Existence Criterion of Solutions to the Inverse Problem of Photocount Statistics Obtained by the Inverse Bernoulli Transform
It is shown that the applicability conditions for the inverse Bernoulli
transform method for solving the inverse problem of photocount statistics are
determined by the fulfillment of the associativity condition for multiplying
the matrices included in this transformation. A general criterion for
evaluating the photocount distributions in the case of few-photon
light, which makes it possible to establish whether the solution to the inverse
problem of photocount statistics by inverse Bernoulli transform method is
applicable for , is found. As an example of application of the
obtained criterion, the critical quantum efficiency is found for
compound Poisson distribution, below which the solution of the inverse problem
of photocount statistics becomes incorrect. Additionally it is shown that the
normalization of is not sufficient to obtain a correct solution using
the inverse Bernoulli transform.Comment: 12 pages, 2 figure
Research of a modern communicative discourse of users of the Internet network within the reflexive activity and structural theory of communicative action of Jurgen Habermas
A digital era with inevitability raises for us a question of need of definition of determination of the changes, resulting from informatization: processes of transformation of contents, organizational and technological bases and also valuable sense of social communications in virtual space within concepts of “open society”, “network society”, “digital society”. In article views of the reflexive activity and structural theory of communicative action of Jurgen Habermas have been revealed: “the vital world” to which “the system world” resists has been considered. An approach to knowledge of process of evolution through attraction of the typology of communicative actions, developed by Jurgen Habermas, according to which the first type of actions focused on success, and the second type – on understanding, has been described. A modern communicative discourse of users of Internet network has been analyzed, in particular, fragmentation of ordinary consciousness and colonization has been noted by its systems, which is connected with disintegration of a common understanding of the vital worlds. On the basis of the analysis of results of a research of interaction of subjects of the digital communications, carried out by the State university of management, possibilities of interpretation of primary data on the basis of scientific approach of Jurgen Habermas have been introduced. So, for example, it has been shown, that young people actively make habitable “the system world” of virtual space, replacing with it real communications and transforming real forms of behavior of “the vital world”, a certain rationality of young people at assessment of objectivity of information Internet resources is noted, their ability to define “a discourse, that is the argument” in favor of these or those forms of use of opportunities of Internet network. Ways of fuller inclusion in the modern scientific device of digital sociology of approaches of Jurgen Habermas have been offered

Genome, transcriptome and proteome: the rise of omics data and their integration in biomedical sciences
Advances in the technologies and informatics used to generate and process large biological data sets (omics data) are promoting a critical shift in the study of biomedical sciences. While genomics, transcriptomics and proteinomics, coupled with bioinformatics and biostatistics, are gaining momentum, they are still, for the most part, assessed individually with distinct approaches generating monothematic rather than integrated knowledge. As other areas of biomedical sciences, including metabolomics, epigenomics and pharmacogenomics, are moving towards the omics scale, we are witnessing the rise of inter-disciplinary data integration strategies to support a better understanding of biological systems and eventually the development of successful precision medicine. This review cuts across the boundaries between genomics, transcriptomics and proteomics, summarizing how omics data are generated, analysed and shared, and provides an overview of the current strengths and weaknesses of this global approach. This work intends to target students and researchers seeking knowledge outside of their field of expertise and fosters a leap from the reductionist to the global-integrative analytical approach in research
Economic and ecological efficiency of adaptive system for fertilising spring barley
Aim. To determine the economic and environmental efficiency of a spring barley fertilizer system by adaptively eliminating nutritional deficiencies according to the functional diagnostics of plant leaves.Materials and Methods. Three‐year tests were conducted in a field experiment on spring barley. An adaptive innovative version of the experiment was oriented toward eliminating the deficit in plant nutrition by foliar fertilizing with complex fertilizers according to leaf functional diagnostics, which took into account the synergy of interaction between the applied elements. It was compared in terms of economic and environmental indicators with the option where top dressing on the leaves was carried out without taking into account the interaction between nutrients (additional control), as well as with the option without fertilizers (absolute control). The fertilizer requirement of the crop was determined using an Aquadonis portable laboratory. The synergy of interaction between the nutrients was assessed by diagnosing the need for each of them using a specially selected nutrient mixture, which allows us to formalise a model of interconnected factor space.Results. The high efficiency of using complex fertilizers in the cultivation of spring barley has been established. It is shown that the economical use of fertilizers is achieved by the adaptive elimination of their deficit according to foliar functional diagnostics, taking into account the synergy of interaction between the applied elements.Conclusion. The application of innovation with the equal quality of barley grain increased the annual saving of total costs from 1830 to 2571 roubles/ha, mainly due to the reduction of fertilizer costs. The innovation allowed a significant reduction in the amount of fertilizers used, which, together with the economic effect, also led to an environmental effect, i.e. environmental pollution by mineral fertilizers was decreased

