Leptin is a hormone that coordinates body weight control and is produced by adipocytes. In this study, Yüzüncü Yıl University research and application farm of leptin in the Nord and Tahirov grown on sheep breeds, and some vitamins and the correlation between them for the purpose of determining the levels of some biochemical parameters was made. In the study, 2 different healthy sheep breeds (Norduz, Tahirova) were used. A total of 26 sheep, 13 of each sheep breed, were included in the study. The levels of Leptin, Vitamins A, D and E, glucose, urea, total protein, FT3 and FT4 were examined in blood samples taken from animals. The leptin and FT4 levels were 15.92 ng/ml and 1.07 µg/dl, respectively, in the Tahirova sheep breed, while these values were 5.22 ng/ml and 0.91 µg/dl in the Norduz sheep, and the difference in value was found to be statistically significant (p<0.001). A negative correlation was found between alpha Decopherol and total protein and FT3 in Tahirova sheep, and a positive correlation was found between vitamin D3 and retinol. Decibels were found to be negative in Tahirova sheep. In the Norduz sheep, a negative correlation Dec detected between retinol, vitamin D3 and leptin, and a positive correlation Dec detected between FT4 and FT3. By looking at the results of this study, it shows that the detection of high serum leptin levels in the Tahirova breed, which is one of the thin-tailed sheep, theoretically does not depend on the tail fat ratio of leptin production. In order to explain the biochemical mechanisms of such phenomena in sheep with thin and fat tails, additional feeding-hormone studies are needed

The tourism sector plays a pivotal role in the economies of many nations, significantly bolstering national incomes by paving the way for new employment opportunities. A prime avenue for employment within the tourism sector is entrepreneurship, fundamentally viewed as a process of value creation. For budding tourism entrepreneurs, possessing a deep understanding of a region's tourism resources and activity hubs is paramount. Against this backdrop, this research seeks to juxtapose the tourism resource potential of Cordoba, Eskişehir, and Treviso for aspiring entrepreneurs. In the study's initial phase, a comprehensive database detailing the tourist attractions of these cities was crafted under the Erasmus+ project titled "Anti-Fragile Young Entrepreneurs for Sustainable Rural Tourism: Yes for Rural Tourism." Concurrently, the volume of tourists frequenting these regions was ascertained. Utilizing this database, standout labels within the tourism sectors of Cordoba, Eskişehir, and Treviso were pinpointed using "Word Cloud" analysis. This method effectively highlighted the strengths and weaknesses of the tourism landscapes in each province. Ultimately, this research endeavors to provide a roadmap for young tourism entrepreneurs and bolster the efforts of fellow researchers

The objectivity of this study was to investigate some blood minerals and parameters in Honamli goats reared under semi-intensive conditions. 90 goats (2-4 ages) in different three herds kept under similar manage mental conditions were chosen as research materials in Teke Border of Antalya Province. Serum Ca 6.786±0.206 mg/dL, P 4.094±0.173 mg/dL, Cl 111.105±0.582 mmol/L, K 4.519±0.066 mmol/L, Mg 2.161±0.05 mg/dL, Na 148.047±0.508 mmol/L, Fe 110.706±2.510 μg/dL, UIBC 155.025±4.333 μg/dL and Tp 7.055±0.120 g/dL were determined by Roche Diagnostics, Cobas 8000 modular analyser series, immunoassay. After then, total iron- binding capacity (TIBC), transferrin (Tf), transferrin saturation (TSAT) and Ca++ levels were calculated from each other using different biochemical formulas. Ratios between the some minerals were calculated and presented in the text. Also, very high significant differences (
