Une approche communicationnelle du développement fournisseur : le cas des rapports clients-fournisseurs dans l'aéronautique

Les évolutions du milieu aéronautique ont conduit à une dislocation de la production, dislocation qui s'est caractérisée par l'émergence de tout un réseau d'entreprises chargées de la production d'aéronef. Toutefois, ceci pose des questions en termes de coordination de la co-production. En réponse à celles-ci, il se met en place un mouvement de "développement fournisseur". C'est ce mouvement que nous étudions ici. L'une des formes par laquelle il se caractérise réside dans des interventions d'ingénieurs/consultants de donneurs-d'ordres chargés d'introduire des outilsméthodes de gestion auprès de personnels de PME. Nous proposons de développer une approche communicationnelle de ce "travail de développement fournisseur". Par cette approche, fondée sur les ACO (Bouillon, Bourdin, et Loneux, 2007) et la théorie de la structuration (Giddens, 1984), nous envisageons l'analyse de ces interventions, saisies telles des scènes interactionnelles, dans ce qu'elles participent d'un changement organisationnel. Dans ce dessein, nous appréhendons les outils-méthodes dans leurs fonctions média (Verbeek, 2006) et nous interrogeons la mise en tension entre organisation et outils-méthodes à l'aulne d'une conception élargie de l'agency (Cooren, 2006, 2010) à partir de laquelle nous nous intéressons à la dynamique proposition - disposition - opposition (Bougnoux, 2001). Au final, ce travail montre comment, par la communication, s'opère un processus de "gestionnarisation", de rationalisation organisationnelle des PME fournisseurs.Through this thesis, and via a communicational approach, we study organisational change which contributes to what is called "supplier development". We question this evolution as an organizational rationalization process. More precisely, we explore this particular process in the aeronautical !eld, especially in what is commonly designated by the supply chain, constituted by customer - SME supplier relationships. Main evolutions in the aeronatical !eld have resulted in the dislocation of production which is characterized by the emergence of an industrial network in charge of aircrafts production, hence resulting in renewed issues in terms of coordination of coproduction. The "supplier development" movement is partly embodied by customer consultants/engineers interventions which are related to the introduction and initiation of an implementation of management tools-methods to SME's managers. Our communicational approach of this "supplier development work" is based on ACO (Bouillon, Bourdin, et Loneux, 2007) as well as on structuration theory (Giddens, 1984). Considering this framework analysis, we study consultants' interventions as interactional scenes targeting a speci!c organizational change within which we specify the logics involved and what is at stake. As we analyse the tools-methods in their media function (Verbeek, 2006) and question the tensioning between organisation and toolsmethods in regard to an extended conception of agency (Cooren, 2006, 2010), we envision the "proposition - disposition - opposition" dynamic form of interactional scenes (Bougnoux, 2001). Finally, this study shows how the process of "gestionnarisation", of organizational rationalisation of SME supplier, occurs through communication

Subset-specific expression of toll-like receptors by bovine afferent lymph dendritic cells

Within the ruminant system, several possibilities exist to generate dendritic cells migrating out from the tissue into the regional draining lymph nodes as afferent lymph dendritic cells (ALDCs). Here, we analyzed toll-like receptor (TLR) 1–10 mRNA expression by using quantitative real-time PCR in highly purified subsets of bovine ALDC. As TLR expression may be influenced by pathogens or vaccines and their adjuvant, it is necessary to understand what TLRs are expressed in a steady-state system to elucidate specific differences and to potentially optimize targeted vaccines. In this study, we have assessed the TLR expression profiles of the four main bovine ALDC subsets [cDC1 and cDC2 (subsets 2–4)]. We demonstrate differences in TLR expression between the four subsets that may reflect the ability of these cells to respond to different pathogens or to respond to adjuvants
