Pengaruh Beberapa Jenis Mulsa Organik Terhadap Pertumbuhan Bibit Kakao (Theobroma Cacao L.) Varietas Trinitario
The purpose of this research to deternine the effect of the use of some types organic mulch on the growth seedings of cacao (Theobroma cacao L.) varieties of Trinitario and know the best mulching. This study was conducted in Experimental Field of Faculty of Agriculture, University of Riau which lasts from march to June 2016. The study was conducted in a completely randomized design (CRD) consisting of 4 treatments, each treatment was repeated 5 times to 20 experimental units per finding unit compristing three plants so grand total of 60 plants cocoa. The treatments were without organic mulch (M0), organic mulch paddy straw 150 g/ plant (M1),organic mulch sawdust 150 g/ plant (M2) and organic mulch paddy straw 75 g/ plant+ sawdust 75 g/ plant parameters measured were plant height, number of leaves, leaf area, stem diameter. The data were statistically analyzed using of variance (ANOVA). Effect of organic mulch of paddy straw with a dose of 150 g/ plant significantly different from provision of organic mulch of saw dust at a dose of 150 g/ plant organic paddy straw mulching 75 g/ plant sawdust 75 g/ plant and without offering of organic mulch. Biological mulching paddy straw with a dose of 150 g/ plant will give the best effect on plant height, number of leaves, leaf area and stem diameter
Pengaruh Pemberian Urea, Tsp, Kcl Dan Pupuk Organik Cair (Poc) Kulit Pisang Terhadap Pertumbuhan Dan Produksi Tanaman Cabai Merah Keriting (Capsicum Annum L.)
This research to determine the interaction of inorganic fertilizer (Urea, TSP, KCl)and banana peelliquid organic fertilizer (POC) to find the best results on the growth and yield of red pepper (Capsicum annuum L.).This study was conducted for four months (March-June, 2016), the Experimental Station, Faculty of Agriculture, University of Riau Pekanbaru,using a completely randomized design (CRD) factorial,consists of two factors and three replications.The results were analyzed by analysis of variance and Duncan's New Multiple Range Test (DNMRT) at 5%. The study suggest thatthe interaction of inorganic fertilizer and banana peel liquid organic fertilizer (POC) did not increasehe stealDiameter, flowering age after transplanting, fruit length, and Shoot to Root Ratiobut give increaseof plant height, diameter of the fruit, yield, number of fruits, and fresh fruit weight.Urea of 1.25, 2.59 TSP, KCl 2 g / 10 kg of soil and banana peel liquid organic fertilizer (POC) 300 ml / literprovide improvement on Chili the growth and yield.
Pengaruh Pemberian Pupuk Kandang Ayam Dan Pupuk N Terhadap Pertumbuhan Dan Produksi Tanaman Jagung Manis (Zea Mays L. Var Saccarata Sturt)
Sweet corn (Zea mays L. var Saccarata Sturt) is one type of plant that those fresh harvested and cultivated in the tropics. In the cultivation of sweet corn there are many things those need to be addressed such as soil fertility. Attempts to improve soil fertility can be done by providing organic fertilizer and inorganic fertilizer. One good organic fertilizer was chicken manure. While inorganic fertilizers needed include nitrogen (N). This study aimed to determine the effect of chicken manure and fertilizer N on the growth and yield of sweet corn (Zea mays L. Var Saccarata Sturt) and to get the best treatments. This research was conducted at the Experimental Farm, Faculty of Agriculture, University of Riau, Pekanbaru and held for 3 months ie in January to March 2016. The study was conducted experimentally using a randomized block design (RCBD) factorial and three replications. Factor 1: Provision of chicken manure: A1 = 10 tonnes/ha, A2 = 20 tonnes/ha and A3 = 30 tonnes/ha. Factor 2: Fertilizer Urea: W1 = 100 kg/ha, W2 = 200 kg/ha, W3 = 300 kg/ha and W4 = 400 kg/ha. Combination of Urea 400 kg/ha with chicken manure 20 ton/ha gave the highestyield in sweet corn with the the results of 9,153 kg/4,5m2 or equal to 20,340 tonnes/ha compared with a combination of urea 100 kg/ha with manure chicken 10 tons/ha is 7,321 kg/4,5m2, equivalent to 16,269 tonnes/ha, meaning that the difference has a 4,071 ton/ha (20,01%)
Aplikasi Kompos Tandan Kosong Kelapa Sawit dan Mikoriza Arbuskula untuk Meningkatkan Pertumbuhan Bibit Manggis (Garcinia Mangostana L.)