The mass of the black hole in the X-ray binary LMC X-1

The mass of the black hole derived from the radial-velocity curve for the He II 4200 Å line is mx = 10.55 M⊙, close to the value found earlier based on a model with two point bodies [1]

Эпидемиологические и вирусологические аспекты гриппа, острых респираторных вирусных инфекций и тяжелых острых респираторных инфекций в Республике Молдова, сезон 2018/2019

comparație cu sezoanele precedente. Perioada epidemică a debutat
în săptămâna 03/2019, atingând apogeul în săptămâna
06/2019 și s-a terminat în săptămâna 11/2019. Virusul gripal
A(H1)pdm09 a fost predominant, fi ind detectat în 79,8%
din cazurile de gripă confi rmate de laborator. Virusul gripal
A(H3) a fost detectat în 20,2% cazuri. Virusurile gripale de
tip B nu au fost detectate în acest sezon. Toate (4) virusurile
gripale A(H1)pdm09 caracterizate genetic aparțin subgrupei
6B.1 (reprezentată prin A/Michigan/45/2015). Principalele
caracteristici ale virusurilor din grupa 6B.1 sunt prezența
substituțiilor aminoacizilor S84N, S162N (cu apariția unui
nou loc potențial de glicozilare) și I216T în HA1. Virusurile
gripale A/H3 detectate aparțin subclaselor 3C.2a1b și 3C.2a2.
În ceea ce privește virusurile H3N2 circulante în prezent,
caracterizarea lor antigenică prin reacția de hemaglutinoinhibare
rămâne dificilă din cauza aglutinării instabile a
globulelor roșii de cobai, curcan și umane. Nivelul morbidității
prin gripă a sporit de 2,2 ori față de sezonul 2017/2018.
Nivelul morbidității prin IACRS în sezonul 2018/2019 s-a
majorat de 1,07 ori, iar prin SARI – de 1,17 ori față de sezonul
precedent. Începând cu săptămâna 40/2018, virusurile
respiratorii negripale au fost detectate în 37,7% (130/345)
din probe colectate în timpul monitoringului în sistemul de
tip santinelă. Au predominat rinovirusurile, adenovirusurile
și virusul respirator sincițial.The influenza season started earlier that previous seasons.
The epidemic period started at week 03/2019, peaked in week
06/2019 and ended in week 11/2019. Influenza A(H1)pdm09
was the predominant virus detected in 79,8% of ILI cases. Influenza A(H3) was detected in 20,2%. Influenza B viruses were
not detected this season. All (4) of the A(H1)pdm09 viruses
genetically characterized, belonged to the subgroup 6B.1 (represented by A/Michigan/45/2015). The main characteristics of
viruses in the 6B.1 group are that the viruses carry the amino
acid substitutions S84N, S162N (introducing a new potential
glycosylation site) and I216T in HA1. Detected influenza A/
H3 viruses belonged to subclades 3C.2a1b and 3C.2a2. In the
case of currently circulating H3N2 virus’s antigenic characterization
continues to be difficult by HI assay due to variable
agglutination of red blood cells from guinea pig, turkey and
humans. The level of influenza morbidity increased 2,2 times
compared to 2017/2018 season. The level of ARI morbidity
in this season increased 1,07 times and the SARI recorded
increased 1,17 times compared to the previous season. Since
week 40/2018 other respiratory viruses were detected in 37,7%
(130/345) of samples in sentinel surveillance. Rhinovirus,
adenovirus and respiratory syncytial virus was detected in
higher level during this season.Сезон гриппа 2018/2019 начался раньше, чем в предыдущие сезоны. Эпидемический период начался на неделе
03/2019, достигнув максимума на неделе 06/2019, и завершился на неделе 11/2019. Вирус гриппа A(H1)pdm09 был
доминирующим и выявлен в 79,8% случаев гриппа. Вирус
гриппа A(H3) был обнаружен в 20,2% случаев. Вирусы
гриппа B не были выявлены в этом сезоне. Все (4) вирусы
гриппа A(H1)pdm09б охарактеризованные генетически,
относятся к подгруппе 6B.1 (представленную вирусом
A/Michigan/45/2015). Основные характеристики вирусов
из подгруппы 6B.1 – это наличие аминокислотных замен
S84N, S162N (с появлением нового потенциального места
