The module for control and data acquisition of Pyranometers

Tato práce pojednává o měření intenzity slunečního záření pomocí pyranometru. Teoreticky rozebírá princip vzniku slunečního záření a jeho vliv na fotovoltaické články. Dále popisuje způsoby pro měření různých složek slunečního záření. Úkolem práce je realizovat stanoviště pro dlouhodobé monitorování globální a difůzní složky slunečního záření pomocí pyranometru a naměřené hodnoty vyhodnotit. Vytvořený program, který ukládá dlouhodobě monitorovaná data sluneční energie je součástí měřícího stanoviště.This work deals with measuring of intensity solar radiation by pyranometer. In theory discusses the principle of solar radiation and its effects on photovoltaic cells. Also describes methods to measure different components of solar radiation. Die neue Ordnung am europäischen Himmel: Eine Analyse des Markteintritts der Low-Cost-Carrier in den europäischen Luftverkehrsmarkt

Untersucht wird die Entstehung und anschließende Entwicklung der Low-Cost Carrier (LCC) auf der Ebene einer explorativen Analyse im europäischen Luftverkehrsmarkt. Folgende Aspekte stehen hierbei im Mittelpunkt der Betrachtung: (1) Marktstruktur und Marktentwicklung (2) existierende Markteintrittsbarrieren und (3) Geschäftsmodelle der Billigflieger sowie der traditionellen Fluglinien. Anhand der betrachteten Barrieren wird die Hypothese aufgestellt, dass die Entstehung der LCC vorrangig durch den Mangel an frei verfügbaren Start- und Landerechten (Slots) zu begründen ist und weniger als eine Folge des Liberalisierungsprozesses angesehen werden kann. Der Boom der Billigflieger Ende der 90er Jahre wird mit Hilfe von Michael E. Porters Konzept der strategischen Gruppen analysiert. Es wird die Hypothese formuliert, dass dem Niedrigpreissegment die besten Markteintrittsbedingungen zugrunde liegen und demzufolge die häufigsten Marktzutritte in diesem Sektor zu verzeichnen sind

Vertical cavity surface emitting laser action of an all monolithic ZnO-based microcavity

We report on room temperature laser action of an all monolithic ZnO-based vertical cavity surface emitting laser (VCSEL) under optical pumping. The VCSEL structure consists of a 2{\lambda} microcavity containing 8 ZnO/Zn(0.92)Mg(0.08)O quantum wells embedded in epitaxially grown Zn(0.92)Mg(0.08)O/Zn(0.65)Mg(0.35)O distributed Bragg reflectors (DBRs). As a prerequisite, design and growth of high reflectivity DBRs based on ZnO and (Zn,Mg)O for optical devices operating in the ultraviolet and blue-green spectral range are discussed.Comment: Copyright (2011) American Institute of Physics.
