الإسرائيليات في كتب التفسير: تاريخها ونماذجها

كان القرآن الكريم مليء بالأخبار الموضوعي مثل قصص الأنبياء والأمم بصورة مجملة ومقتصرة، عظة واعتبارة للأمة الإسلامية، ومن بينها قصص بني إسرائيل واليهود. وقصص الأنبياء والأمم التي تناولتها القرآن الكريم قد تناولتها أيضا التوراة. وبعد دخول كثير من الرهبان اليهودي إلى الإسلام، ميل نفوس بعض الصحابة تفاصيل القصة في القرآن وسألوهم ذلك. وكذلك التابعون من أصلهم رهبان اليهود والنصارى دخلوا إلى الإسلام وتحدثوا إلى الناس تفاصيل القصص في القرآن معتمدا ومستندا على التوراة والإنجيل حتى نقل أقوالهم وسجل في الكتب المتنوع وتدخلت في كتب التفسير. أسماء أصحاب الكهف، واسم كلبهم، واسم الملك الظالم في زمنهم، وطول نومهم من الأمثال الرواية التي تجد في التورة والإنجيل ولم يذكر في القرآن الكريم أو الحديث النبوي صلى الله عليه وسلم. وتقسيم روايات إسرائيليات باعتبار حكم إسلامي إلى ثلاثة أقسام، وهي ما وافق، وما خالف، وما سكت عنه الشرع. فعلى كل الباحث أن يحققها حتى لا تحتلط بالرواية الصحيحة التي كانت مصدرها القرآن الكريم والسنة رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم

Islamic Banking Existence and Domestic Credit: Study at Seven Countries

This paper empirically investigates the determinants of domestic credit across a wide range of 7 countries; these are United Kingdom, Malaysia, Egypt, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain and Indonesia. We use dynamic panel estimation to examine effects of exchange rate, inflation, lending interest rate, banking crisis and existence of wholesale Islamic banking on domestic credit. We obtain several notable empirical results. First, the lending interest rate, banking crisis negatively and insignificantly contribute to domestic credit. The existence of Islamic bank has positive and insignificant contribution to domestic credit, while exchange rate positively and significantly contributes to domestic credit. Inflation negatively and significantly contributes to domestic credit. Second, banking crisis and existence of wholesale Islamic banking show insignificant effect on domestic credit. Third, we find that today\u27s domestic credit is depended on domestic credit in the previous year.DOI: 10.15408/aiq9i2.490

Marine Fuel Management Berbasis Android

Aplikasi MFM secara umum adalah sebuah aplikasi perhitungan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui bahan bakar pada kapal tanker. Dalam hal ini aplikasi ini tidak hanya digunakan untuk menghitung bahan bakar pada kapal tanker tapi juga digunakan sebagai media ditujukkan untuk Perusahaan perkapalan. Perancangan dan pembangun perangkat lunak ini menggunakan sistem android dan metode waterfall . Aplikasi ini juga dibangun dengan menggunakan bahasa pemograman java dengan emulator eclipse juno. Hasil penelitian Perancangan dan Pembangun Perangkat Lunak ( Metode Waterfall) ini adalah alat media untuk menghitung pengguna volume bahan bakar yang setiap harinya terpakai pada kapal tanker dengan cara menjalankan smartphone Android dan untuk mengetahui jumlah tersisa volume bahan bakar pada kapal tanker tersebut

Efektifitas Strategi Indonesia dalam Menangani Illegal Fishing oleh Kapal Nelayan Asing di Kabupaten Kepulauan Anambas Provinsi Kepulauan Riau Tahun 2011-2014

This reseach is intended to review Indonesia strategyefeectivity in handlingillegal fishing that happen in Anambas Sea. Anambas is a regency which locate inSouth China Sea at the west side of Indonesia. The regency of Anambas Islands isa fish managing area (WPP 711) that has estimated fishing arround 1 millionton/year. Strategic position and Anambas potension in the other side has a riskwith illegal fishing activity. Indonesia has tried to handled illegal fishing at thislocation with patrol activity by government institution like TNI-AL, DKPAnambas, Satker PSDKP Anambas and built monitoring post also engagingsociety.Cluasewitz said a strategy as a form of engagements of war objective.Describing this phenomenon with using qualitative method with descriptiveanalysisresearch. Using 2 kind of data, primary and secodary data. Primary datais obstained from interview with witness, informant, and institution, andsecondary data isobstained from library research with document and media.Theory in this research is using strategy theory. Strategi is capability to use poweras instrument and threat. Cluaswitz said a strategy as a form of engagements ofwar objective. To understand effectifity of military strategy with using politicaleffectivity approach and also strategy effectivity. Relevant perspective in thisresearch is realist perspective with security and soivereignity theme. Pengaruh Pemberian Jenis Pakan Yang Berbeda Terhadap Mutu Gonad Calon Induk Ikan Ingir-ingir (Mystus Nigriceps)

The research was conducted from January to March 2016 at the Fish Hatchery and Breeding Laboratory, Faculty of Fisheries and Marine Science University of Riau Pekanbaru. The aim of this research was to evaluate suitable feed for the maturation of the gonad of bagrid catfish (Mystus nigriceps) reared with different feeding treatment (Commercial feed; cookle meat; soilworm(annelid) and chopped fresh fish. The research method used was Completely Randomized Design (CDR) with four treatments and three replications. The result showed that chopped fresh fish (Poecilia reticulata) and commercial dry food were the best food for maturating the fish gonad of bagrid catfish (Mystus nigriceps). Total fish reached matured stage IV was 16 fish (88,89%), gonad somatic index 9,06 %, relative fecundity 835 eggs/g fish, egg diameter 0,85 mm. The temperature range from 28 – 310C, pH 5 – 6, DO 5,7 – 6,8 ppm

Experimental implementation controlled SPWM inverter based harmony search algorithm

An optimum PI controller using harmony search optimization algorithm (HS) is utilized in this research for the single-phase bipolar SPWM inverter. The aim of this algorithm is to avoid the conventional trial and error procedure which is usually applied in finding the PI coefficients in order to obtain the desired performance. Then, the control algorithm of the inverter prototype is experimentally implemented using the eZdsp F28355 board along with the bipolar sinusoidal pulse width modulation (SPWM) to control the output voltage drop under different load conditions. The proposed overall inverter design and the control algorithm are modelled using MATLAB environment (Simulink/m-file Code). The mean absolute error (MAE) formula is used as an objective function with the HS algorithm in finding the adaptive values of  and  parameters to minimize the error of the inverter output voltage. Based on the output results, the proposed voltage controller using HS algorithm based PI (HS-PI) showed that the inverter output performance is improved in terms of voltage amplitude, robustness, and convergence rate speed as compared to PSO algorithm based PI (PSO-PI). This is to say that the proposed controller provides a good dynamic responses in both cases; transient and steady-state. Finally, the experimental setup result of the inverter controller is verified to validate the simulation results