Abstrac Mangosteen (Garcinia mangostana L.) is one of the most Indonesian favored fruit, because the ripe fruit (ripe) has a distinctive taste, sweet, sour and fresh. The main problem encountered in the cultivation of mangosteen is to provide theseeds. Weak mangosteen plant roots decrease growth level. This study aims to determine the interaction of palm oil empty bunches compost with Arbuscular Mycorrhiza on the seed growth of mangosteen and get the best dose. This research was conductet AgricultureFaculty, University of Riau campus Bina Widya Tampan, Pekanbaru lastedOctober 2012 until January 2013. The results of shows that by using TKKS compost with a dose of 150 g/polybag and the use of mycorrhizae 15g/polybag is better than giving 150 g/polybag and mhycorrizhal 20 g/polybag because the results are not significantly different. To get the combination use of empty fruit bunches of oil palm compost and mycorrhizal needs to be done in a long time , to get more tangible results
Pemberian Pupuk Tricho Kompos Jerami Jagung terhadap Pertumbuhan dan Produksi Bawang Merah (Allium Ascalonicum L.)
Onion is one of the important commodity in Indonesia, onion is also a much-needed spice vegetables society. Onion crop growth is affected by the level of fertility of growing media and other environmental factors. Fertilization is vital to the growth and yield of onion for proper fertilization can increase the fertility of growing media. One effort to improve soil fertility mineral that is with organic matter. Organic materials that can be used is corn straw which has been decomposed with the help of the fungus Trichoderma sp. This study was conducted over three months from December 2014 to February 2015. The study was conducted experimentally with 5 treatment using a Completely Randomized Design (CRD), each treatment was repeated 4 times so that there are 20 experimental units. , Parameters measured were the number of leaves, number of tubers, tuber dry weight of the shelf, and wrap the tubers. Data were analyzed statistically and followed by Duncan's test at 5% level. The results showed that administration of tricho compost with a dose of 15 tonnes / ha gave the best results on the number of leaves, number of tubers and tuber dry weight of the shelf
Campuran Kompos Tandan Kosong Kelapa Sawit Dengan Kompos Lcc Dan Pupuk Fosfor Terhadap Pertumbuhan Dan Hasil Sorgum (Sorghum Bicolor (L.))
This research is aimed to determine the effect of oil palm empty fruit bunches compost mixed with leguminosa cover crop compost and phosphorus fertilizers at some compositions and to get the best mixed toward growth and result of sorghum. This research was conducted at the experiment land of Agriculture Faculty of Riau University, Pekanbaru, from December 2013 to April 2014. This research used factorial completely randomized design (CRD) consisted of two factors and three replications. As for the treatment is: factor 1 is oil palm empty fruit bunches compost mixed with leguminosa cover crop compost (K) consist of four level, K1= 5 ton/ha oil palm empty fruit bunches compost, K2= 3,75 ton/ha oil palm empty fruit bunches compost + 1,25 ton/ha leguminosa cover crop compost, K3= 2,5 ton/ha oil palm empty fruit bunches compost + 2,5 ton/ha leguminosa cover crop compost, K4= 1,25 ton/ha oil palm empty fruit bunches compost + 3,75 ton/ha leguminosa cover crop compost. Factor 2 is phosphorus fertilizers (P) consist of three level, P0= without TSP, P1= 30 kg/ha TSP, P2= 60 kg/ha TSP. The results of this research showed that 1,25 ton/ha oil palm empty fruit bunches compost mixed with 3,75 ton/ha leguminosa cover crop compost and 60 kg/ha phosphorus fertilizers provide the best results for 245,20 g/m2(2,45 ton/ha) increased by 18,27% compared without P and is significant for the parameters of plant height, dry weight of plants, result per m2 and sorghum biomass
Pertumbuhan Bibit Buah Naga (Hylocereus Costaricensis) dengan Perbedaan Panjang Stek dan Konsentrasi Zat Pengatur Tumbuh
Dragon fruit (Hylocereus costaricensis) is one of fruit trees that grow well in Indonesia, so it has a great chance to be developed. These opportunities must be balanced with the supply of seed. Cuttings material and Growth Regulator Substance (GRS) concentration a factor that must be considered in the cultivation of seedlings because it will affect the growth of it in the field. The research was conducted at dragon fruit plantation Tameran village Bengkalis regency. The time used in this research lasted from August to December 2012. The design used was a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) 3 x 3 factorial with 3 replication. The first factor is the length cuttings, which is 20 cm, 25 cm and 30 cm. While the second factor is the GRS concentration, which is 6 g/10 ml, 9 g/10 ml and 12 g/10 ml. The parameters measured were the time appeared root, root length, number of roots, root volume, time appeared shoot, shoot length, number of shoots seedling fresh weight gain and dry weight of seedlings. Data were analyzed statistically using analysis of variance (ANOVA) and further tested by further testing (DNMRT) level of 5%. Results shows of the best dragon fruit seedlings growing on a combination between the 30 cm long cuttings with 9g/10 ml GRS concentration
