The Role of the Educational Advisor in Solving School Problems from an Islamic Perspective دور المستشار التربوي في حل المشكلات المدرسية من المنظور الإسلامي

Abstract: This study aimed to identify the role of the educational advisor in solving school problems from an Islamic perspective. The descriptive survey methodolgy was used. The study sample consisted of (415) administrators, teachers and consultants, to achieve the study goals. The questionnaire was used, the study results showed that the educational advisor’s role in solving school problems from the Islamic perspective, was very high degree, and the results showed that there were no statistically significant differences for the level of responses of the sample subjects in the role of the school advisor from the Islamic perspective in solving educational problems due to the different variables: (gender, educational qualification, and experience). And the presence of statistically significant difference attributable to the effect of the job title variable in favor of a principal, advisor, and in light of the results of the study, the study recommended enhancing the role of the educational advisor in supporting the principal and teachers, by ensuring that instructions, brochures, and circulars related to the problems that students suffer from; reach to all teachers, also providing educational means and using them. ملخص: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تعرف دور المستشار التربوي في حل المشكلات المدرسية من المنظور الإسلامي، تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي المسحي، تكونت عينة الدراسة من(415) مديراً ومعلماً ومستشاراً، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم استخدام الاستبانة، وقد أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن دور المستشار التربوي في حل المشكلات المدرسية من المنظور الإسلامي، جاء بدرجة كبيرة جداً ، وبينت النتائج عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية لمستوى استجابات أفراد العينة في دور المستشار التربوي من المنظور الإسلامي في حل المشكلات المدرسية تعزى لاختلاف المتغيرات: (الجنس، والمؤهل العلمي، والخبرة). ووجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تعزى لأثر متغير المسمى الوظيفي لصالح فئة مدير، مستشار، وفي ضوء النتائج التي توصلت إليها الدراسة، أوصت الدراسة بتعزيز دور المستشار التربوي في مساندةُ المدير والمعلمين والمعلمات ومؤازرتهم من خلال ضمانِ وصول النشرات والمطويات والتعاميم المتعلقة بالمشكلات التي يعاني منها الطلبة إلى كلّ المعلمين، وتوفيرِ الوسائل التعليميّة واستخدامها

Abstract: The study aimed to identify the availability degree of the requirements of administrative creativity in the school of the future within the Green Line in light of global experiences from the point of view of school principals and teachers, and to identify the impact of gender, scientific qualification, and job title. The descriptive survey methodology was used. The tool was a questionnaire, distributed to the sample of the study. All school principals and teachers north of the Green Line were selected, so that the total sample (419) principals and teachers, and the results showed that the requirements of the school in the future were met in the future, and that the results showed that the requirements of the school were available in the future. Schools within the Green Line in light of the global experiences of administrative creativity from their point of view on the tool as a whole were high, and the results showed the absence of statistically significant differences due to variables (gender, scientific qualification, job title and all fields. ملخص: هدفت الدراسة إلى تعرُف درجة توافر متطلبات الإبداع الإداري في مدرسة المستقبل داخل الخط الأخضر في ضوء التجارب العالمية من وجهة نظر مديري المدارس والمعلمين، والتعرف إلى أثر كل من الجنس، واالمؤهل العلمي، والمسمى الوظيفي في ذلك، واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي المسحي، وتمثلت الأداة في استبانة، تم توزيعها على عينة الدراسة والتي تم اختيارها بالطريقة العشوائية، وذلك باختيار جميع مديري المدارس والمعلمين شمال الخط الاخضر، بحيث كان مجموع العينة (419) مديراً ومعلماً، وأظهرت النتائج أن درجة توافر متطلبات مدرسة المستقبل في المدارس داخل الخط الاخضر في ضوء التجارب العالمية للابداع الاداري من وجهة نظرهم على الأداة ككل كانت عالية، وأظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تـعزى لمتغيرات (الجنـس واالمؤهل العلمي، والمسمى الوظيفي وعلى المجالات كافة

Study of e+e−→ppˉe^+e^- \rightarrow p\bar{p} in the vicinity of ψ(3770)\psi(3770)

Using 2917 $\rm{pb}^{-1}$ of data accumulated at 3.773~$\rm{GeV}$, 44.5~$\rm{pb}^{-1}$ of data accumulated at 3.65~$\rm{GeV}$ and data accumulated during a $\psi(3770)$ line-shape scan with the BESIII detector, the reaction $e^+e^-\rightarrow p\bar{p}$ is studied considering a possible interference between resonant and continuum amplitudes. The cross section of $e^+e^-\rightarrow\psi(3770)\rightarrow p\bar{p}$, $\sigma(e^+e^-\rightarrow\psi(3770)\rightarrow p\bar{p})$, is found to have two solutions, determined to be ($0.059\pm0.032\pm0.012$) pb with the phase angle $\phi = (255.8\pm37.9\pm4.8)^\circ$ ($<$0.11 pb at the 90% confidence level), or $\sigma(e^+e^-\rightarrow\psi(3770)\rightarrow p\bar{p}) = (2.57\pm0.12\pm0.12$) pb with $\phi = (266.9\pm6.1\pm0.9)^\circ$ both of which agree with a destructive interference. Using the obtained cross section of $\psi(3770)\rightarrow p\bar{p}$, the cross section of $p\bar{p}\rightarrow \psi(3770)$, which is useful information for the future PANDA experiment, is estimated to be either ($9.8\pm5.7$) nb ($<17.2$ nb at 90% C.L.) or $(425.6\pm42.9)$ nb
