ANALISIS MAKNA IMPLIKATUR IKLAN LAYANAN MASYARAKAT DI KOTA MAKASSAR

Penelitian tentang makna implikatur iklan layanan masyarakat di Kota Makassar akan memberikan edukasi kepada masyarakat mengenai pemaknaan iklan secara implisit sehingga masyarakat dapat memahami makna iklan secara utuh. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan makna konseptual dan makna kontekstual iklan layanan masyarakat di kota Makassar. Analisis makna konseptual dan makna kontekstual dilakukan untuk menemukan makna implikatur yang terdapat dalam iklan layanan masyarakat di kota Makassar. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Data dalam penelitian ini adalah kalimat yang mengandung makna konseptual, makna kontekstual, dan makna implikatur yang terdapat dalam iklan layanan masyarakat di Kota Makassar. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah iklan layanan masyarakat yang terpajang pada jalan-jalan protokol dan area publik di kota Makassar. Penelitian ini menggunakan tiga tahap analisis data, yakni tahap reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa makna konseptual dalam iklan layanan masyarakat di kota Makassar ada lima macam, yakni makna larangan, imbauan, sindiran, ajakan, dan peringatan, sedangkan makna kontekstual iklan layanan masyarakat di kota Makassar memiliki enam macam makna, yakni makna menginformasikan, mengimbau, menyindir, mengingatkan, melarang, dan mengajak. Makna implikatur yang terdapat dalam iklan layanan masyarakat di kota Makassar sebanyak tiga makna, yakni ajakan, imbauan, dan peringatan. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa di balik sebuah pernyataan dengan makna tersurat, terdapat maksud yang ingin disampaikan secara tersirat dan membutuh analisis secara implisit. Peran Putusan Mahkamah Konstitusi Dalam Perlindungan Hak Asasi Manusia Terkait Penyelenggaraan Pemilu

Constitution, as the supreme law, is created to protect human rights. Constitution contains basic principles of state administration and citizens rights that have to be protected. In relation to the citizens political rights, election is related to Human Rigts matters. Election administration constitutes manifest acknowledgement of human rights in the life of the nation. Democratic election can be carrried out if there protection of human rights is guaranteed. One of the holders of judicial power that plays roles in providing human rigths protection through its decision is Constitutional Court (CC). The Court carries out the function as the guardian of the constitution, the final interpreter of the constitution. Besides, the Court also functions as the guardian of democracy, the protector of citizens\u27 constitutional rights and the protector of human rights. The function of the Court as the protector of human rights constitute consequence of the incorporation of Human Rights as the substance of the constitution. The endeavour of the Court to protect human rights can be perceived from some of its decisions either in the case of judicila review of laws or settlement of local election disputes which are, inter alia, restoration of the right to vote for the former members of Indonesian Communist Party, the right to vote for certain ex-prisoners, the granting of rights to be candidate for parties that do not have seat in the parliament, the right to be candidate for individual independent citizen in local election, protection of rights for incumbents, the right to vote that is free from threat and terror, protection of the right to be candidate thta is free from the act of impediment and recognition of mechanisms that are recognized in customary law

Penerapan Model Jigsaw untuk Meningkatkan Keterampilan Berkomunikasi Siswa pada Materi Sistem Peredaran Darah pada Manusia

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dampak penerapan pembelajaran kooperatif model jigsaw terhadap keterampilan berkomunikasi siswa. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Quasy Experimental dengan desain penelitian Pre test post test control group design. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi pelaksanaan pembelajaran tesketerampilan berkomunikasi, danangket untuk mengetahui respon siswa terhadap pembelajaran. Dalam penelitian ini yang menjadi subyek penelitian adalah siswa SMP kelas VIII sebanyak 2 kelas dengan jumlah siswa 60 orang. Data hasil penelitian menunjukkan hasil keterampilan berkomunikasi siswa berdasarkan uji hipotesis dengan uji t diperoleh 0,00. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa pembelajaran model jigsaw dapat mempengaruhi ketampilan berkomunikasi siswa. Hasil respon siswa terhadap pembelajaran jigsaw diperoleh 75.67%. hal ini menunjukan siswa memberikan respon positif terhadap pembelajaran model jigsaw

Access and Usage of E-Journals by Research Scholars in National Institute of Technology (NIT) Rourkela, Odisha: A Case Study

The purpose of this study is to investigate different aspects such as awareness, access and usage of e-journals among the research scholars at Biju Patnaik Central Library (BPCL) of National Institute of Technology (NIT) Rourkela, Odisha. The scope of this paper limits to: (i) E-Resources: Only e-Journal is considered among the various types of e-resources subscribed by library; (ii) Respondents: Only Research scholars are taken into consideration; and (iii) Questionnaires: 150 questionnaires collected from 700 research scholars. This paper also reveals the problems and suggests some solutions. The study shows that User Education Programmes (UEP), stable high-speed internet supply and an adequate number of computers should be provided to ensure constant access that can effectively enhance the usage of e-journals
