Evaluasi Program Pembelajaran Tematik Integratif
The aim of this research is to evaluate the integrative thematic learning : 1). The context component is the environment conditions that support learning, 2). The input component is the school facilities and human resources, 3). The process component is the process of planning and implementing of integrative thematic learning, and 4). The product component is the learning result of the students. The sources of this research are the primary one students of Pelita Bangsa School Bandar Lampung. The conclusions of this research are : (1) The component of context is good in sub component of the condition school environment and the sub component of the psichologic condition school member, 2). The component of input is good in the sub component of school fasilities and human resources, 3) The component of process is good in sub component of planning and implementing integrative thematic learning, and 4). The component of product is good in the learning results of students.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi pembelajaran tematik integratif pada :1). komponen context yaitu kondisi lingkungan yang mendukung pembelajaran,2). komponen input yaitu sarana prasarana sekolah dan sumber daya manusianya,3). komponen process yaitu proses perencanaan dan proses pelaksanaan pembelajaran tematik integratif, dan 4). komponen product yaitu hasil belajar siswa. Sumber penelitian adalah siswa kelas 1 SD Pelita Bangsa Bandar Lampung. Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini adalah : (1) komponen context dengan penilaian cukup pada sub komponen kondisi lingkungan sekolah dan sub komponen kondisi psikologi warga sekolah , (2) komponen input dengan penilaian cukup pada sub komponen sarana dan prasarana dan sumber daya manusia , (3) komponen process dengan penilaian cukup pada sub komponen perencanaan pembelajaran tematik integratif dan pelaksanaan pembelajaran tematik integratif , dan (4) komponen product dengan penilaian cukup pada hasil belajar sisw
PENGARUH JOB EMBEDDEDNESS DAN WORK ENGAGEMENT TERHADAP TURNOVER INTENTION KARYAWAN PT SURYA DONASIN (CABANG SUBANG)
ABSTRAK
Sumber daya manusia merupakan aset utama yang dapat mendukung tercapainya tujuan perusahaan. Oleh sebab itu, perusahaan perlu terus berupaya untuk mengembangkan dan mempertahankan karyawannya agar tidak berdampak pada perpindahan karyawan (turnover). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh job embeddedness dan work engagement terhadap turnover intention karyawan di PT Surya Donasin Cabang Subang baik secara simultan maupun parsial. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian deskriptif dan verifikatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara dan penyebaran kuisioner. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 80 orang karyawan. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda, korelasi berganda, dan analisis koefisien determinasi.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa job embeddedness, work engagement dan turnover intention karyawan di PT Surya Donasin Cabang Subang termasuk pada kategori yang kurang baik. Besarnya pengaruh job embeddedness dan work engagement terhadap turnover intention karyawan adalah sebesar 61,3%. Besarnya pengaruh job embeddedness terhadap turnover intention karyawan adalah sebesar 32,33%, dan besarnya pengaruh work engagement terhadap turnover intention karyawan adalah sebesar 28,97%.

Optimasi Operasi Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Air (PLTA) Menggunakan Linear Programming Dengan Batasan Ketersediaan Air
One of hydro power plant operational problem is how to maximize available water resouces to gather optimal electric power generation. Water availability which is limited and can be stored in a reservoir will influence electrical energy generated by the plant. This paper present a new approach of short term optimization of hydro power plant operation. The objective function is to maximize energy which is produced by power plant on scheduling operation period, with consider water resource availability in reservoir as operational constraint. The optimization problem is formulated in Linear Programming Method, in which this method is a commonly used to solve optimization problem in hydro power plant. Based on simulation results on Ketenger Hydro Power Plant using water flow data on June 1st 2013 shows that this method can be used to solve hydro power plant operation optimization problem well. Electrical energy as main objective function is maximized and all prevailing constrain is satisfied. On this short term operation (24 hour) simulation, total energy can be produced is 96121,55 kWh, or 1427 kWh (1,51%) greater comparing with real generation condition with 96694 kWh
Analysis Of Gombang At Village Meskom Sub-district Of Bengkalis District Bengkalis Riau Province
The Research on the analysis of gombang was conducted in December until January 2015 in Village Meskom Sub-District of Bengkalis District Bengkalis Riau Province. The aims of this study were to great investmens, gross income, net income and feasibillity using gombang. The method used to this case survey, respondents were selected through stratified Random Sampling of gombang of 3,4 and 9 bags.The results of this study indicate that investmens gombang 3 bags Rp 9.755.000, 4 bags Rp 12.505.000 and 9 bags Rp 26.655.000. Gross income gombang 3 bags Rp 89.496.000, 4 bags Rp 132.660.000 and 9 bags Rp 236.808.000. Net Income gombang 3 bags Rp 63.695.000, 4 bags Rp 101.115.000 and 9 bags Rp 181.079.000. Feasibility of gombang for 3 bags RCR 3,46 and PPC 1,43. 4 bags RCR = 4,20 and PPC = 1,08, 9 bags RCR = 4,25 and PPC = 1.4. This shows that effort gombang gear profiable and feasibilty to proceed
Studi Komersialisasi Benih Padi Sawah Varietas Unggul
Rice is the most important food in Indonesia and the rice demand has gradually increased during some decades. There are several efforts to increase national rice production in order to minimize rice import, such as using seed of improved variety, fertilizer, protection from pest and diseases, improving water management and post harvest handling. Cultivation of improved variety is the most efficient way to increase rice production in Indonesia. There are several improving characteristics on new released variety such as : early mature, high productivity, resistant to pests and diseases, resistant to lodging, and high quality of rice. During 1960 - 2000, more than 90 improved varieties were released by Ministry of Agriculture, but only several varieties (about 10%) were accepted by the farmer and cultivated in a large-scale area during a long periode. IR 64 is the most popular variety in many provinces more than 12 years, so that the variety has the highest commercial level and efficency index among Cisadane, PB 42, PB 46 and the old improved variety
