Construction of staples in lattice gauge theory on a parallel computer
We propose a simple method to construct staples in lattice gauge theory with
Wilson action on a parallel computer. This method can be applicable to any
dimensional system and to any dimensional division without difficulty.
Furthermore this requires rather small working area to realize gauge simulation
on a parallel computer.Comment: 4 pages of A4 forma
Non-trivial Test of Electroweak Quantum Effects
Based on recent -mass measurements, the electroweak theory is tested at
non-trivial quantum correction level, i.e., beyond the Born approximation with
instead of . We can conclude that some non-Born type
corrections must exist at more than 92 % confidence level, and the
non-decoupling top-quark corrections are required at 97 % confidence level.Comment: 7 page
Remark on CP-violating Polarization Asymmetry of tt-bar via Anomalous Couplings to gamma and Z
We calculate the CP-violating polarization asymmetry of tt-bar, delta =[
sigma(ee-bar --> t(-)t-bar(-))-sigma(ee-bar --> t(+)t-bar(+)) ]/ sigma(ee-bar
--> tt-bar), for the most general tt-bar gamma/Z couplings without dropping any
non-standard contribution. We find that one term which is usually neglected
increases with s and will eventually become non-negligible at very high energy.Comment: 9 pages, Latex, 2 figures (via epsf.tex), to appear in Phys. Rev. D