гликозилирования) и I216T в HA1. Выявленные вирусы
гриппа A/H3 относятся к подклассам 3C.2a1b и 3C.2a2.
В случае циркулирующих в настоящее время H3N2, их
антигенная характеристика с помощью реакции торможения гемаглютинации по-прежнему затруднена из за нестабильной агглютинации эритроцитов морской
свинки, индейки и человека. Уровень заболеваемости
гриппом повысился в 2,2 раза по сравнению с сезоном
2017/2018. Заболеваемость ОРВИ в сезоне 2018/2019
увеличилась в 1,07 раз по сравнению с предыдущим сезоном, а количество случаев ТОРИ увеличилось в 1,17 раз.
Начиная с недели 40/2018 другие респираторные вирусы
были выявлены в 37,7% (130/345) образцов, собранных
во время дозорного надзора. Риновирусы, аденовирусы
и респираторно-синцитиальные вирусы выявлялись в
большом количестве в течении этого сезона
Blogging the Virtual: New Geographies of Domination and Resistance In and Beyond Russia
Russia’s accelerating authoritarian turn has not ignored the internet, and in recent years, the Russian state has clamped down on internet activities that diverge from the statist line, employing a variety of strategies to dominate online spaces. Nevertheless, oppositional voices flourish on the Russian internet, taking shape in independent blogs and videos. This paper explores three political bloggers through surveillant and resistance assemblages, making sense of this contestation through an interpretation of the Deleuzian virtual that underscores the emancipatory potential of online activities for producing more egalitarian configurations, but also taking stock of the ways that these technologies have increased domination. Encompassing the blurriness between digital and corporeal spaces, the paper contributes by revealing new geographies of contestation against state strategies to dominate the Russian internet. Overlapping with but not corresponding to Russian territorial boundaries, these dynamics highlight shifting spaces of power and resistance in the increasingly illiberal world
Этиологическая характеристика внебольничной пневмонии у детей в зависимости от возраста
Aim. The study was aimed at investigation of etiology of communityacquired pneumonia (CAP) in children in relation to age.Methods.Chlamydophila pneumoniae, Mycoplasma pneumoniaе, respiratory viruses, Epstein–Barr virus, cytomegalovirus and human herpes virus type 6 were searched using bacteriological, serological and molecular methods.Results. We examined 145 hospitalized children aged 1 month to 17 years withrespiratory infection complicated by moderate CAP. Viruses were detected in 62 % of children under 4 years old, in 43 % of children of 4 to 7 years old and in 17 % of schoolage children. A rate of mixed viralbacterial CAP decreased with aging and was found in 30 % of children under 4 years old and in 4 % of schoolage children.Conclusion. Viral infection, mainly respiratory syncytial virus and cytomegalovirus, prevailed in the etiology of CAP in children under 4 years; C. pneumoniae and M. pneumoniae prevailed in schoolage children.Представлены результаты этиологической диагностики у детей (n = 145) в возрасте от 1 мес. до 17 лет, получавших лечение в клинике ФГБУ "Научноисследовательский институт детских инфекций" ФМБА России по поводу респираторной инфекции, осложненной развитием внебольничной пневмонии (ВП) средней степени тяжести. Для определения бактериальных агентов, возбудителей респираторного хламидиоза и микоплазмоза, острых респираторных вирусных инфекций, вируса Эпштейна–Барр, цитомегаловируса (ЦМВ) и вируса герпеса человека 6го типа использовались бактериологические, серологические и молекулярнобиологический методы. Показана доминирующая роль вирусных возбудителей в формировании ВП у детей до 4 лет, главным образом респираторносинцитиального вируса и ЦМВ, а также возбудителей респираторного микоплазмоза и хламидиоза – у детей школьного возраста
