pengetahuan, Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa program pelatihan, secara signifikan mempengaruhi penciptaan pengetahuan. Hasil penelitian sebagian mengungkapkan bahwa program pelatihan memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, Hasil penelitian secara parsial menemukan bahwa berbagi pengetahuan berpengaruh positif signifkan terhadap kinerja karyawan, Penciptaan Pengetahuan mampu menjadi variabel intervening antara program pelatihan terhadap kinerja karyawan. PENGARUH BUDAYA ORGANISASI TERHADAP EFEKTIVITAS PENERAPAN AKUNTANSI SEKTOR PUBLIK SERTA DAMPAKNYA TERHADAP GOOD GOVERNANCE

This research was conducted by researchers with the aim and purpose of being able to determine the direct or indirect influence between the influence of organizational culture on the effectiveness of the implementation of public sector accounting and its impact on good governance in the Environmental Service of Malang City.  Data analysis and hypothesis testing were carried out using Path Analysis.  The population obtained in the study was 50 respondents with a sample of 30 respondents. In this study, data collection was carried out using questionnaires or questionnaire instruments. The results of the study indicate that: (1) Organizational Culture has a significant effect on the Effectiveness of Public Sector Accounting Implementation and the amount of influence is in the medium category.  This shows that organizational culture has contributed significantly in increasing the effectiveness of the implementation of public sector accounting but has not yet reached the expected maximum level.  (2) Effectiveness of Public Sector Accounting Implementation has a significant effect on Good GovernanceKeywords: Organizational Culture, Effectiveness of Public Sector Accounting Implementation, Good Governance
