Inmediatez, hipermediación, remediación
The authors review some concepts of media analysis such as hypermediacy, inmediacy, adding the original concept of re-mediation to define the form-retrieving processes of representation in new media that appear when a new technology of communication is born. The three processes: immediacy, hypermediacy and re-mediation, constitute formal evolutions with dynamics of a defined nature in each case, that could help us to understand the technological processes and their cultural action.

Motor neuropathy appearing during the course of treated tuberculous meningitis
Isonicotinic acid hydrazide has now been in use for over 5 years in the treatment of tuberculosis in its various forms. Many toxic effects of the drug have been reported, including a number of cases of peripheral neuritis. This paper deals with a patient suffering from tuberculous meningitis who developed a lowermotor- neurone lesion during the course of treatment. The problems to decide were, firstly, whether the neuropathy was part of the disease or was due to one of the antituberculous drugs; secondly, whether or not to continue with the antituberculous therapy
Access to Court Cases from the Supreme Court’s 2020–2021 Term: The New Majority’s Debut
Throughout the Supreme Court’s first term without Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg, the Court issued only a few major opinions with respect to access to the Court for civil litigants, and it issued none that discarded major precedents. Yet, in several areas, the Court demonstrated an increasingly conservative bent and began to lay the groundwork for major changes. In this Article, we discuss selected opinions from the Court’s 2020–2021 term that may have an impact on access to the courts for individuals seeking to vindicate civil and constitutional rights. In particular, it focuses on cases that may affect access for low-income and marginalized people. These opinions show the work of a Court in transition and foretell major changes to come

The Supreme Court’s 2022–23 Term yielded significant decisions bringing about goals long-sought by conservatives. This debut Term for the first Black woman Justice also included some results welcomed by progressives, including decisions on voting rights, Native American sovereignty, and individual enforcement of Spending Clause enactments. In this Article, we discuss significant decisions that have implications for access to court for civil litigants, focusing on those affecting access for low-income and marginalized litigants. We also look ahead to what the 2023–24 Term may bring for those seeking access to the courts
